It had a really poor selection of damaged items that are still way over priced. I was honestly expecting to see much better prices on pieces especially ones with obvious flaws and I was surprised to see brands that come from China. I know RH has membership pricing and a strong following. The customized solid wood cutting boards are the perfect gift for the self proclaimed chef in every home kitchen. The manager, Rosana, was helpful and discussed some of the exceptional creative pieces in the store. She also indicated that next month the store is relocating across the street to a massive bay since they grew out of this space. Shop clothing, accessories, bed, bath and body, candles, home goods, kitchen items, and stationary. They carry brands Pampa Bay, Golden Rabbit, Mud Pie, Britto, and Mariposa to name just a few. Either way this problem began on or around May 15th and as of today June 2nd still Z-Gallery couldn't solve the issue! They continue to have this table in their inventory, (MISLEADING ALL CUSTOMERS's,) -yet they can't or don't know how to properly secure a fragile table for delivery!! They admitted that they need to better handle the packaging on their end, but in the meantime they are taking their customer's money, STILL SELLING THIS TABLE, while not being able to properly deliver these type of FRAGILE AND EXPENSIVE ITEMS. Z- Gallery is totally incompetent and because they are, should NOT be in business, do to absolutely misleading their customers. I attempted to speak to someone in their Corporate office, but they claim that can "only" be done internally!! Of course it is!! I have exhausted every mean with Z-Gallery!! This "inconvenience" has caused us to now have an incomplete set of tables!! The most concern here should be the fact that Z-gallery continues to have this table and others alike on sale; while you can't provide an adequate and proper handling and delivery of said items! This is not only very unfortunate situation, but likewise absolutely misleading to ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S!! Z-gallery is a FRAUD, by taking their customer's money, yet knowing that you are UNABLE to delivery the goods. Offering a full refund is not all that your Company needs to do in order to satisfy such unfortunate "inconvenience!!"
