Owners are racist and all they care about is money! Place needs to be boycotted. They left my grandmothers feet soaking in water at the pedicure bowl for nearly 2 hours until the water turned ice cold. She wasn't even acknowledged when 2 white ladies came in after her and had their pedicure started and completed before they even touched her feet. Then they rushed it and left polish all over her toes. We will not be returning. My grandma was made to feel less than on her 73rd birthday. These Asians come into this country and earn a living off the backs of black people and treat them worse than white people do but they love our money. They need to be made to feel the value of our money by no longer patronizing their business. They'll straighten up then! Zero stars if we could. read more

I was on a mission I've been to several nail salons and some were good others were not. I was shopping one day at a local clothing store and the cashier had amazing nails The shape and color were really good It's how I wanted mine but was left feeling like they could have done better She recommended me to go here and today was the day!! I call to make appointment boom done. I go in and right away was greeted. Definitely was happy to see they were friendly and not rigid like other places I was planning on only doing one color but was recommended on doing ombré... I'm happy I went along. We talked... we laughed. She was definitely fun and personable and knew what she was doing! Customers who were leaving were known by name(even if it was for that day) That speaks volumes!! They pay attention I think I finally found my forever nail spa. read more

This was my first time coming here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It seems like it may be family run. I was helped immediately which was great. They're having their grand opening month right now and offering 30% off all services which is a great way to try a new place out. Everything is nice and clean inside and the colors and music was soothing. The reason I'm giving this four stars instead of five is because it was a bit hot inside. I'm not sure if it was the heat coming through the windows or if the a/c just wasn't set to a cooler temperature. I also thought that maybe it was just me that was hot. But when I moved to the table to get my manicure done, the man doing my nails turned the fan that was on the table towards him to cool off. Which made me smell his sweat. Honestly I thought it was a bit amusing. Besides the a/c not being cooler, the service was excellent. Best massage doing my pedicure and manicure. They were also very attentive offering me some water to drink twice while I was there. I also like that they have a rewards program. I'm definitely looking forward to going back. read more

Worst service ever and technicians are not skilled . I went there for gel nails and in 2 days they were chipped .The lady is pleasant but the husband is most un professional and nasty. I had made an appointment to give them a second chance they accepted the appointment I went in time and the lady asked me to wait a few minutes later the man come s back and tells me they are busy and wont take me . This is because they do not want to fix the mistakes that are made . The girl who had done my French nails was not skilled. I will not recommend this place to anyone . read more

It's been 2 years since I've been to a salon. I learned to do my nails during Covid. But I wanted a special design and just didn't feel like doing my nails this time, so I decided to treat myself. This is the second salon I've visited and I have to say I will be back. They were very welcoming, Kelly especially, which is a large part of the reason I also stopped going and am encouraged to come back. I had been getting my nails done professionally for years prior to C, so I know when a tech is skilled. Kelly does nails well and she is very meticulous in getting it right the first time and she listened to what I wanted. She also talked to me which is different from past experiences like we had a conversation. I noticed her customers and others were very pleased before me so I'd say the other techs do good nails as well. I love my nails and have gotten so many compliments. The one con I'd say is that I did wait awhile to be seen after having an appointment (that was already pushed back by them) but after speaking with Kelly I understand why. However, it would still be great to be seen at the appointment time. read more

I was a regular customer for over a year. Great nail work but appointments are NOT important to them. Wait time twice was 40 minutes from scheduled appointment time. They take nail art and more expensive services over regular customers with just a fill. They don't learn your names either. read more

And we're back to one star... After coming here for a long time, I had to stop coming, because making an appointment means nothing to them. I have a very tight schedule, as most people do, and when I make an appointment, I understand if they're running a few minutes behind, However... Yesterday I made an appointment for 2 o'clock today with Kelly. I was just getting a fill so I expected it to be about a 30 minute appointment. When I got there it was confirmed it would only be about a 30 minute appointment but it was going to be about a 10 minute wait. That 10 minute wait turned into 20 minutes. Now there's only 10 minutes left of the time that I budgeted for this appointment and we haven't even started. So while they might do a good job on your nails, if you have any kind of life or schedule, this place is not for you. I stopped coming quite a while ago because this was an issue and now I won't be coming back again. Very disappointed. No respect for time. I understand it might "only be 20 minutes" to them... But to me it's the difference of do I get to shower before my performance tonight or not. Unfortunately today I had to choose to get a shower instead of getting my nails done. read more

This was a MUCH better experience than the one I had in September. Kelly was my mani pedi girl on this visit and she did an excellent job. She was super nice and even though I walked in at 5:30pm on a Friday she was able to fit me in and still take care to do a wonderful job on my nails. No gouges in my heel on this visit, thank goodness. The decor is still very tasteful and tranquil. All the massage chairs, pedi stools, and manicure tables look brand new. The tools were in sterile packaging which I really appreciate especially after going to places where I'm surprised I never contracted fungus or something worse because of the lack of cleanliness. That is no issue here. I'm glad I gave this location a second chance and I can honestly say I would come back as long as Kelly is working. read more

