I visited the physical store mainly because I was interested in registering at Crate and Barrel for my wedding. Also, I hoped that by walking around I'd get some decor inspiration. The store was bright, clean, and had fully stocked shelves. All the staff were wearing masks and there was plenty of hand sanitizer stations. My mom and I were greeted by a friendly sales associate named, Abigail. She was excited to hear about my wedding and offered to help me register as well as give us a tour of the store. The Crate and Barrel app was giving me major issues (with logging in, scanning products, etc.) which was a pain, but totally out of the store's control! Abigail provided me the IT customer service number and later on that day I was able to get registered through the website. Mainly looking for dinnerware, I explained to Abigail our home decor style and color pallet. She pulled together a beautiful place setting that totally grooves with me and my fiancé's style (see photo)! Its got an awesome mix of texture (mixing leather and gold placemats) that I never would have thought to put together. I LOVE IT! Then Abigail gave us the store tour which was super helpful, fun and informative. I got a lot of ideas for what to include on our registry. Afterwards, she gave me a free gift (two stemless wine glasses) which was so sweet. I know Crate and Barrel can be expensive, but their service is very good and their home decor is chic.

First time going to the twin cities Crate&Barrel I usually go to the Soho One since its 3 floors More to offer .. This one is actually pretty small .. -and its in a mall .. Don't have a huge selection of things however YES it is EXPENSIVE .. But they have amazing furniture pieces .. I been looking for a slope bowl for salad .. Soup and they had so many colors in which IKEA only had white .. I walked in at the right time since this week it's 15% off any purchase :) Overall I would stop by every now and then :)

For some reason I feel that the existence of certain chains in the Metro Area some how legitimizes MSP as an "important" city. I'm well aware of how superficial that sounds and is, but hey, it's my truth and my review. When C&B decided to move from sleazy Southdale to arrogant Galleria, I really could have cared less--I rarely shopped here anyway unless it was to buy something off a wedding registry. That is until I found out that this move was going to also bring about the first and only C&B furniture store in MN. The new store is nice; it's light and airy--making a fine addition to the Galleria. It's still the same stuff, but with some dressers, beds and chairs thrown in. The stuff looks nice, but since I don't own and C&B furniture, I can't discuss it's quality. All in all, I'm just happy we HAVE the furniture store.

I love kitchen utensils, and wish that, for whatever reason, I needed to spend $300 on some mixer for MY kitchen!

When I got inside, I wandered around the store about three times without being asked if I needed help, granted, they were busy and helping other guests. I went up to an available sales associate and asked if they had the product I needed and he didn't have a clue what it was. He looked it up online, and stated they didn't carry it at that location. Then I decided to leave. Hopefully others have a better experience, because I probably won't return.

This is NOT something that I thought I would find in my local grocery store, as admirably-stocked as it is, so of course I headed straight to Williams Sonoma. Sadly, I did not see it on the shelf with the other baking pans. Luckily, the staff here is eager to help and familiar with what they have that isn't on the shelves. This here hot dog bun pan is the last one that they had, and it was on sale. I did a literal happy dance in the store. I am absolutely delighted that they had exactly what I needed when I needed it. Thanks for being my kitchen heroes!

TL; DR. Nice tile, nice work, nasty sales staff and terrible communicationonce the sale is made…read more 2nd TL; DR: don't think the tile you order is what you will get - it's your responsibility to go to the store and verify pre installation. We weren't told that. Mostly I'm writing this to save someone else from our situation. Our project turned out fine in terms of craftsmanship, but we ended with tile we hadn't picked out. We worked with a salesman and picked out 3 sets of tile...the backsplash was specifically chosen bcs it had subtle yellow tones. When the tile installer came out with the tile, it didn't look like the tile we had ordered. It was gray tone and not yellowed. I double checked all the paper work, and called the store and everything matched. I thought I must have remembered wrong. So, I visited the Tile Shop to see the tile first hand, and that's where the events happened that makes me give them a big BUYER BEWARE. The first salesman who approached me was downright nasty when I explained the situation to me. He told me they don't make mistakes, and that's why I should order the amount of tile they recommend. (Makes no sense about color.) He was so rude I didn't want to talk to him and I found the original salesman. He agreed the tile shade was different and shrugged his shoulders. He told me basically that it had been my responsibility to come in and check the tile they ordered for me before it left the store. No one had ever told us that. So the only option is to tear it out and buy new. Can't attach pics thru Yelp, I was able to on google reviews.
