It's not perfect--sometimes items arrive broken or not exactly what you expected--but they do give refunds if needed. You just have to be patient since it's a small, family-owned business. I usually ask for store credit, and that works out well. Their online shipping is great, and I've found the item descriptions to be pretty accurate. A lot of the problems seem to happen when people don't actually read the description--they think they won something they didn't. All in all, it's a solid auction house if you're willing to read carefully and be patient.

I was very concerned about missing out on hidden treasures or throwing away something that would later turn out to be very valuable. They were able to research the real value of all of the items and set fair prices. They also separated all of the junk from the estate and facilitated it's removal.
