I have been coming to Crazy Horse since I was 19 years years old, and I'm dangerously close to 30 now. I have never once had a disappointing trip. I've come with friends on Saturday nights, I've come alone after work, I've come intending to drop $30 and I've come intending to drop $300. The performers are always a delight, the workers in front are always courteous, and it's a very easy place to relax and have four hours slip by before you know it. The performers do work for the tips, and the more you're willing to give them the better time you'll have. If you're sitting in a back row and holding tight onto your wallet you shouldn't expect much other than perhaps a performer to visit you and ask if you want a private tour (which are rather pricy and not particularly eventful), but if you sit up at the stage and ask the front desk to give you a nice stack of $1 bills the amount of interaction you can get is absolutely mind-boggling. Five dollars on the stage will get you more hands-on experience than you've seen since junior prom. Be respectful, keep your hands to yourself unless directed otherwise, and you will have the time of your life. read more

Best club I've been to in a while had a great experience with all the dancers and has a great time with my friends.

The main room's vibe is much different than they show on the website. While it has a runway stage with fashion show seating, the dancers still perform in the front. It feels uncomfortable to be in the front rows while having to turn to see what's going onstage. The decor screams a mix of 80s signage with posters of notable porn stars from many eras. But they do have a pretty modern lighting rig. For one-on-one dances, they offer three tiers: a couch with a lap dance where they don't strip (James W. says it's 20, but he doesn't count for the booth fee of 20 as well), and private rooms where they do for different time durations, but it seems that the booth fee is really high. The room decor in this section is less tacky fortunately. They have some cool performers who are more than their performances (Kalyfornia and Stella come to mind), and each performer can choose their own music and lighting, which at least helps them be more fun when they perform, as opposed to the dead inside look you get from the overpriced theater in the Tenderloin. The main thing that hurts this business the most in my opinion is their choice of placing a gigantic unavoidable poster of the abusive Adriana Chechik in the club's only vom (entrance/exit passage) facing the club's exit. If you like Adriana, more power to you, but after the negative and/or traumatic experiences me and my friends had with her on a personal level, I just can't come back knowing no matter how great my experience in the club was, it will instantly be killed when I see this poster. read more

Despite the 80's era interior and seedy neighborhood this place will have often have a girl for any taste. I never spent much time at Crazy Horse, due to the close proximity of the Broadway Strip in relation to my ex-employer. Nevertheless, Crazy Horse has become my new favorite club in San Francisco. The club is easily accessible off Market Street and parking is never an issue. The neighborhood isn't the greatest, but as long you don't leave valuables in sight and lock up, you should be fine. The club itself has a cover that varies and goes up to $25 after 7p.m. The cover might seem pricey but is well worth it, especially considering the girls and the laid back vibe of the club. The club is alcohol free and has a vending machine with soft drinks and energy drinks ($3). If you're in desperate need of booze or a quick bite, sixth street is one block down and can serve your needs with a few liquor shops and Chico's Pizza. The club itself is rundown and needs a good remodel, but times are tight and the club does well with what it has. The club is privately owned and not part of the Deja Vu monopoly. The club has a central room with a catwalk that houses one dancer at a time. The club resembles an old movie house and more than likely showed smut at one time or another, as evident by the old dingy movie theater seats. The catwalk is the center of attention and has a few rows of seating that go along the stage. If you're in the mood for some fun, grab yourself a seat and plenty of ones. The difference between this club and Deja Vu owned clubs are the attitude of the girls. Unlike many other clubs, the girls at Crazy Horse have fun with their [tipping] customers and aren't as prude as the girls on Broadway. However, tipping is key if you want to enjoy yourself. The dances are your standard prices, with a lap dance going for $20, a topless lap dance for $40 and VIP for $100, which I believe is three songs, but uncertain. All lap dances are done in the adjacent room except for VIP, which can be worth your time and money, as your mileage may vary depending on the girl. Nevertheless, the lap dances are some of the best I've had in San Francisco and are significantly better than what you'll fine on the Broadway Strip. The club has a variety of girls but has an abundance of Asian and white girls. On a typical Saturday night, you can expect to see at least 20 or so girls working the club. I give kudos to the girls for being anti-aggressive in trying to sell lap dances. A simple decline and rest assure that she won't ask again. Many famous performers have come through here. We came on a Sunday evening, so there was no headliner. But it was ladies' night and the cover was only 20 dollars. There was another big group there for a birthday party. This was what made the night so awesome. There group consisted of 5 guys and 4 girls. It was one of the guy's birthday. So apparently on your birthday they pull you on stage and give you an atomic wedgie. And when I mean atomic they rip your underwear clear off and spank you. And then they rode him across the stage. I know it's 2018, but let's be real: Some of these girls have no business taking their clothes off for a living. You come to a strip club to have hot girls fawning over you that would never give you the time of day normally. If I wanted to have some girl who looks more Taco Bell than Lexi Belle trying to come on to me, I'd save my $26 cover charge because I can do that elsewhere for free. You are a walking ATM from the minute you step foot in the club. I mean, you are one regardless of what club you go to, but you'll notice it big-time at Crazy Horse. This club failed to capitalize when other fully nude joints went down the drain. Market Street Cinema a few blocks down shut down a while back. Mitchell Brothers continues to limp along as rumors swirl about it being bought out by Deja Vu, also victim to years of bone-headed management decisions. Crazy Horse was in a strong position to be the only credible full-nude strip club in town... and it did the strip club version of blowing a 3-1 lead in the NBA Finals. Shame.