Short wait but always feel like a burden to the owner. Rushes you to choose a color and files/buffs so fast to get it over with that your skins hurts. Once made my nails so short, my fingers looked like sausages. If you go, make sure you get one of the younger nail techs. They did a much better job. (green nails in pic) Last time I was there, the owner sat me down and then when a new customer walked in, he told me to wait 5 minutes to take off her gel polish and I ended up waiting 15+ minutes and when I turned around he was entirely doing the gel manicure. It was sooooo frustrating. I ended up walking out and going elsewhere. Negative stars. read more

This nail salon just opened near the Publix Lake Mary on 17/92. Staff was very friendly and really listened (which sometimes is rare of these nails salons). I got my nails done with liquid gel. They came our perfect.. exactly what I wanted. For manicures, they offer regular polish, gel or the dip powder. I didn't do a pedicure, but looking forward getting one soon. I am always hesitant when trying out a new nail salon because I get so accustomed to going to one place and I do not want to be disappointed. This place proved to be leaps and bounds better than any other place I've been. The atmosphere is very modern and clean with very friendly welcoming staff. I felt like my nail technician took his time to make everything perfect and I was extremely satisfied with the results! They have only been open for a short time but I only see the business growing from here! My only warning, be careful not to fall asleep because the music and dim lit environment will have you relaxed and ready for a nap! I will definitely be back! read more

By far best nail salon experience I've ever had! I had a mommy and daughter day and we were in search for a nail salon cause our usual was closed for the day. However, we got super lucky because this salon decided to open on a day they are typically closed to accommodate for the holidays. Anyway, we got treatment that not even our regular nail salon does. This location genuinely does amazing work and attention to details. We were welcomed by wonderful staff members, extremely clean salon and they're reasonably priced. Was I glad to find this place! I knew when I walked in I was in for something enjoyable. I had scheduled a gel manicure and a pedicure. The salon is newly renovated and beautiful. Everything was clean and bright. It was soothing and comfortable. Just what I want when getting a relaxing pedicure. The lady who did my nails was gentle and efficient. She moved quickly and accurately. My nails came out looking perfect. I moved over to a massaging chair fitted with a lined foot soaking bath. This didn't go as quickly but that's ok because the extra time was spent on massaging my feet and calves better than a physical therapist could do. When it can time to trim, file, and paint my toenails she did a perfect job. I now have smooth, callous-less feet, with pretty little toenails. Thank you Divine Nails Spa! read more

This place is the BEST. I've never had a bad experience and Ive been going twice a month for the past few months. Kelly and Roy really take care of you and care about you! It's quite hard not to be totally in love with Kelly's work. She really takes the time to get to know you and build up a beautiful relationship. I can't imagine going anywhere for my nails now. Each new session we get a little more adventurous and fun with the designs! Kelly loves a challenge and is ready for anything I throw her way. I have no words to describe my experience at this salon today. After waiting over 45 minutes for an appointment I expressed my displeasure to the manager. I was mid pedicure when he came over and told me that after my pedicure they would not honor the manicure appointment I had made. And basically told me to get out. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and with such little respect. This place clearly has no respect for their customers or their time. Other reviews have said that that when they voiced their complaint they were met with the same hostility. Zero interest in making customers feel better or resolving a problem. Update on my review: I was happy with the work she did, my nails looked good. But after a couple of days my gel nail polish already started chipping and after less than a week I could peal the gel nail polish of several nails in full! Means they use cheap base and top coats, I've had the same problem before at another nailsalon when they said they started using 'different' product. Good quality gel nail polish sits on my nails for 3 weeks without chipping or pealing off! read more

I have been coming to this shop for almost a year. In the beginning, the service was amazing and very professional. Recently, service has unapologetically diminished and it's unfortunate I have to share this negative rating. The reason I'm providing this unfavorable feedback is for the following: Communication- if I ask to come later and you agree for a later time- there is no reason I should have to wait an additional 45 minutes to get my nails started. If this does happen, a courteous apology and offer of a beverage would be nice. As soon as I walked in Roy says 5 mins, this was not true. Nail removal- I have tips that needed to be updated. Roy did not ever want to soak my nails off. Instead, he chose to rip them off with a nail tool or take another tip and try to ram it up. Not only was this painful, but damaged my nails. I complained about it each time and he continued to do it. His goal was to rush the process and he neglected the consequences. The shop can not run with only one person doing nails on a Saturday. Folks have busy schedules and make appointments so they can plan their day accordingly. The disregard for the time of customers, without an apology is unprofessional. Also, my nails would break frequently with a need for me to come in and have it fixed constantly. I'm a working mom with a family, coming in constantly to fix my nails is not feasible. I will not return to this shop or refer anyone to come here. Oh last thing- when I first walked in I asked for water, Roy was on his way to get it and but turned around instead and did "later".....not to me but to the worker behind him. After a few mins, I said what happened to the water? The girl in the back heard me and turned around to bring me the water and mumbled " he is busy". Nice- I will take my business and well valued time elsewhere. read more

Stacey was absolutely wonderful - she added the additional service with no problem. I received a text the following day reminding me I had "plans" - love the wording. Stacey always makes me feel comfortable even at awkward times. That is why I absolutely LOVE this place. This is 100% the place to go for all your waxing needs - I know I will be a regular again.
