Served with Rice, Salad, Hummus and pita bread) so I could have leftovers to take to work the next day. I placed my order, paid for it and had to wait for about 15 minutes to get my food. While waiting, I was able to look around the restaurant to see it was clean and brightly lit. The table and floors were clean and there were a few customers dining inside. There was a good amount of meat and rice, enough for two people easily. The combo dish is $25 but well worth it. The meat was cooked nicely and had good flavor. When you call into the restaurant, they take your number and will send you a link to pay for your order and to send them your address and delivery instructions. I ordered the same items again, but got extra Spinach pies and a Greek Salad with chicken as well. The delivery guy was nice and brought my food up to me as instructed. The salad was fresh and there was plenty of Chicken Shawarma on top of it. I ended up having that for dinner as well as one of the Spinach pies and it was delish. The Chicken Shawarma was very nice and again, this was a decent size salad and was filling along with the pie. I definitely want to go back to try some of the other dishes that they have, like the wraps and the gyro plate and/or wrap. There is a lentil soup I would also like to try as well. I would definitely recommend Falafel & Grill for eats.

Ordered lunch from grubhub on a Saturday afternoon. Restaurant was recommended by a coworker. Was not good at all. Ordered hummus, almost $10, portion was fair, but came with 1 stale pita. I don't know what or how to eat the remaining hummus. Ordered 1 chicken Shwarma sandwich, pita so stale it crumbled when I tried to pick up my sandwich. So much lettuce it was like a treasure hunt to find the chicken. Ordered extra sauces, wrong sauces were sent. I has asked for a "white sauce" I think is pretty much the same at all middle eastern places. They sent me a little container of mayonnaise with some kind of added flavor. Not authentic or tasty at all. Very disappointing meal. I can't remember having an order I was disappointed in for a long time. Normally at least one item is edible enough to save the day. This review is long overdue. When I moved from NYC to Chicago in 2014, one of my biggest concerns was finding a falafel spot that could live up to what I was used to back home. After plenty of searching, I found Crave--and it exceeded my expectations. The falafel is consistently fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the rest of the menu is just as impressive. Having grown up eating at Mamoun's, I don't make this comparison lightly, but I would put Crave up against Mamoun's any day of the week. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Mediterranean food in Chicago, this place is a must-try. I've been coming back for years, and it never disappoints. read more

I am posting this review as I have had the opportunity to visit Crave Kabob and was impressed across the board. I was informed about Crave and made the trip from the SW burbs. By far and hands down the best Mediterranean food that exists. I am no food expert, but I know Mediterranean food and this is definitely it. I was greeted by Kayla, who was a gem and a pleasure to work with. I sat down and ate my food; what an explosion of flavors after my first bight. Food & service was good, not overly pricey . Next time I come down this way and I'm at Lasalle Street station... If I'm seeking a meal I will come here. Most of the wraps seem to be $1399 . Full meals slightly more. Which is a decent price considering it's in downtown Chicago. Servers/hosts are friendly, and seem to be putting forth a good effort. The tabouleh was incredibly dry as well. Maybe there's a certain dollar amount or bigger format item to order to get good food here. I also asked to add on toum after my transaction with cash, the owner said it was on him. Well I never got garlic sauce either. Enjoy the tip I guess. There was no one else in the building and the food was served quickly, although it ended up not being worth it.
