I sure wish I had read these reviews before I visited this place. Everything that was said was true. Mediocre, at best. Menu has a good selection, but sure could use a bit more description to some items. The poor young lady was clueless about the menu items when questioned about how some things were prepared. I can't say I saw 1 single staff member smile or work with enthusiasm. I ordered a salad and asked for the omittance of a couple of items, and the person in the kitchen read that as "a plain salad." The salad description was "mixed greens," and I was served bland iceberg with a little bit of romaine core pieces in it. The ranch dressing was so watered down that it didn't even stick to anything. I guess it was too embarrassed, and it slid off the lettuce & hid. On a positive note, the pulled chicken had a good flavor, even though it was dry. We waited for a while for this salad with nothing on it & 1 brat with sweet potato tots. The explanation was that the tots aren't "deep fried in oil" they are air fried. Well, you can still screw that up, too. They were burnt. Guess no one showed the person who made the salad how to use the air fryer? Geeze folks, come on! It's hot dogs, bbq, & burgers! Cool concept, but when we visited, was told by a young guy that the Ax throwing was not up and running. Which sucked cause that was the main reason we went. For food we had ribs and hot dogs. Hot dog was good. The ribs were decent. I like all of the rib sauce choices on the tables. The blonde lady that served us was nice and seemed cheerful. The front counter person was quiet. And later when we went to counter to get "to go" boxes, she was at a nearby table taking a break and ignored that we needed assistance. No big deal maybe she was in her own world. First time trying Crave. I made reservations for axe throwing, but when we got there, they said they weren't doing axe throwing tonight because they were short staffed. Wish they would have called me before I made the 30 minute drive. We decided to have dinner and we were impressed with the fairly large menu. Had to wait in a long line to order. I ordered the chicken plate for $14 and it was hardly any food at all. The chicken was sitting in water- which I thought was odd and they forgot to give me one of my sides. My sons buffalo wings took 40 minutes and they were just "okay." The brisket Mac n cheese was probably the best thing we ordered. The kids said their lemonade tasted more like water than anything else. It's new and they were short staffed, but we probably won't ever go back. read more

Went to the Crave grand opening today in Bryant. Long line but worth the wait. Everything on the menu sounded awesome. This is a loaded baked potato dog, had tater tot's on the bottom. The dogs were all beef hot dogs and very flavorful. Nothing like a good all beef dog. The bathroom door was cool. Axe throwing room looked nice. Beer taps on the wall to pour your own beer. Very clean friendly service. Only thing I would suggest is to put a cover over the outdoor patio. 4 dogs, 2 sides, 2 cokes $40 with the tip. read more

We were eager to try this new restaurant but intentionally waited until it had been open for several weeks. We probably should have waited a bit longer. First, let me say that the staff were all wonderful. Every interaction we had with them was very pleasant, from the ordering to receiving our food at the table. The problem was in receiving our order. We began to notice that folks who came in after us were getting their orders before us. After about 30 minutes, I asked one of the mangers to check on our order. She came back and told us that they had run out of brats and were cooking more but the cooks failed to tell her. She graciously refunded us one of the meals we ordered without any request on part. She was quite apologetic. All this so far I have no problem with at all; these are growing pains. My 3 start review comes because my wife and I were both very unimpressed with the meals we ordered. Service - great. Value - acceptable. Food - below average. Granted, we just had brats and a chili dog. I'll probably try again and have some barbecue. read more

Decided we would give this a try but we were pretty disappointed. Staff was very friendly but it took a very long time to get our food. Once we did it was not great. The baked beans tasted exactly like Bushs beans out of a can and the chili was straight out of a Hormel can. Slaw was not good either. Everything is air fried, the cheese sticks were soggy the chicken strips were tough , there was no cheese for the pretzel so they gave it to us dry and plain. The time it took to get all of this delicious food was about 30 min. Hot dog was mid, bun was tough, I ended up just taking the dog and eating by itself. If your going for the food don't. We came to check it out, mainly the beer wall. We enjoyed it. The service was ok. There were teens running most of the show and a manager that unfortunately doesn't know how to run a business. The atmosphere is strange. It's not a place to get comfortable and drink. It was just us and another family that chose to sit right next to us with loud kids. Is it a bar, family restaurant, cafeteria, ? The tv wasn't loud enough to hear the game but the music wasn't very loud either. It was quiet, except for the kids. She explained she paid higher than other places and that yes, she did keep the tips. I told her I didn't think that was right. Crave is hit or miss. The food is good, but the service and wait time is mediocre. Expect a long wait (35 minutes) if you order anything too complicated (like the bratwurst with sweet potato fries). I've ordered this twice and both times the wait was ridiculously long for such a simple meal. I can cook a steak and baked potato in 35 minutes! This food was okay, with typical fast-food chain seating. They charged me more than the menu price, and when I asked about it, the cashier said the menus were old (they'd been open a few weeks). When I explained to her that, by law, she had to sell a product at its advertised price, she called the manager, who came out and adjusted the bill. They're probably making a nice bundle from customers who don't pay attention to what they're being charged. read more

Even though they have only been open a short time, the food quality seems to be declining. When they first opened it was good. Went there last night 08/13/2023 and it was just terrible, the brisket sandwich was mostly fat, the tater tots were cold and hard and never received my coleslaw that is supposed to come with the sandwich. They only semi redeeming quality was at the manager on duty seem very helpful even though he did not offer to give me any money back for the poor food. Addition to all this the ax throwing is not open yet which is a big bummer. I seriously doubt if I will be back. read more

Slow service and food is mediocre at best. They were out of cole slaw. Imagine a hot dog and BBQ restaurant being out of cole slaw. Ironically, one of their menu items is a slaw dog. The buns were dry and our food was barely warm. There was hardly any chili on the chili dogs. They are way overpriced for what you get. To get something better, I'd recommend buying some hot dogs and Wolf brand chili at the store and making your own at home. read more
