I could see a room full of people working on patients. Someone in a uniform working on a patient raised their hand to acknowledge hearing ther knocking but never came to the door or made eye contact... just left me waiting and standing outside the door without a word. Then someone came to the door without saying hello or apologizing for ther wait, asked me if I had an appt. Without another word she said she would 'be back' ..took a child outside to her mother then walked by me without a word. She never returned. I left. I will never, ever return. I am appalled at how poorly I was treated. Then I when I called to soak to someone about my experience I was left on hold for over 15 mins until I hung up. This type of customer service is NOT customer service.. it is neither professional nor neighborly. It is down right RUDE!! NO business should operate this during a pandemic or any other time. This is a time when we should be kinder and show human compassion for others. This FAMILY orthodontics is not family oriented at all!

I'm hoping the actual dental care makes up for this experience, but the lack of communication and long wait has left a poor first impression. At this company we don't get raises at all and god forbid if we ask for one. We work like a dog everyday with a crappy pay. They do everything in their power to ignore concerns for better pay. This company has gone down since we got a new HR who really isn't a really a human resource manager but actually a realtor, they just didn't want to pay for and actual HR service so they decided to keep it in the family and to top it off he doesn't care about his employees. HR is suppose to be there to protect the employees and is suppose to be the barrier between the job and the employee, and or just to be there when we the employee needs to be protected but in actuality he is the problem. Our problem and concerns were constantly ignored, he has no communication skills with employees, He will go days or weeks just to not respond at all to our problems we text or email him about. Not to mention there is no employee handbook at this work place to go off of which allows them to make up rules as they please. I had fillings done that were not completed properly, and I continued to experience pain afterward. I returned to the office multiple times to report the pain and discomfort, but my concerns were not adequately addressed. Rather than identifying the actual cause, I felt my symptoms were dismissed, and the problem remained unresolved. After seeking a second opinion from another dentist, I learned that the fillings had not been done correctly and needed to be completely replaced. The new dentist also identified the source of the pain based on my X-rays, which had not been correctly diagnosed during my visits to this office. Unfortunately, I was not the only one in my family to have this experience. Another family member also had fillings completed here that ultimately had to be replaced by a different dentist due to poor workmanship. I understand that no dentist is perfect, but I expect concerns about ongoing pain to be taken seriously and for X-rays to be interpreted accurately when diagnosing the cause of a patient's symptoms. My experience resulted in unnecessary pain, additional dental work, and extra expense that could have been avoided.
