Disappointing Drove all the way from Buckeye to try the wings and it was nothing but salt mixed with hot sauce. We couldn't even eat the wings due to the sodium levels in the sauces. My family loves the wings and sweet potato fries from Crazy Mike's! I like to have my wings extra crispy, because I don't like rubbery, slippery skin on my wings. With that said they come out nice and crispy and the inside still moist and tender. Do yourself a favor and try the Crazy Mike's dry rub, it is awesome! My boys and I go at least once a week. Mike's wings were good but not great. They were over-fried and a bit tough for my taste. Sauce was just OK, nothing special. I've had much better wings. Time from ordering to service was more than expected. Business was at most steady, not busy. Amazing! They offer a variety of chicken wing flavors and none disappoint. Our favorite is lemon pepper with the prefect flavor and crisp. They offer quality, not puddles of old grease. We would drive across town to Bell for these wings and I'm glad they are now in our backyard. read more

Wow this was simply the most shocking customer service experience I have ever had an I was a manager at several national chain restaurants. Now I know why they call it "Crazy" Mike's. On 7/13/21 my husband, friend, and I decided to drive 20 mins to the Buffalo Spot. We saw a newer wing place not too far away and wanted to try it instead because we have had the Buffalo Spot several times. We walked in around 6pm. The store was not busy at all and having never been there before, we took a few minutes to look over the menu. The prices were quite high but I am willing to pay extra for a small business and good food. My husband ordered the 6 pc traditional wing combo. I wanted chicken tenders but didn't notice there was a combo meal at first. I asked the cashier, Mackenzie, and she pointed me towards the meal. A 5 pc tender only came with 1 sauce and I wanted to try 2 sauces. I specifically asked do you guys put sauce on the tenders? She said yes but you can get the sauce on the side. I then said oh that's perfect and ordered the 5pc combo with honey bbq and paid for an extra sauce on the side so I could dip them and try both. My meal was $14.75 and my husbands was about the same. So 5 tenders, 2 drinks, 2 fries, and 6 wings for $31. My friend placed a separate order for 10 traditional wing combo. We received our order within 10-15 mins. I opened my tenders and was disappointed to see there was honey bbq on them but I wasn't mad at all. I politely asked the cashier to see if I could have them remade (otherwise what would be the point of my sauce on the side?). She was nice and went to the back so I assumed they would be remade. The manager came up about 2-3 mins later and said he had talked to the cashier and "she confirmed with us like 5 times that was how we wanted them". I'm not sure if the guy was making it up or if the girl was so scared of her manager that she felt like she had to say that so she didn't get in trouble (which she shouldn't). I was shocked and so was everyone else at the table. He also said it across the restaurant too but luckily there was only 1 other person in there. I replied that I didn't understand what the big issues was and he said the cost of chicken is really high and it's lost profits for them. I completely understand that but that cost HAS to be figured into your food cost when running a restaurant. You would think it was based on the fact that 5 frozen chicken tenders were almost $7. He stated that he would need to check the cameras and listen to the audio and contact the owner. I said ok go ahead because I was confident it how I placed the order. This place has a clear view of the kitchen. He went to the back somewhere (maybe to check cameras lol) and came back to the kitchen 5 minutes later and slammed down an order of chicken tenders. I was so upset that I wanted to just leave but everyone else was still eating. 15 minutes later he brings out the chicken tenders after everyone is done eating (it had been about 20 mins in total since I got my original order and brought it back I believe) and had to add fuel to the fire by saying "I called Mike and he said to not remake them. I remade them against my better judgement." All I could say was wow I'm never coming back here again. I took the chicken tenders and went home to throw them away. Who knows what they did to the food. I'm not an unreasonable or argumentative person and try to be very understanding when things happen especially during times right now with COVID. One thing I don't tolerate though is being berated for something I didn't do. This was absolutely shocking and this boy they have working as a manager should be re-evaluated. If a cashier rings something up wrong, take the small loss. We actually thought what we did eat was pretty good and probably would have put this location in our rotation of wings places had we not been treated like garbage. I really hope the cashier does not get berated by this manager for a simple mistake. read more

Our go-to order is spicy crazy mikes rub & spicy lemon pepper rub with spicy seasoned fries! If you're a ranch person, always order extra ranch because it is DELICIOUS & always fresh! Tried this wing place today and came away very impressed. The wings were nice and crunchy, not soggy at all. Sauce was Korean Hot Sweet. It had a little kick to it and had a nice sweetness. They offer quit a few dry rubs along with wet sauces. I was surprised at all the options for French fries. If you like wings and fries, this place is for you. The wings were great (honestly amazing), but the service I received my first visit here was absolutely terrible.....so so bad. I wish I could rate the wings and the service different and to be honest my husband almost lost it especially because we had our 2 year old who was getting bored and wild after waiting almost an hour for wings while people who ordered after us were getting their orders. Once my husband told me that he counted 10 customers getting their orders who came after us, and after it being past the time they told us it would take (20 minutes) I finally went up after 30 minutes of ordering and the guy told me that my order was almost done. I went back to my seat and waited another 10 minutes. I got up and realized they had been calling a name (pretty sure they gave my order to whomever they were looking for because that person never showed up). So after 10 minutes the guy asked my name and he said he would take care of it. After sitting down for a minute he came up and asked for my receipt because they lost my ticket/order (after lying and telling me it was almost done). That's when I knew for sure that my order wasn't lost, it was given to someone else. We finally got our order after almost an hour wait. We paid $56 for our wings (not including tip) and as great as they were, the price we paid on top of the service just isn't worth it. 1 star for service. No one even apologized or owned up to making the mistake and having us wait. I get that it was a newly opened location, but take responsibility and maybe that'll help build the trust of your customers that you made a mistake of not checking orders to help them come back or to spread the word for others to visit.
