He was supposed to be experienced but I found him reading the directions for the wrong fans. Their mark up on the fans was over 300% and the guarantee of after service was exposed as a lie when Leo simply yelled that he wasn't there and couldn't help and I didn't need the app anyway. The humidity hardly decreased, the mold continues to worsen and no one returns calls. To sum up, after $18,500 I still have mold. Definitely advise you to find another company. read more

This is a review for crawl space work performed. Leo and his team recommended our crawl space be fully encapsulated. This was a very expensive quote and we decided to move forward in stages to help break up the costs. He agreed and quoted to install French drains around the interior perimeter and a sump pump in our crawl space. On the surface the work looked good. However, after a rain I went into the crawl space to evaluate the drainage. The quote was for perforated pipes to be installed over 12" deep, not one drain was more that 4". I found 3 walls that were left without drainage, I also found a drain that was slopped away from the pump, I took pictures with a bubble level, causing water to stand in another corner of the crawl space. I continued to try and contact Leo but I wouldn't get a response from him. After a couple months I was able to schedule his team to come back to repair the work. I went back into the crawl space to see the repairs and found another issue of a solid pipe being used, which does absolutely nothing for ground water. I have removed that, contacted the company and no one has responded. I would be careful when hiring this company and do your follow up after their work. read more

I have been trying to get some answers on the actual work performed in the attic. I can see there was some insulation installed but I have no idea if it's of any good quality at all. At the moment i am sitting in a hot house due to there crew disconnected some of the duct work and now I cannot get the cold air to come out of the AC unit. The had all the duct work disconnected and when they were leaving I saw a large duct disconnected from the compressor. I pointed it out to them and he said he would fix it. I need everything connected to the original position. I have been trying to contact Leo the crew leader with no success. Keep in mind that I just had them do the work at my house on Friday and now he is not answering any calls or text. BEWARE of this company. They will add on cost that were part of the original est. this is part of a scheme they do to up sell to you, based on some reviews that I see that happened to them as well. I gave them a call thinking it was under warranty but the water pump was considered an accessory and not covered under warranty. I found this company through a mailer and was looking for a quote for a whole house fan. Instead I was told we have rodents and that we need to replace all our ducts, insulation, even the furnace. After having three pest control companies inspect our house, they've all said we don't have rodents. One pest control company went as far as to suggest that it appeared they'd planted the rodent evidence (I would like to think this is not true). Regardless, they never even gave us a quote for all the work they were suggesting or the whole house fan that we originally wanted. Thus, the only conclusion I can come to is that they were probably just looking for a sucker to scam and moved on as it was clear I wasn't going to replace my furnace. These guys were awesome. I was dealing with a dryer duct that had clogged and actually started leaking. Ron was my project manager, he got back to me right away and got a crew scheduled within a few days to replace the duct and install a booster fan. It took a couple weeks to complete since they ran into some mold they had to deal with, but communication was excellent and the work was done well. After interviewing multiple companies, we chose Crawlspace and Attic Pro. The rep, Ron, was on time, polite and knowledgeable. He helped us understand the process and also indicated our HVAC ducts needed to be hanging as condensation could occur and it would improve air flow. Our second floor was significantly warmer than the downstairs due to old insulation and a whole house fan leaking hot air. The actual job was one day. The crew showed up on time, were courteous, and also very knowledgeable after asking additional questions. They went through the process of removing the old insulation, cleaning, hanging the ducts, added baffles, air sealing, added an insulation box I created for the whole house fan, and added a barrier to the attic entry. I am extremely please with the crew's work, Omar and Omar, are very hard workers and skilled at what they do! Our downstairs reading with out AC was 80 degrees and upstairs was 83, it was a noticeable difference from having waves of heat at the top of the stairs and in one of the bedrooms. Our AC cooled our whole home in 2 hrs and noticed it turned on less than before, telling us our home was better insulated! Best investment along with replacing old aluminum windows to improve efficiency and provides a good return on investment for selling a home.
