We selected the AristoKraft line of cabinets and are VERY disappointed in the quality. Junk!! The pull out shelves keep falling off the track. We've had to make modifications to make them more stable. Also, one of my bathroom countertops was not measured correctly so it doesn't reach all the way to the wall. There is at least a 1/2" gap that they filled with caulk along the front edge. It looks hideous. Plus they installed a damaged refrigerator panel, measured my crown molding incorrectly and now it juts out past the wall edge even though I spent so much time on the phone picking out a crown that WOULDN'T do that. They offered to take off $400 for the crown molding screw up but never fixed any of the other issues mentioned. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The guy was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to offer suggestions and tips. When I got my knives back they included a little note with a recipe to test them out and ab"thank you". It was really nice and I didn't know they give a portion of sharpening and class sakes to pay off student lunch debt (which is a ridiculous thing tonhave exist). They hold monthly classes for skills and sharpening as well as custom orders. If you can't make it during the day they have a drop box behind the shop you can put your knives in and they'll text you with updates. I will definitely be coming back for any knife needs.

We weren't told that. Mostly I'm writing this to save someone else from our situation. Our project turned out fine in terms of craftsmanship, but we ended with tile we hadn't picked out. We worked with a salesman and picked out 3 sets of tile...the backsplash was specifically chosen bcs it had subtle yellow tones. When the tile installer came out with the tile, it didn't look like the tile we had ordered. It was gray tone and not yellowed. I double checked all the paper work, and called the store and everything matched. I thought I must have remembered wrong. So, I visited the Tile Shop to see the tile first hand, and that's where the events happened that makes me give them a big BUYER BEWARE. The first salesman who approached me was downright nasty when I explained the situation to me. He told me they don't make mistakes, and that's why I should order the amount of tile they recommend. (Makes no sense about color.) He was so rude I didn't want to talk to him and I found the original salesman. He agreed the tile shade was different and shrugged his shoulders. He told me basically that it had been my responsibility to come in and check the tile they ordered for me before it left the store. No one had ever told us that.
