The seats were comfy and if I had to work on something, then I would come here because it was also pretty quiet. We ordered our drinks and they were delicious. The only issue I had was that we got the wrong sizes for our drinks (we paid for larger drinks) but I didn't feel like going back since there was a bit of an attitude when we were ordering to begin with. read more

GREAT SERVICE, OK COFFEE. Let's start with the service, every single employee is so sweet and attentive. I really appreciate their service and their great attitude. I have tried crave several times over the years and here's the verdict: they can definitely improve their coffee game. I have tried their matcha and their regular lattes and they're very watery and syrupy. I really love the vibes of this place so I continuously give them a chance. I decided to give them another try last fall and to my surprise the Pumpkin Spice Latte was AMAZING! I decided that maybe it was time to revisit them since the PSL was that good. However, I visited them recently and got a simple cold brew to reintroduce myself to them, and again I was disappointed. The cold brew was not filtered well and tasted like pure coffee grounds. Again, this place has such a nice ambiance and great seating options that I am willing to try again. They also offer free WiFi and their pastries are so delicious. Brought my mom for a coffee at our nearest coffee shop prior to her medical appointment. While looking at the menu ( no one waiting in line ) felt rushed by the you girl in the register. Ordered one latte w regular sugar and one with no sugar and 1 blueberry muffin , was charged $1.00 extra for adding regular sugar to the latte . 10-15 minutes later got my coffees both with sugar and my muffin cold . Informed the young girl that 1 latte was to be without sugar and asked if she can warm up my muffin . Grabbed my muffin , threw it across the counter and grabbed my coffee to remake it . Another 10 minutes later grabs the muffin , warm it up and gives it back to me w the remade coffee . Attitude was top notch . The store was cute and cashier was nice, but the coffee and foods were too bad and pricey. The latte tasted just water and milk NOT espresso shot at all. The food selection was very limited. The limited pastries looked old as well. The bagel sandwich was very small and the egg was manufactured egg NOT real egg, that's definitely NOT worth $9. This will be my last time supporting Crave unfortunately. It's in a great location and cute but after 7-8 attempts at making this a go to spot for me I just can't, mainly because of the employees. They seem so pissed about me ordering coffee? They don't greet anyone that comes in nor do they seem at all polite and just leave your order ready without announcing. Also, $17 for a medium iced latte no extras and a croissant breakfast sandwich was quite shocking even with the rinsing economy. You can see from the photos the sandwich isn't worth $9 and I asked to sub the sausage for tomato and they forgot. Sadly, the value and quality of service is lacking in my opinion. Hope the owners care enough to implement some quality control and improvements. Crave could be a staple for the Riverside area if they cared enough. This place is so cutesy ,very mindful and very demure . Me and my boyfriend were looking for a coffee shop before we hit the road . The barista helping us was super sweet and explained how the whole processed worked . I decided on an iced latte with sugar free vanilla . We got a breakfast sandwich to share and on the sandwich it had egg sausage tomato and avocado . The coffee was super flavorful . I know a good coffee when I taste one and this place checks off all the bookmarks . The breakfast sandwich was top tier and the lemon pepper seasoning took it over the top . As a college student, I love supporting local coffee shops. This place is near by and has amazing bagels. But, I have not had great experiences with the employees. I've came here so many times for convenience and to hope the interactions are better over the past 3 years. I always aim to try new flavors and they are always 'okay'. The desserts are interesting and have a variety of options. I just don't appreciate the attitude and looks I've gotten through my years visiting. I've gone on busy days and slow days, seems like everyone is always in a bad mood to serve you or they are just simple disgusted at the fact your ordering food AND coffee. I finally had time to try this place a few weeks ago. The ambiance is that of a typical coffee shop with the woodsy furniture and rustic feel. Since it was my first time, I asked the barista what she recommends. She recommended the honey cinnamon latte. I got that, but I was disappointed. I couldn't really taste any of the honey or cinnamon. It tasted sort of bland. This was the first time I got a recommendation from an employee that didn't hit. Overall though, the barista seemed nice. I went back this week because I wanted to try the matcha. I went first thing in the morning when they had just opened. I thought it would be busy, but I only saw one other customer at a table. No one else. This barista seemed fine. I placed my order. Not even 3 minutes later, my matcha was ready. I was surprised since it seemed way too quick to be ready. I was suspicious since good matcha can take a bit to prepare. It was the right color though it had too much ice. Once I tasted it, I was disappointed yet again. It was too sweet. I let the ice melt so it would be tolerable to drink. My thoughts are the place seems fine? I'm not totally sure if I would go out of my way to go here. There's other better coffee places. read more

Tucked behind Redlands university building just off Central is a hidden coffee gem. Their cold foam brews are bold with flavor. Staff are amazingly friendly , willing to answer any inquiries. Friday mornings can get pretty busy with only two people working so I gave myself 45 minutes to grab two drinks and a sandwich which turned out to not be enough time. Creeping on near an hour now and still waiting. As overwhelming as a rush can get, the lack of customer service made the wait so much worse. Even asking for a cup holder seemed like an inconvenience and experienced a few people who went through the same wait without any acknowledgment. This place has been my favorite place to get a coffee and a bagel on DoorDash. I always get their Caramel Macchiato. The service is amazing. Hello I purchased a gift card from this location for my mother's birthday for 50 dollars on September 09th 2025. I don't have the receipt anymore but I do have a bank statement from the purchase. For $75.08 for the giftcard and the funky monkey drunk I ordered that day. My mom used the card for the first time today and there were no funds loaded onto the card at all. I know nothing can be done about it now because its been so long and I no longer have the receipt but I thought your shop in Riverside should be mindful on the way you load giftcards. 50 dollars is a lot of money. This coffee shop is a welcome break after a long drive from Orange County. The shop is small but cozy, although it was a bit crowded when I came, as a group of office mates commandeered all the available seats and firmly established themselves in the middle of the floor. The Americano is topnotch paired with the buttery croissant that they warmed up for me. They offer a selection of bagels that can be paired with spreads or fillings for an extra fee.
