    Wusthof knife
    Willy M.

This is located in U-Village on the north end of the property attached to the parking garage, near Jamba Juice. I needed a new kitchen knife, so I came by to check out some options. Did some research on my own and read a bunch of product reviews etc. I came by and looked at the Wusthof knife in person and decided to get it. They didn't have it in stock but could order for me and come back again to pick up on a later date. Came back the following week or so, product was ready, just tell the sales staff you are here to pick up your order, they will check your particulars and you are good to go. Prices are pretty much like every other store I checked for this product, so no real discount or deal I could find. Staff was friendly and pretty easy process overall. It's been quite a few months since the purchase, I've been cutting stuff with precision like no other, no fingers lost. Good purchase!

We've been shopping here for the past five years. We love their accessories, silverware, and kitchen essentials and we've bought all of our stuff from here, but it seems their customer service for furniture has been going down the hill. We purchased a Lounge II 83" sofa and it's by far the worst item we've owned from the store. The seat cushions, back cushions, and throw pillows have all started leaking feathers after only two months. Every time someone sits on the sofa, they are jabbed by the feathers. Also, the fabric is very dark, so the feathers that stick out really stand out. We kept being told by the sales associate who recommended it that this will wear in and mellow out. It's quite obvious there's problem with this sofa. An upholstery job gone wrong. It has down proof ticking but maybe not a very high thread count. I'm pretty sure this will just get worse as the sofa gets older. I've spent hours and hours trying to get a hold of someone to complain to for eight months now. I've sent more than three emails with photos attached without any response. I've been given at least four phone numbers and and I'm constantly told that "I'm the first on their list". I'm surprised that this purchase and their service has been such a disappointment, especially when you're paying this much for their items.

This is a nice store. I like the selection and I like the products. Leaps and bounds ahead of Ikea. I can see the good workmanship in the furniture sold. http://www.yelp.ca/biz_photos/crate-and-barrel-seattle?select=4Q9Q8h3riHjoaAqn41mmgA#N6JhSQRyoP4v7F64FYSLpA There is flatware, stemware, porcelain, items for home decor, etc, etc. Can't wait for this to open in Vancouver

Unprofessional. I've been eyeing a mirror at the university store with the list price of $299 as of June 2nd. The following week I was at Bellevue store and it was the same price. Today (July 1st.) I call them to check stock and somehow the price has gone up to $399 as of June 7th. I shop here often and know large items "sale price" isn't marked on item tags so how does the price just go up? The sales manager would not honor the price even after he asked me for photo proof of their price tag. Here's the proof. Who's lying?

I stopped by the U-Village Crate and Barrel to browse around and was impressed with the selection on the first floor. They have a ton of stuff to choose from, and they all seem to be decent quality. But even more impressive is how they have helpful posters detailing the different characteristics of some of their glassware. I found them to be very helpful. If you're looking for some decent quality dining or kitchenware, then I would recommend checking out Crate and Barrel.

Nobody is walking into Williams Sonoma expecting budget shopping. But if you're looking to treat yourself, this is a great place to do it. What I really love though is the clearance section. They mark things down for the smallest imperfections sometimes, and that is exactly the kind of chaos I support. I've found some ridiculously good deals there, including a Stanley Tucci pan and a matching KitchenAid mixer for nearly $150 off. Not only that, but the staff are super nice, helpful, and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. Shout out to Judith, who helped me and was especially awesome. If you like nice kitchen toys but also love the thrill of finding a deal, this place is absolutely worth checking out.

