    Out back, watching the band.

Can't say enough good stuff about the service department. Ford and everyone else are super knowledgeable about Harleys and customs. I have a chopper with a front end that many said was obsolete due to the manufacturer going out of business. I was told it couldn't be rebuilt. We ended up finding out what seals were needed and they were able to make the forks like new again. They've been the only shop to touch my bike for the past 15 years, and it's going to stay that way. The entire concept is cool. Being able to ride into the bar, have a beer, listen to a live band, get an oil change, and shop for a bike or accessories all in one spot is awesome. Strokers is always a stop on my group's weekend rides. The Dallas motorcycle community is lucky to have this place in our backyard.

July - 2019 If you are a rider you will love this store. If you are a Victory owner you will absolutely LOVE this store. This store although limited now that Victory is no longer, had lots of parts and accessories for Victory bikes. If you own a Victory, then you are aware of how difficult it is to find anything Victory brand. The owner of this shop was super nice and even had his guy bring us out back to see what else they had for us that had that was Victory related. My boyfriend rides a Victory bike and was in his glories. We found some shirts, some parts, some accessories and a few other things. One thing that i did NOT like about it was that when we were out back, i mentioned that i liked the Victory sign he had hanging on the door. He said 'You like that, i think we have another one around here'. He pulled out this old rusted thin metal sign out of a bucket of junk and handed it to me. He did not say anything to me about price. He just handed it to me. I said 'oh wow thanks' and turned to my boyfriend and said 'you can hand this in the garage'. From the way it happened, I thought it was in the trash and he was just giving it to us since we had already spent over 400 bucks in the store on clothing and bike parts/accessories. NOPE i was wrong, we got to the register to pay for the additional stuff that my boyfriend had picked up, we realized after we left that he charged us 70 bucks for the rusted metal sign. it was about 8x12 sign. I wouldn't have paid 20 bucks for it, never mind 70. My boyfriend didn't even ask for it, i just inquired about it and he handed it to me. My boyfriend got stuck with the bill. Other than that, they are awesome there. I saw a shirt that i liked and went to the register where the owner's daughter was working. She was awesome. We told her about the sign and that he charged us without even discussing a price. Explained the situation and she was not really surprised. Apparently that is the parts guy and his personality. She understood our side of it and gave me the shirt for half price. Even if you are not a rider and may just like bikes. This place is awesome. So much to see inside. The store is like a museum.

Thanks guys for everything you have done for me, sales service and parts great company to do business with.

It's a fun biker bar. Was hot 2010. Wish they could get all the vendors and have another hot run.

He answered all my questions and I even changed the bike I wanted after financing was approved. Rayyan said no problem, I want to ensure you select the bike that you will be happy with. We purchased a motorcycle from them while living in California, trusting the photos and the word of their sales team--specifically Haneef, Tray, and AJ. That turned out to be a huge mistake. The bike arrived with significant, clearly pre-existing damage that was never disclosed. On top of that, it has serious engine issues and has failed to start multiple times. It was immediately obvious that this was not the condition that was represented to us. My husband has made multiple attempts to resolve the situation directly with them, but they have completely refused to take any responsibility. They will not buy the bike back, nor will they offer any assistance with repair costs. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We feel misled and taken advantage of, especially as out-of-state buyers who relied on their honesty. If you are considering buying from Mint Motorcycles-- DON'T. Learn from our experience and take your business elsewhere. It is not worth the risk.

Overall, best dealership experience I've ever had and I have had a lot. Initially talked with Jeff (owner) when I was shopping for a new bike. He was extremely helpful and absolutely zero pressure. He really just seemed interested in helping me and indifferent to selling me on anything. About a month later I had made my decision, walked in, and said I'll take it on a new matte green streetfighter v2. Jeff handed me over to Marty who drew up paperwork with no bs and no surprises. Was my birthday mid week and I asked if they could deliver it to me then; no problem. Bike showed up perfect in a nice red ducati truck. Props to Roy also for being super easy to work with and communicative. Fast forward to my first service. I called to get it scheduled and they said they were booked out a few weeks, but having bought the bike there they would squeeze me in anyway that saturday. I was expecting to be waiting around, but nope they took the bike right in when I got there and got to work. Though they were clearly very busy, everyone worked smooth and efficient and that seemed to be why they were able to service the bike so quick. They have a window from the nice waiting area / bike museum so you can see them work.. no corners cut. Also they were all very communicative and it felt the most personalized bike service I've ever had. Yes, it was almost $600 (standard for these bikes), but the first time I've ever felt I was getting $600 of service. Great job guys! Shout out for Lily also. I hadn't dealt with her at the shop, but see her regularly at a local meet and ride with her. Very knowledgable and helpful about the bike and parts as well as a great rider and general nice person.

When I inquired with Ducati Corporate if I could use the credit to purchase nonmechanical Ducati items, they informed me that three retailers in the US accept the certificate. I contacted AMS in Dallas to ask about a helmet I wanted to purchase. Lily, the CS rep told me that they do indeed accept the certificates and guided me through the process. What I found exceptional about Lily is her online and phone demeanor. In this age of less face to face interactions, a phone call rather than a text or chat is so appreciated. Her voice and professionalism are something that stood out to me. In my former life, I trained Playstation CS staff on the technical aspects of the products. So I'm well aware of CS service standards. Neither AMS nor Lily knew that I write for Web Bike World, so her level of service was standard practice for her. Bravo to AMS for how they train their staff. And the same goes for Ducati. A crummy luck of my draw turned into an exceptional experience. https://www.webbikeworld.com/what-happened-when-something-happened-ducati/
