This is a ridiculous company who has terrible customer service and they quoted a day and time to come out and they came out at the wrong day at the wrong time the person's attitude was silly and not serious at all I couldn't I couldn't take the appointment at the time that he came out I set aside the original time and just got a bad vibe from him all around as I messaged him about it the response was now they couldn't do anything till August and then they were unable to serve just a ridiculous company I'd stay far away from him in my opinion there's much better companies out there... I have recently relocated from New York and had no idea what warm climate like that in Fresno can do to insects! They do not die! It all started with my bathroom... An ant or two a day near the sink. "No biggie!", I thought. "Probably just got lost". A week later I accidentally left a sealed bag of compostable veggies on the countertop in the kitchen, and when I came home, I saw dozens of ants trying to get in the bag (probably was not as sealed as I hoped for). Again, I thought that it was my own darn fault leaving this bag on the countertop. The next day is was my cat's dry food... The time has come to get help... My landlord was kind enough to call Caleb from Crazy Ant, and he was able to come to my house the very next day working around my schedule. After spraying inside and outside I have not seen any ants. I have kept the kitchen spotless, but my cat's wet food is still outside, so no ants for now is a small victory. On a personal note, Caleb is a very professional and kind person. Sure sounds like a great company, but they don't answer the phone when you call. An automated message tells you "we apologize for the wait, please stay on the line." After 10 minutes of holding I moved on. Owner messaged me shortly after I wrote a 2-star review. "We are a small local company and use a service called voicenation to receive calls and transfer them to the right person. The entire resin we have this service is so what happened to you, never happens. I am so sorry, we are a small company of only 5 people. I will have a talk with voicenation about changing companies if they can't answer and forward the call to the correct person. I hate the fact that you had a horrible experience and 10 min of your time waisted." Again, seems like a great company, but clearly dealing with some common issues for smaller businesses. The best pest control option! When my husband and I bought a newly built house out where there were previously fields, we knew we needed pest control asap. It was easy to set up and they have great customer service. They spray regularly and if you find a need for them to come by to spray again between periods, they will without additional costs. They are fast. Once our cameras caught a mouse in the garage at night. We called the next day and they came by that same day to set up traps. They even go out of their way to have amazing customer service. One day when they came to spray, they asked (through the doorbell camera), if we wanted them to carry the large boxes (4 chairs) into the garage, since we weren't at home. Contacted Crazy Ant when I realized after seeing my +10 black widows that I might have a bit of an infestation. Worried about my dog, who gets into everything, I requested same day service if at all possible. Crazy Ant/Caleb came through, AJ showed up late in the afternoon; sprayed inside first, then outside. Very thorough, informative, did a GREAT job. Within a day I started seeing dead black widow spiders -- bleh!! Then a week later, more live spiders. Contacted Crazy Ant/Stephanie, setup an appointment and AJ was back again to spray and kill more spiders at no charge -- part of my service. With this house it has been one pesky critter after the other, then it was cockroaches! then rats! Each time I called Crazy Ant and they were out immediately to address the next critter. Honestly if it were not for AJ/Crazy Ant, I would not be able to stay in this house. Their service is excellent, AJ is very responsive and informative. First of all very good customer service. Someone picked up right away. I wanted their service the same day. They got back to me promptly and told me someone would be here the same afternoon. Forgot his name but the guy was very professional and explained everything before beginning. He did a very thorough and strong treatment outside. He even sprayed organic treatment around my lawn, plants and vegetable garden. I had recently spotted black widows in the backyard and a couple wasp nets. He sprayed and removed webs all around the house, even removed wasp nests and got rid of them. And of course sprayed inside the house as well. I had emptied a couple of cabinets under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. He was pretty thorough. Overall very satisfied with their service.