I learned about it days later when I was checking on the shipping. Customer service was zero help. I called this location to see if they had 7 of the Breville Sear & Press Grills in stock for me to pick up the next day. They told me they had 5. I said that was good and would work with another location for the rest. I worked with Kristen who was super helpful and kind. I told her I'm disabled and wouldn't be able to schlep all of these to/from the car, which is why I had placed the online order. She explained that after I went into the store and paid, their loading team would be able to load up my car. I received a call the next day from another rep that they got additional inventory and now had 7 total to save me a trip driving to another location. Yay! The day of pick up, the cashier and the three people at the loading dock were all friendly and helpful. They also rearranged my items in my trunk to make room for the grills without me having to ask. My team was excited to get their gift, as this was a business gift of gratitude. I'm glad I didn't have to change plans. Used the restroom which was clean and stocked. The store overall is well thought out and was organized and stocked, even though they were very busy. Their "line starts here" sign isn't clear. Saw several customers going to the counter which has 2 registers and an internal computer (which some clueless customers also thought was a register) instead of going to the start of the line which is 10 feet away from the registers.

We ordered several pieces for a bathroom remodel over a month ago after an incredibly uninspiring visit to the show room where we felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by asking for help and guidance. We selected our elements and purchased them and were told it would be 3 to 5 weeks for some pieces to arrive which aligned with our renovation timeline. Now we are already past that time and we are told it will still be another three weeks for the final elements to arrive in their warehouse, let alone get to our home. I was forced to purchase some pieces elsewhere (which will be at my home less than 8 business days after ordering and now that I did so the delayed pieces havw mysteriously shipped incurring a 25 percent restocking fee. Bear in mind they will wont even arrive at their warehouse for two more weeks and I am expected to pay an additional delivery fee they never disclosed. If you are absolutely desperate to see an honestly small and unimpressive display of a few Kohler pieces by all means feel free to visit this shop but if you are interested in actually having the pieces arrive without a headache or delay, buy them somewhere else. If you have absolutely no other option then definitely work with anyone there except Kim Stranger and certainly take nothing she says as the truth. Look through the rest of the reviews here and other places, it's obvious that this is their default modus operandi and choose somewhere else.

He really wanted to help me achieve the modern look I was aiming for. We connected and developed a great working relationship! I had quite a job for him, a kitchen, walk in pantry and 3 bathrooms that all needed cabinets. He was attentive to details and very responsive with communications in his emails and texts. Terence has so many years of experience behind him. He is so good in trouble shooting areas that might need a little help. He is also very hands on and did some of the install himself. He inspected every single cabinet and adjusted them where it was needed. Terence has a great attitude, happy and so easy to get along with. I really enjoyed working with Terence. I trusted his insight and judgement. I even would ask him for his opinion on decorating my home and he was so helpful with his design tips. I highly recommend Luna Kitchens and Bath if you are seeking a beautiful kitchen/bath outcome!

I will be recommending I & E tile Services to all my friends! I wanted to find a great tiler…read morebecause I had a lot of tile work that needed to be done on our remodel and some of the tile had uneven edges and the kitchen tile had different shapes, so I needed someone who knew how to tile more than just basic tile. I asked an employee of the tile store if she knew of a great tile person and she immediately recommended Ivan. In fact, she told me that he was about to start a project on her house, so she really meant it. I called Ivan and he responded quickly. I immediately sensed that he knew what he was talking about and took great pride in his work which was important to me. Ivan and Sergei, who is also absolutely experienced and incredible, could not have done a better job! The tile was layed out perfectly, the grout lines are perfect and they cut the tiles so the pattern looks amazing throughout. Check out the photo I attached of the corner wall in my kitchen. The large fireplace really needed people with extensive expertise because it turned out that unbeknownst to me, those tiles also were not exactly even. Before this project, I hadn't realized that a lot of tiles aren't the same exact size even if you think they are, so you need someone who really knows how to handle that. Ivan and Sergei spent a lot of time with a laser light pointer to make sure everything lined up perfectly and the end result is fantastic! The fireplace with the little tiles was also challenging because the little tiles kept coming off the mesh backing they came on. Ivan figured out how to make them stick on their backing prior to applying them and the end result is perfect. They also did our bathroom for us including a glass shower nook and that too, came out perfect. In addition to all that, everyone at I & E is extremely professional, timely, great at communicating and friendly. They take great pride in their work and it shows. I'm very grateful for the amazing job they did. You won't be sorry if you hire them!
