Overall though, the barista seemed nice. I went back this week because I wanted to try the matcha. I went first thing in the morning when they had just opened. I thought it would be busy, but I only saw one other customer at a table. No one else. This barista seemed fine. I placed my order. Not even 3 minutes later, my matcha was ready. I was surprised since it seemed way too quick to be ready. I was suspicious since good matcha can take a bit to prepare. It was the right color though it had too much ice. Once I tasted it, I was disappointed yet again. It was too sweet. I let the ice melt so it would be tolerable to drink. My thoughts are the place seems fine? The shop is small but cozy, although it was a bit crowded when I came, as a group of office mates commandeered all the available seats and firmly established themselves in the middle of the floor. It was just slightly sweet compared to the sugar bombs you get at the chain coffee places. There's no drive through, but it's worth the time to park and go in. When I asked for a refund, the barista told me that he cannot issue refunds, only his manager has that authority.
