They delivered an above and beyond service; and even worked through some day of concerns that led to slight plan adjustments without additional cost to me. I feel confident this work will fix the issues we were having and will try to remember to update this review in about 6 months accordingly. My only "critique" is the long lead time from estimate approval to actual on-site work. But I can't fault them for having great recommendations and staying booked so far out. Since I wasn't physically at the property I decided to call around for some quotes. As soon as I spoke with someone at the Clean Air Co., I knew they were who I wanted to go with. They got it scheduled and said the technician would call me once he assessed the vent. To my surprise, the technician reported that the vent was already really clean and told me it wasn't necessary. He said he'd of course be happy to do it but he thought I'd rather save the money. I'm so grateful for his honesty. Not only was he awesome, but both of the folks in the office who I spoke with were very friendly and helpful as well. Yesterday afternoon we had 2.5 inches of rain at our house. Every five to ten minutes the sump…read morepumps would quietly surge out a geyser of water, water that use to seep into my basement, but does not any longer. Every bit of that water stayed OUTSIDE the house and none of it came in. I was a happy man. A dry basement, after all the years of sucking up water with a Shop-Vac, is a joy. When it rains heavily--as it did yesterday--I don't stress over what my basement will look like. To be candid, the job was not inexpensive and the jackhammering and installation was dusty and messy. Everything--everything--had to be washed and wiped before the basement could be lived in again. BUT...the results are a care-free, livable space. I no longer worry about rain. The salesman who guided the design of the project was more interested in making sure I got a system that took care of my needs rather than selling me a pre-packaged deal. He even helped me pull up and remove my old carpet to make way for the workers. The lead and his crew on the project were excellent. When I asked for adjustments they were addressed and accommodated. It has been over a year since the work was completed and I celebrate every time it rains and I stay dry.

Our home was built in 2006 on the highest elevation of our property. Still, everything slopes to the creek and we realized we were getting water intrusion in the crawlspace. That became a bigger problem thanks to the impressive rainfall in Middle TN. I started looking for a company to do the encapsulation and received a recommendation from a trusted friend. He said Crawlspace Solutions is the only game in town. We both know the owner of the company as he sometimes shops in our place of work. My friend used to work in the crawlspace industry and knew Jarrod (owner) and the stellar reputation of his company. Jarrod gave me an excellent quote and also told me about the extent of the water intrusion, recommending French drains and a sump pump, in addition to an industrial dehumidifier. Through my research, I was able to understand Jarrod's concerns and his proposed fix. He and his company provided so much more value for the money it was a no-brainer to go with Crawlspace Solutions for this significant project. His crew was professional, expedient, and clearly happy to work for this great company. The day they brought in the gravel for the French drains, they really displayed their teamwork and friendly humor! The entrance to the crawlspace is about 24" square. They had to relay a huge number of 50 pound bags of gravel while sitting on their knees all the way to the other side of the house! It went on for nearly 30 minutes and must have been exhausting! Throughout it, they laughed and joked with each other, but got that terrible job done and went on about their business. It's now one year later and everything is working perfectly. During the recent heavy rains, the sump pump showed its value, pumping significant amounts of water out of the French drains and away from the house. Money well spent!
