Just order for the first time as a holiday treat for my nephews. It went over as I expected and they love it. The only area for improvement is the ordering process. I found two area's of improvement, the first is the site asked for my email address to receive 10% of my order, I entered my email and it provided a code to be used at checkout. At checkout there was no place to put the code, now mind you I was on an iPad so the issue may be that the site is not mobile friendly. I emailed the company regarding the issue and have not yet heard anything regarding the adjustment. The second issue is not being able to pick the actual delivery date, they just ship it when they get the order so you have no idea when it will arrive, in my case I ordered it on a Thursday night and it was delivered the following Monday. Seems to be a locally owned novelty shop specializing in gourmet popcorn. Even though I wasn't overly impressed with their "Chicago mix" (as I am obsessed with Garrett's Popcorn) the store has a great selection of sweets, popcorn and sodas. The staff and owner are very nice and I will definitely come back and give them another shot. read more

Last week, I was craving dill pickle popcorn. I stopped at another popcorn shop & I was really disappointed. I happened to be in Plano today & decided I wanted to try a different popcorn shop & I am so happy I found this place. The dill pickle popcorn is delicious!!!!!!! I bought a large bag & started eating it on the way home. I also bought some Chicago mix. I will definitely be buying from here again, even if I have to order it online. The popcorn is light, fluffy & very flavorful. The prices are better than the other place I stopped at previously. read more

Stopped in on a whim to grab a taste. I'm from Chicago so of course I had to compare. The Chicago style was a little bland. The cheddar popcorn was slightly flavored. The caramel wasn't coated enough. Basically, the coatings were too light for my taste, but it wasn't bad. Just wasn't what I'm used to. I also bought the white cheddar. Again, the coating was too light, not enough flavor. It tasted like a light cheese flavor dusted on butter popcorn. Again, not bad. Would I go back? Yes, but only if I'm 'craving' popcorn. read more

I love this place I'm always getting little popcorn bags for my daughter's team parties& birthday parties. They have a variety of really neat and delicious flavors and you can get seasonal colors for teachers gifts. Cute shop...nice folks but way too salty. Purchased white cheddar bacon. It was orange???and a salt overload. I felt bad for the popcorn...killed by a salt bomb. Before I ordered I asked if all choices were available...answer was yes but magically I selected the one they were out of. I purchased $90 worth of popcorn and caramels. Caramels from Dallas Caramel Co. were disappointing and I so wanted to find a local source. I won't return. As far as pricing-I'll just say they are very proud of their popcorn. read more

Obvioulsy the people that gave this place a great rating doesn't know popcorn. The caramel popcorn tasted stale. There was just no flavor. I never should have strayed away from go to for popcorn. If you want the best fresh poppped popcorn go to Yo-Pop Etc in Addison, you won't be disappointed. read more
