A very nice quaint place to go for breakfast. We found this place while spending a few days in St. Augustine. They have a small but good selection of wine in the front, a few local gifts in the back, and nice breakfast/lunch selections in between. We each ordered dark coffee which was rich, fresh, and hot! Served in a warmed up mug which was a nice touch. We also ordered the breakfast sandwich which had over-easy egg (at the employee's suggestion, you can have the egg prepared another way), bacon and cheese on a biscuit. The menu only indicated bagel or croissant but the employee suggested the biscuit option. I'm not really into biscuits as I can take them or leave them. This one was good! Light, flakey, delicious. The sandwich was a hot mess with the over-easy egg but I would get it again just as it was served. Very good experience. Super friendly staff.

Juniper was right next to the hotel I was staying at during a recent visit and so we decided to stop in for breakfast one morning. The place is super cute and the staff was nice. Our food came out pretty quickly and we were originally going to take it to go but decided to eat it there. Their sandwiches were delicious! The biscuits had amazing flavor. My fiancé loved his, as well. I couldn't recommend them more!

Finally came in, I was so excited to try it. After ordering I wasn't fully convinced the pictures on the website were pretty, and the portions decent. Now the reality of the food was small and prices were expensive. The breakfast sandwhich was $9 and it was super small. My turkey special was a fail; the croissant shrunk the cheese square could wrap around it at least 2 x then my bean soup I was thinking it would be creamy tomato soup with black beans, but instead it tasted like canned beans dumped to boil and corner chunks of tomato thrown in it, and nothing else. Not worth $13. My total was $46 for 4 items !! That were not even gourmet.... how did this happen??? 1) mini breakfast sandwhich 2) turkey special 3) small hot chocolate 4) canned Róse Way too expensive! & service was ok the staff ringing us up were just blah not friendly, not too helpful. Inside is nice and spacious well lit and they had 2 highchairs available. One which was filthy, luckily I had my wipes with me.... In a nutshell I tried it wasn't impressed, prices seemed high for quantity of food. I can guarantee I will not be back.

COMPLETE TIME WASTER. (The book, not the café--don't come for me.) The café? Absolutely top-tier deliciousness! Great options, amazing service ((seriously, THANK YOU AGAIN, you legends)), and freakishly fast. Plus, everything's locally sourced, so you can feel smug while you munch. My husband--who takes banana bread very seriously--said their version was the closest thing to his grandmother's recipe. This is a big deal because the man practically worships BB. I had the power salad and a turmeric latte with oat milk, and let me tell you, it hit harder than a toddler with a drum set. Pro tip: ask for a side of Cowgill's hot sauce. It's so good, I'm sneaking a bottle onto our cruise like a spicy little stowaway. If room service questions it, I'll just have them try it ;) Also, once you're sufficiently stuffed, take a short stroll to the Shrine of Our Lady La Leche, just two blocks away. It's a serene and beautiful spot that offers a truly moving experience--perfect for a moment of reflection and gratitude. ENJOY!

Great little spot in St.Augustine. The Matcha was good and the service was quick & kind.

If you want a little breakfast and coffee or juice, I highly suggest this place! Located at 48 San Marco Ave., parking is on the street. 6 Four top tables, 5 bar seats and take out is available. I had the quiche. It was light and fluffy with most of the flavor coming from the goat cheese. Absolutely divine. I also ordered the Americano (2shots espresso) to wake me up. Topped it off with a thick slice of banana bread, which was delicious! They also offer juices, pastries, honey for sale and bags of coffee, wine by the bottles and cans of tea. Cute place:)

Great coffee, location and muffins. The blueberry muffin was legit and bread pudding muffin was...oh mama. Get it. I've been to at Augustine many a times and have missed out every time but today it seems as this was my first time. Will be back. Grab a coffee before you assault downtown trolley actions or whatever you do. Local place ran by local people.

One would think there's not much you can do with a grilled cheese sandwich, but the Grilled Cheese Gallery proves that assumption wrong. There are 13 amazing and creative choices of grilled cheese here. Don't like grilled cheese? They also serve salads, poutine, mac & cheese grilled sandwiches, ice cream and other desserts. This is Comfort Food headquarters! There were actually so many choices it was hard to choose. I chose A Night in Amsterdam: Gouda, Gruyere, Swiss, Cheddar, on Artisan White. My wife had The Queen Brie: House cured bacon, French Brie, Raspberry Puree, Balsamic on Sourdough. My Amsterdam was quite a creation: three slices balanced on a pedestal with cheese trailing down more than a foot. It was delicious! My wife lauded her Queen Brie as well. We wish we had more time in Saint Augustine as this place is definitely worth a second visit.

We ordered: the Amsterdam, the Artist, the Queen Brie, and the Classic (2 sandwiches). Three of us upgraded to a small cup of tomato soup (each order comes with a mini cup for dipping). I was the lucky person who ordered the Amsterdam, which, much to our surprise and delight, was served on a hook with melted cheese stretching down to the tray it was served on. Everyone had to take a photo of my sandwich! It contained a variety of cheeses, so while the taste was fairly classic, it was a bit more nuanced than the Classic sandwich, which only had cheddar cheese. Everyone else thought their sandwiches were delicious too. And we all loved the homemade tomato soup! I tend to be a bigger fan of creamy tomato soups, but this one was rich with umami flavor and had a bit of a kick. While this is a counter-service restaurant that's pretty much no-frills, the employees were friendly and helpful. One of them refilled our water cups at the table, even though the pitcher she had was leaking, and I didn't get the sense that they normally did that. Sadly, they don't sell soft serve ice cream any more, but there are so many ice cream shops in this part of St. Augustine that you can easily walk somewhere else for dessert (which we did). The place wasn't crowded on a Friday evening and had lots of menu choices, so if you like grilled cheese sandwiches, whether creative or simple, be sure to stop by the Grilled Cheese Gallery on your visit to St. Augustine!

Again went inside, waited for the front desk server to process several orders before I could ask about the status of the drink. Nothing had been made, so another five minutes for the drink order. By this time I was plenty hungry, and was disappointed with the Cuban sandwich. It's basically a toasted ham sandwich, nothing particularly unique about it.
