As soon as she heard hail damage she immediately started telling me they don't do hail estimates and told me to call my insurance and get estimates from them. I told her I already had an estimate from insurance and I was referred by a hail repair specialist to that shop for paint work. She continued telling me they don't do hail estimates. I don't know who trained this lady but she should not be taking phone calls. Your shop just lost 2 big money insurance repairs.

I expected to hear that they were booked solid, and that I'd have to sport this wannabe Banksy's phallic iconography for a week before they could bother fixing it. Instead, I'd barely gotten acquainted with the waiting room furniture before a technician was buffing my hood with some magic car-body god-nectar that promptly returned my ride (and dignity) to normal. It all took less than 15 minutes. Went to Maaco collision repair for another estimate, it was only $209! Chad M from Maaco offered an entirely better idea that I tried to explain to Bobby. How I was looking for a cheap solution. Chad simply suggested a new inner piece to re attach my OWN bumper. This is what I wanted and was looking for. I'm not sure if Dodson-Williams really thought this was the best soulltion. This small spot was the size of your little finger nail and I asked them to fix the workmanship defect. I paid $6042.75 for the paint job and they charged me another $1000.00 to repair their poor quality of work. When I complained about the $1000.00 they told me to talk to Mike at 1405 W. Chestnut Exp about it. When I spoke to Mike, he instantly jumped out of his chair and became aggressive towards me. Mike told me to get the "F" out of his store and I was a "MF". He continued calling me a "MF" as he charged me flaying his arms. I felt like I was going to be hit by Mike at any moment. I'm almost 71 years old, crippled and in bad health. All I wanted was a refund of the $1000.00 they charged me to fix their poor quality of work in one small spot.
