If you want to go eat ice cream with your family that you'll actually enjoy this is where you need to go. From personal experience, this is the best ice cream I have eaten by far. There are various flavors to choose from and the atmosphere of the whole place is worth seeing. It does take a bit longer than your normal Ice cream shop, the best part is that the Ice cream is made fresh in front of you so you literally get exactly what you want. Simply put, I am not impressed at all. First off, $1 per topping? Why?! My so called "fresh brownie bits" we're not fresh nor in bits, they were hard as rocks and were chunks. I can concur with other recent postings. My wife has come here lately and always tells me it's not the same. I didn't want to believe her. I decided to come down today, figured I would use my points for a free ice cream (I had a lot of points) and give it a shot. I walked in and saw the new menu which is cool, I like it, I actually ordered a signature creation instead of my usual fruity pebbles. As I tried to put my number into the iPad it told me I was a new customer, HUH!?!? I've been coming here since they opened this location and had a decent amount of points. I immediately asked the person helping me was the points system new and she said yes. I asked why wasn't an email sent to customers so we could use our points before this was cancelled, but she didn't know. She called her manager on the phone and I spoke with him, basically he informed me that these changes were from corporate. I was disappointed but figured okay oh well, I'll pay for it. I ordered a unicorn signature creation and the total was almost $9, I asked for the military discount that they've always given me and the rep told me they don't do that. I immediately became frustrated because of this, plus the points situation. I paid my 9.74 and sat to wait for my ice cream. The rep gave me a coupon for 10% off next time but I told her I likely won't return. The ice cream was good but I could've gotten some bluebell from the gas station or a sonic blast and been happier. I had never tried ice cream made from liquid nitrogen so I went to this place for the first time & was disappointed. I ordered Nutella flavored ice cream with organic milk. Not only it didn't taste like Nutella (I think mayb less Nutella was added or the liquid nitrogen impacts the flavor, I don't know) but I was not happy with an outrageously priced not good tasty/creamy ice cream! This was my first time there so my expectations were based off of pictures and I'm not too impressed. First off, $20-ish for 2 "ice creams" one specialty medium, and one large that was pretty basic. They both were good but I wouldn't go out of my way to come again. When I received my large basic order from the pick up station, I questioned myself if I had placed my order wrong because it was pretty much already melted to where I thought it was a milkshake, not only that but it also seemed to be as big as my medium and I say that since the cup was just a little more than half way but not filling up the cup like the pictures show. I didn't want to send it back because I felt like the staff didn't want to be bothered and they seemed to be training someone. Overall presentation of my orders were subpar, I could've gone to DQ and they would've made my ice cream do flips and tricks before handing it to me. read more

There are so many flavors available, and you get to watch it being made right before you! The employees are very nice and patiently helped me decide what to get. I got the large size which comes with a free waffle cone. (I asked and they weren't sure if it was vegan) In their matcha green tea Flavor. The matcha flavor was very good! The texture is smoother than a fresh jar of skippy! Absolutely Amazing place! I have been there tons of time with family. Everyone loved it. It's a cool experience. Customer service is always top notch I haven't had any complaints ever. Staff is very helpful and courteous. We have tried Nutella, mint chocolate, caramel, expresso, tiramisu, Thai tea, green tea roasted pistachio and the list goes on...You can always ask them to add more flavor. We don't eat ice cream often. We eat really healthy. BUT, treats are necessary and this ice cream is the best in the world. I can not describe the texture and flavor. It is out of this world. We were pretty excited about trying this place. On their Facebook page they had posted about the grand opening and free scoop of ice cream till 10pm. We got there at 9 and the lady at the door said sorry we are closed. I asked her that it said you are open till 10 and she mentioned that they cut the line short. What annoyed me the most was that I had called them around 8 to ask if they are still serving ice cream till 10 and the guy who picked up said YES till 10. I wish he would have just told me on the phone that we are going to cut the line short so don't bother coming. So much for making a customer happy. I found it unfair that they were turning people away after promising to be open till 10. We were looking forward to a new ice cream shop in RR but won't be going back. Stopped by with my young daughter and there were only high bar-top tables and chairs to sit in, which is hard to do with a child. As we waited we watched a disabled person take their ice cream to-go as there was no place for them to sit. They suggested to the person working they consider handicapped seating, which I doubt will get passed up to management. It was heartbreaking to watch. This location could use sun shades as well, the setting sun gets pretty hot in the windows. read more

