No seasoning, chopped up bacon??? Nothing but plain and was out of bagels only got plain. Don't spend money here it's over priced might as well go to the store.

Nice little spot in Canyon Crest area. Has indoor and outdoor seating and the inside looks nice and clean with musical posters along the walls. The cashier was nice and I was able to order quickly. I ordered the Chorizo bEGGel on a Jalapeño & cheese bagel. It comes with chorizo, egg, and cheese. The bagels are cooked perfectly and the are made fresh daily. The food was nice and hot and made to order. Will be back to try more of their bagels selections.

Jalapeño cheese bagel BLT style is the perfect savory crunch brunch item you need in your life. This bagel shop takes their time in making these bagel sandwiches and their offer a variety of different bagel flavors. Very casual bagel shop, with some simple outdoor seating.

For the price of what this is I might as well have bought the ingredients to make our own. I made an account just to leave a review about how bland, dry, and careless this was put together. Also seemed as if the service was not well because they were going to close. The bagel didn't even have cream cheese on it. Not worth $9 and insane that I even convinced myself to get it. 0/10 would not recommend

Lots of sandwich choices. Average looking muffins. Large and yummy looking specialty bagels.

It's a deal breaker when a bagel shop does not have good coffee options. We are decaf coffee drinkers, ordered two cups only to discover their only decaf option is flavored vanilla. What? Makes no sense at all. So I switched to caffeinated which was cooked down and bitter. Ruined our experience. This shop in Canyon Crest is very busy in a Saturday morning. Lots of loyal customers apparently. The bagel sandwiches we ordered were OK but not awesome. We ordered a chorizo on a sour dough but the bagel seemed to be a normal plain. We also ordered ham?, spinach and mushroom on an Asiago jalapeño bagel which was the best part of the experience....that bagel. The specialty bagels in the case looked larger and yummier than regular size bagels. I'd recommend those bagels with cream cheese. The sandwiches were just fair. I would have a hard time returning with Starbucks in this plaza and an independent coffee shop around the corner.

East Coast Bagel is definately worth the stop if you are in the Riverside area! It is conveniently located off the Martin Luther exit off the 60 fwy in a quaint shopping area near UC Riverside. You can get a delicious bagel and coffee for under 12.00 bucks. They have a selection of sandwiches and cold and hot coffees. I opted for simple bagel and cream cheese and hot coffee. So simple and satisfying because the warm bagel with perfect chew and melted cream cheese was heavenly! They have a lot of coffee choices in carafes. After tasting all of the caffeinated, the best one was the Vietnamese coffee. The least bitter and it was strong and needed minimal half and half and sugar. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is indoor and outdoor seating! check it out and find your fav bagel!

This is what I'm talking about when I say "I'm in the mood for a bagel"! The menu is straight forward, what kinda bagel do you want? Do you want it to be a sandwich? They have breakfast, deli, and hot sandwiches to goose from! Inside is always clean but nothing too razzle dazzle. They have other baked goods, the coffee smells heavenly, and there is a grab and go fridge with juice, cream cheese, and other drinks.

Fun fact: This cute little Broadway-themed bagel shop has had 3 name changes since they opened over 40 years ago. My mom used to go early on a Saturday when the bagels were super fresh and bring home a mixed dozen and a huge container of their delicious fresh whipped cream cheese. Their bagel sandwiches are great. I like the Veggie burger sandwich. I ordered a simple cream cheese and lox on an onion bagel. I went late in the day around 1 (they close at 2) and the pickins' were slim. So go early. My kids shared a pizza bagel. It has mozzarella and cheddar on it. All 3 of us were very confused about the cheddar. They said it was good, but the cheddar was...unexpected and they would have preferred no cheddar. And honestly, it didn't look appetizing at all.

Fast service. The veggie patty is the old school patty. The bagels are so flavorful and tasted very fresh. Would come back here to try more of their menu!

The bagels are so mid. I'm from NY and had heard good things about this place but the bagels are tiny and they literally barely put cream cheese. I paid almost $12 for 2 bagels and got this?!? Will not be going back. I'd recommend NY Bagel Cafe & Deli instead, worth the extra drive. Don't waste your money here.

Bagel was good, service was absolute garbage. The girl taking orders was miserable and rude. Will not return for this simple fact.

My ordered double dipped Big Beef Sandwich with Sweet Bell Peppers, melted Mozzarella Cheese, and Giardiniera was enormous, and after initially having my breath knocked away by the Giardiniera's overwhelming spiciness, my intestines soon settled down and I greatly enjoyed the melting concoction. The hoagie roll supporting this mammoth edifice of tender roast beef and embellishments nicely sopped up the au jus, and sank under the heat. The Chicago Dog that accompanied the Big Beef was a classic all-beef Hot Dog with a snap, rounded out with Emerald Green Relish, White Onions, Sport Peppers, and Yellow Mustard. For purists no ketchup is allowed on Chicago Dogs! Crinkle-cut French Fries added to my enjoyment of the meal. Diane liked her Fish Sandwich with a slice of American Cheese, and was especially fond of the Cheese Sauce into which she dipped her Fries.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the atmosphere. I ordered the chili dog and fries, and for the price, I expected much better. The chili was thin and watery, lacking the hearty, meaty flavor you'd expect. It tasted more like a budget canned chili than something made fresh in-house. The hot dog itself was just okay--nothing memorable and certainly not something I would return for. Given my experience, I'm surprised by the current four-star rating. The restaurant looks great, but the food didn't match the presentation or the hype. I would recommend managing expectations before visiting. In my opinion, it's simply not as good as it looks.

The first small disappointment was finding out they don't offer mushrooms. As a big mushroom fan, especially on a hot sandwich, that was a bit of a letdown -- but not a deal breaker. I ordered the D'Loaded Cheese Steak, which honestly would've been perfect with mushrooms. When I opened it up, it looked absolutely delicious. The flavor definitely delivered -- I won't deny that at all. It was very tasty. My main issue was the texture and structure of the sandwich. It came out extremely hot and very wet. The bottom of the bread was completely soaked, which made it difficult to pick up without it falling apart. I just wish the bread had held up better so I could've enjoyed it without the mess. Overall, the flavor was great, but I hope they can improve the sandwich structure a bit. I'd be willing to give it another try.

We could've went to a good full service sit down restaurant for much less (tip included). Will we be back? I'd like to say yes but not at these prices. Also the 40 min drive makes it not worth it.
