Now this has to be the longest trailer that is in the area. I mean this thing is huge and every bit of 40ish feet. They have a bunch of folks inside this thing too. They have just recently moved into this new larger trailer. The menu is on the healthier side but I could find something to eat/ I went with a wrap of tuna which came out of a can. Dang it has been ages since I have eaten whitish colored tuna. Now my wrap was slap pack full of goodies too. There was spinach, red onions, purple cabbage, black beans, and a pretty sweet vignette. In all it was quite yummy and it cam out of the truck really fast. I even got some sort of smoothie that came out purple. It had all kinds of fruits and coconut water. It was also pretty delish. I wish I would have found this truck sooner. But, I will be around for a few more weeks. I'll be seeing the crave truck a few more times, that's for sure. read more

SUPERB!!!!!! Finally a place with wholesome, tasty food that cares about the public's health. These types of places are so damn hard to find. I absolutely loved the 'select your own toppings' method for the entrees. Food was super fresh, flavorful, delicious and reasonably priced. I had a bowl with brown rice, cherry tomatoes, shredded cabbage, carrots and dried cranberries all for $8! Every single ingredient was fresh and perfectly prepared. The brown rice was warm and perfectly cooked and the veggies on top were crisp and cold. The Thai peanut dressing was flavorful and excellent. We also had two smoothies that were so tasty. Honestly it's the most satisfying meal I've had in Florida since I arrived because of quality, healthiness and reasonable price. Super fast and super friendly people as well. The seating area right on the water was great. Not bad for a food truck! Bravo guys!! Literally the only suggestion I have for the owners is to rethink the way the food is served to stop the massive container usage/waste. It's great you guys have a recycle bin but couldn't you ask the customers if it's for here or to go? If for here purchase some reusable/indestructible plates and bowls, set up a bin for dirty plates and wash and you'd cut the waste down and cut your cost considerably. They served wraps and salads with the absolute freshest veggies. The man who took my order was so helpful, and I totally branched out from my comfort zone... SO glad I did! What a hidden gem! I had a (decide your own) wrap with a mix of greens, corn, black beans, scallions, tomatoes and avocado, with a dressing of garlic nutritional yeast. It was so filling, and so delicious. This five star is not just for the phenomenal food, but also for the TRULY amazing customer service. If I'm being honest, even IF the food was just okay, the service alone would still get this place a five star review from me. But good news, the food is AMAZING and the service is AMAZING. I usually will pick up a salad (mind you, the salad is the size of three chipotle salads combined and could feed probably a family of three) twice a week and every time I come by I am greeted with a first bump, a "how's your week been", and a smile.