I'll start by saying the ice cream was very tasty and the nitrogen fog is way cool. My daughter wasn't expecting it and it bowled let over. However, the employees were curt and unhappy. It was very busy, so you could tell they were hustling. But I've seen a team hustle and have fun doing it. They yelled "welcome" to everyone walking in but it was perfunctory and obviously required. We got two ice creams. Mine was regular size, premium cream, peanut butter flavor with a waffle cone upgrade. My daughter, who eats a low gluten and low dairy diet, got regular size, coconut milk, flavored with banana, and a nutella topping. $16! It was crowded like I said. No traffic flow planning. The lines for ordering and picking up got tangled. There weren't enough seats for everyone. My daughter gave it a thumbs up. I think it's a fad. A cool scienc-y fad. read more

This was so good. I got the espresso flavored premium ice cream with brownies and when you buy the large with a mix in the waffle bowl. The only downsides were that the flavor of the ice cream needs to be stronger, I'd taste it when I first put it in my mouth but then the flavor just disappears. The other huge downside was that the brownie mixed in was hard and crunchy, a brownie's supposed to be chewy! Next time I'll ask them to put a real brownie in and not just some dried chunks they've had sitting out for who knows how many days. And I'll definitely do that considering it was over $10.00 for it! Luckily there's a groupon for 20% or 25% cash back I can't remember. If you've ever had cold stone, it's kind of similar but like I said needs more of the flavoring and it's not as gooey as cold stone, if that makes sense. It's worth a splurge of indulgence especially for the kids I think the fog-ness is cool! By the way I tried asking them to mix the premium with the coconut milk, like a half and half mix to make it be less calories but the guy said he couldn't do it, which I still can't understand why. Even after reading reviews, my family still wanted to try this place out. I was reluctant but outvoted. I knew it would be pricey and I was ok with that. I did expect to have a place to sit though inside the place. All the empty tables were filthy! Even though there were lots of extra workers, no one even batted an eye at the tables though there were many of customers eyeing them. The ice cream was ok. I got the birthday cake and it was sorta tasteless. My husband got a shake that he did not enjoy. We actually ended up throwing our "treats" away as they were pretty flavorless. I found the icecream to be way above average in taste, and in contrast to other reviewers I'm not sure where you could go to find an equivalent. I've been to another nitrogen place in Lakeline mall, and it wasn't half as memorable as this place. My friend and I were completely silent for the first few minutes after getting our icecream. It tastes buttery and delicious, and was very smooth. We got the original base, and I went with the sea salt caramel and Heath bars. It was packed the night we went, and seating was limited. However, the Staff seemed a little confused about how to get orders to go and deal with rush hour. We paid close to $9 (including tax) for the smallest size which is in fact a decent serving for two. We liked the ice cream and it's fun for kids to watch while the ice cream is being made - fresh! Great location hope it lasts and is able to make a few changes to improve pricing and serving sizes. Good flavor selections and options to choose from. One observation- Being my first time here I did not know what to expect and what flavors to order. Myself, 3 kids, and mother went to this location on 5/31/18 and had the WORST experience EVER! First off they didn't charge me right and swiped my card several times so I'm pretty sure I paid for the whole line behind me. Then none of the tables that were empty were clean so I asked if they could clean them because they were nasty. The one girl came from behind the counter and started spraying the table with my 2 month old right there. Spraying chemicals next to a baby, who does that? Are they trained on how to clean properly around customers? So I said "yes let's spray chemicals around a newborn because that's a great idea", she CONTINUES to do so as I move my daughter. Once she was done cleaning the table she proceeds to go back behind the counter and starts talking about me to another employee. He noticed that I was watching the conversation and could totally read lips and he stopped engaging her and told her I was looking. She didn't stop either. My 11yr old son noticed she was still talking mess and pointing and hiving dirty looks. I will no longer encourage people to go and will take my kids and fellow moms and kids group to the other local yogurt shop across the street. I notified corporate of this situation as well as posted on their FB and no one has even reached out to rectify this issue. I as a paying customer will not go back to a place where the employees are allowed to treat customers in this manner!!! read more
