We arrived at lunch on a weekday. It was pretty busy, but our food came out fast enough. The hummus and garlic appetizer was amazing with the pita bread. We ordered gyros, shawarma and kids pizza. We had the Sumac Chicken Manakeesh and the Chicken Swarma. Both were excellent. The waitress was friendly and funny. Live just around the corner from this place ( in fact I can see Mama Jeans from my back yard). Was sooo eager to try and went about a month ago. Service was terrible. 15 min to get a drink order then 15 min to get the drinks. Another 15 min for the food to be ordered. Waited and waited for the food until we saw people getting served that came in after us. As I was going to pay for the drinks and app (spanikopita which was good but not great) our food was being delivered. They did comp my meal and made it to go after I paid for the drinks ect. Got it home and discovered that it had been microwaved to the point of being dried out. That was what was coming to our table after an hour plus. If I remember correctly, the total bill would have been $50+ before tip for 2 adults and 1 child.. I may try it again as I love lamb but the wait staff needs to up their game and the kitchen staff needs to be taken some pride in their work and not let subpar food go out I would much rather someone admit to their mistakes and make it right than just try to cover it up. read more

Food is amazing consistently. We are regular customers! However, today I was disappointed with their service. We order the same thing every time, but this time we wanted a La carte instead of the meal. We ordered what we normally order (gyro meat wrap & chicken shawarma wrap with a side of garlic sauce) and everything we ordered was wrong. They gave us two sandwiches one of which was a Philly gyro, and then a garlic appetizer. We ended up paying for the appetizer that the lady added on (to not make a big deal), and then we asked that they one of the wraps we ordered and offered to give the sandwich back. They said to keep the sandwich. Once the wrap was ready they tried to charge us for it. We offered to bring back the sandwich because we didn't eat it or want it. All this was met with a poor attitude, no apology, and the lady blaming us saying we ordered our to go order wrong. It was highly frustrating considering the fact that we were waiting a total of an hour and 15 mins for our food when originally told 45 minutes. I was so excited to try this place when I came here with my parents and sibling, but the experience was so upsetting that I had a to cry a little. The food, absolutely amazing and delicious, the ambiance was okay. But the service? Oh lord it was god awful! It took absolutely forever to get food, the people that were sitting before us were still sitting with no food when we left, and the server didn't even know what type of drinks they had or what sizes you could get the food in. It's like they had no training at all. This is only a 2 star rating because the food is wonderful. But if you aren't wanting to wait, I wouldn't risk it. read more

This is my second time visiting Crave. The last was a bit of a disaster and I hate to say that today was even worse. We waited 15+ minutes for a table for lunch but would have been longer had I not reminded the hostess that I was sitting in the waiting area. She had forgotten about us completely. There were plenty of tables open when we arrived. So I'm a bit confused by any wait. Anyhow. We got a table and I immediately ordered our drinks. We watched the server greet, seat and take orders from multiple tables before bringing our waters. Probably 10+ minutes. At that time, I ordered an appetizer. Two other tables near us were sat about that time. We waited over 25 minutes for hummus and pita with no apology. Meanwhile the other two tables got their appetizer and food and were eating. Finally got our appetizer and placed our order. Over 30 minutes goes by and half of our order arrived. I was told Mine (a chicken wrap and fries) would be right out. Another 20 minutes or so goes by. My family was almost completely finished. Still no wrap. Finally, I see that the other two tables (2 top and a single) were done with entrees. Paid. And gone. Still no wrap. I asked the waitress to make it Togo as we had already been there an hour. ANOTHER 10 minutes goes by and finally my food. I had to ask for a manager and she said that there wasn't one available. Still no apology for the wait. And acted like "no manager- so can't help you with your issue". So I flat out said I don't think I should have to pay for this. Another waitress came by that was "filling in" for the manager. I explained the issue(s). She apologized and gave me her number. Asked me to give them another chance. She comp'd my wrap, I paid and we left. I just opened my wrap at home so I could FINALLY eat and it is not even CLOSE to what I ordered. I'm so baffled and confused at how bad this experience was. We will NOT return. I can have a $55 lunch for two adults and a kids meal pretty much anywhere else. Save the headache and some money. Go elsewhere. read more
