Was here at 2pm for two orders, waited 25 minutes. People came and went through drive through and carry out. For most of our visit, we were the only ones in the place. It was chilly inside. The food was disappointing. Mine was supposed to have peppers and carrots but they were rare finds (see photos of Thai Bowl) as it was mostly hunks of broccoli with stems and cabbage leaves. Bland and unappealing, not cooked well, especially compared to Hawaii Poke, where the broccoli almost melts in your mouth it's so tender- and no stems. I won't be returning here. read more

I have loved this franchise since they opened their first location, I've been a longtime customer. My favorite wrap is the chicken Caesar wrap with dark meat. I have a peanut allergy and they are careful to use a clean knife when cutting my wrap to avoid cross-contamination. As their menu has evolved I've tried other bowls and have never been disappointed. I also like the quinoa option for the bowls and wraps. Healthy eating, made delicious! If you want to be a little indulgent, go ahead and take the small bag of tortilla chips they offer as a side and help yourself to the many options at the salsa bar. My absolute favorite is the jalapeño cilantro salsa. It is so addicting! They also have hummus at the salsa bar & when my mouth is on fire, I can dip a tortilla in hummus and calm it right down. Today, though, I ordered a small jerk bowl with grilled chicken, but when I got home, I realized it was missing both the jerk sauce and the chicken. A great healthy fast lunch option. I got the tostadas. Two come in an order, one of them alone is almost enough for a lunch by it self. The slaw with the fresh vegetables give it a nice crunch in every bit. I normally added grill chicken which is the best meat option for this. I normally add the salsa from the salads bar to give it more flavor. The avocado gives it the little bit of creaminess to combine and the textures and flavors. Very disappointed. Ordered the Santa Fe Bean Broth soup with chicken breast. Thought it'd be good for a winter night. All broth few beans and rice. No feta or avocado as advertised. Tortilla Chips tasted stale. Chicken bread dry and well overcooked. Complained that the soups had nothing in it when the salads are well overflowing with stuff. They brought me a tiny side of rice in a condiment cup. And -it's seven bucks for a soup! Haven't been here for over two years and now I realize why. The one in Chesterfield is much better. The photo includes all the salsa I had and just to get some vegetables in there In follow-up I must complement the company for their immediate response to this review and admitting that they realize they don't do soups very well and if they can't do them well they won't do them at all. For that I will increase their number of stars since this company cares and is proactive about what they are doing. They are planning to pull them from the menu soon. Indiana doesn't have Crazy Bowls & Wraps, which is now a huge disappointment! I travel a lot during this time of year, so finding healthy food on the road is difficult. I came here at the recommendation of a friend who used to live in MO and said, "You NEED to get CBW." She wasn't wrong! The food is all made with fresh ingredients. You can choose wrap or bowl, then a base (rice, quinoa, zucchini noodles), and then a protein. They then have "fixings" that they add based on what you choose (i.e. Pesto, Teriyaki, Thai, etc). I got the pesto bowl with zucchini noodles and grilled chicken. It was really good, the ingredients were fresh, the food was hot and it was great. I didn't really think about zucchini noodles in addition to the zucchini that came with the pesto fixings. Lots of zucchini, but that was more on me since that is how I ordered it. The chicken was a good serving and had that yummy grilled taste. I was not expecting chips as a side, which was an added bonus. They had individually packaged condiments like hummus and salsa near their drinks. I grabbed some hummus to eat with my chips, which was really creamy and full of flavor. They also have great teas as an option. I went with their cucumber matcha drink, which I couldn't get enough of. Will definitely be back next time I am in the area!! read more
