This was the first time I've gotten my nails done here and I absolutely love how they came out. Everyone there was super friendly. I received such great service. It's a small hidden nail salon and needs to have proper credit for what they do. I decide to get the deluxe pedi and omg did I need it. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the sweet woman who did my pedi but her hands are amazing lol she's gave me such an amazing massage. I also got my nails done by the lovely Lan. I asked for ombré coffin tips and they came out perfect. Lan was great and is absolutely great at what she does. I will def be coming back here and recommend you do too. read more

I stopped by this salon this past Friday night when my usual salon was too busy. They were also too busy to take me for my nail needs that evening but she was able to fit me in for my brows. She did a nice job on my brows and the price was reasonable and comparable to other salons I use. I do think the woman who helped me really did all she could to try to find a convenient time for me to get my nails done and I appreciate the effort. I would return in the future to see how well they do nails. I won't come back after 5 on a Friday however lol. read more

We were in the area for a wedding and while we were waiting for our Airbnb to be ready I figured I would get a manicure/pedicure. I checked with my trusty Yelper friends and found Ours Nail and Spa within walking distance of the coffee house we were parked at. I made an appointment for that day and the lady on the phone was very accommodating. When I arrived, I let them know I was a little early. They politely offered me something to drink and showed me where I could pick my colors. As I was waiting I noticed how well the owners knew their clients... good sign. Also, when another scheduled appointment came in after me, they were taken first because, they honor the time of your appointment. I like that...if they had taken me first, the ladies who came in on time for their appointment would have been kept waiting. When my appointment time approached, they set me up with my feet in a warm jacuzzi tub while I waited for my pedicurist to finish up with her last appointment. I couldn't believe the time and care my pedicure was given...cream massage, hot stones...lovely. When I was moved to the manicure table, the same care and attention was given. All this for $35. plus tip. AND they offered a 20% first time discount for Yelpers. Perfect! I really wish there was a way I could come here every week but 1000 miles is just too much of a commute. I'm not one to write reviews. I'm just disappointed. I booked an appointment at 10am today and arrived on the dot only to wait 25 minutes outside and still no one available. I had to leave. This is poor customer service. A business should advise their customer when they're going to be late. read more

This location is very friendly and willing to please. Came here and they wanted to do a good job. Male owner was very nice and not trying to rush you out. Nail painting job was fine. The guy noticed the glitter I picked wasn't going to look like the bottle so we picked out another shade for the base to make it look better. Not sure yet how long it will last and will update later. Massage was better after I said I like it harder but I'm used to not getting someone strong enough to give me the massage I'm hoping for. Must mention that there isn't massage chairs and I missed that aspect. I would come back here simply because the excellent customer service means a lot to me. Whole staff was Asian males when I visited. Very easy to communicate with them, good command of the English language. Went on a Sunday at 415 and no one else was here. Young is amazing, and super professional. My nails are always shaped perfectly, and he gets me in and out in a good amount of time. Lots of polish to choose from which is always nice, and the shop is always clean! The only thing I don't care for is the conversations in the salon while I'm there. Young keeps it professional, even when other nail techs are discussing their sex life (this comes up a lot), bathroom habits of their clients (yes, that was a conversation), and many more inappropriate salon topics. The vibe is weird, but Young does a great job!!!! read more

Came here twice super happy thinking I had finally found MY PLACE but today The husband part of this team proved to me once & for all that the vast majority of Vietnamese nail techs are either jerks or don't know what they are doing. This guy falls in between. While asking him not to do a certain technique that he does (according to him it's no technique-everyone does it. But in my eyes, the way HE does it, I didn't like and so I asked him to skip it. In trying to understand what I meant he was super condescending, sarcastic, made fun of the shape of my fingers which was super rude. Needless to say I will never again go back there.
