SNS and pedi. A gentleman with a beard began and ran the drill to hard and burned my nail twice. Then another customer came in and he took her with an acrylic fill with French manicure so here I sit. Salon very cleaned and was asked to wash my hands, then I was given the nasket with with color samples. Premier is my go to. I was using Amy, but she has left. Chloe and Lena are amazing. They both went above and beyond to make me happy. I just have to get my pedicures down. I need my ingrown toenails removed. I look forward to the massage and Amy had this down to an Art and Science. Gotta figure out who can get this right. The money it cost for these services plus the tip.....needs to be completely top notch considering prices of groceries etc.... How hard we work for a dollar. Anyways, give this place a try. This was my second time visiting and I was not disappointed. My friend comes here and I came with her last time to try it out and loved the pedi and fills they did. I saw that last visit they were doing an ombré on someone and I knew I needed to have that next time. My friend always goes to Alvin and he's amazing but I went to will and he's amazing too. I def will be returning to will. A lady did my pedicure and I didn't get her name but she was so sweet and did a great job. It was $30, I would've much preferred an hour at a different salon, sweet ladies, but don't know english very well. I got a Gel French Manicure done by Tina. After only 2 days the gel French manicure was chipping off from a few nails. I went back a couple of days later to get them fixed. Its been 4 days after getting them fixed, and now they look worse then ever. Just a waste of my money and I will not be going back. read more

Technician not well trained and not able to understand my instruction due to language barrier. Drew blood but still did not adequately remove cuticles. Uneven nail cutting and ruined polish due to sloppy cleanup w acetone.instruments did not come out of autoclaved packages. Over all very disappointed. I went some time ago because I had been there before and don't remember them being so pushy the last time. But i went this time, alone (previously I had my step mom and sister with me), and when I went I told the guy (I think he's the owner I'm not sure) that I wanted an acrylic set and he then pushed me until I said yes to getting dip. I reluctantly said yes because that's how you feel under pressure and the girl, although a nice girl, young, did not do a great job. I just wanted a nude oval nail, and when I got done one of my nails was crooked. I was very disappointed and do not want to go back. read more

This is a nail salon that consistently does great work. They can get busy quickly due to the location so I would recommend calling ahead and making an appointment. I always book with either Will or Alvin depending on who's available first. They made me a believer in the dip powder manicures rather than the standard gel ones. My nails are much healthier since making the switch. The location makes it easy to kill time nearby with the TJ Maxx there in case they do happen to have a little bit of a wait. read more

This salon is under new management/owner and I could not be more excited. The salon is clean and newly remodeled. They have just bought new, high quality OPI powder which lasts forever on my nails when others have failed. They also have easily matched polish for your toes. Ive had great experience with all the staff but Alvin is who I chose to do my nails. He is quick and thorough. This is ridiculously bad customer service- I walked in 35 minutes before close a woman sits on her cell the place has only 2 customers and I'm turned away for a quick eyebrow wax. The girl who finally made eye contact asked me what I wanted and after speaking to the rude woman sitting on her cell told me "no, I sorry we close soon." Seriously! Eyebrow waxing takes less than 8 minutes. This is the2nd time I drove out here opposite of my destination and they just don't feel like working anymore. This was the place I have had my nails done for over 15 years. However, the owner sold about 2 weeks ago. I had a gel manicure done on a Thursday and had to return the following Tuesday (they were closed to remodel on Monday) since the gel was bubbling and uneven. The new owner redid my nails free of charge and told me that the original tech used very poor technic and has he had spoken to her. I thought great! However, it is not even a week and on three of my nails the gel snagged and has peeled off. BEWARE the gel product is bad. read more

This nail salon is horrible. The customer service is extremely bad. They also give their customers nail infections because they do not keep their equipment clean. Then when you go back to them and ask for a refund; they only want to give you part of it. I had to go to my bank to dispute the charge for them as well. this salon is terrible, I went at 5, they close at 7, I had to wait 45 minutes for a tech and I got my full set done and wanted rounded shaped nails, the tech was rude about it, sighed, didn't say two words to me and before painting my nails she said to me "when are you gonna pay me? You don't pay, I don't paint" you know I paid her, I got home and I HATED my nails, the round shapes were uneven and one of my acrylics were already popping off, I was furious so the next day I went in there and the tech was in there, and she told me that they usually charge for the rounded shape and to stop complaining, I clawed my nails off in the car pissed off beyond belief, I will never EVER go back read more

Dont dare to go to this place! I went for a refill, they were mice at the beginning an when i show him that the refills didnt look even ( i ask him for a refill in all the nails and i had one broken) suddenly he started yelling at me, telling me to leave the place because he was not going to fix it. He didnt ask me properly he yelled at me in front of all the customers. I left the place because i thought he was going to attack me , i couldnt even talk to him he was very aggressive. This happened saturday 27th of june 2015 at 5:30. I dont believe they should be in business treating a customer that way. I didnt ask for a free service , so i dont know what was his problem. Very disappointed and i will never go back. I want to let everyone know what can happen if you go there. read more
