I found my new favorite mint chocolate chip ice cream
    Nycole R.

Move over, Leatherby's, there's a new player in the mint chocolate chip game and Creamworx is working hard to take the medal. For me, the perfect concoction includes just the right consistency of ice cream, small, but generous, chocolate shavings and the best minty flavor that doesn't taste like toothpaste. Not everyone can get the trifecta correct, but Creamworx did it. Mint aside, there are other flavors, and I hear they are pretty great too. But, ahem, I didn't cheat on my favorite. I noticed there were other glorious treats in the case and learned that everything, including the ice cream, is made there. How cool! My only complaint is that this isn't right down the street from me. OK, that probably should be something I'm grateful for-otherwise I wouldn't be able to restrain myself from a daily visit. Until I'm in the area again, I'll be thinking of your, Creamworx!

One word... Honeycomb! If you're going to go give this place a try you have to try the Honeycomb ice cream, it is to die for. I promise you won't be disappointed and if you are then you don't know good ice cream. This is a family owned business and the couple that run it are so nice and they clearly love what they do. They don't only provided a great product but they do it with great service too.

This is the best ice cream around. It's super creamy and I love that they make everything in store. The service is great too. I love the sundae's! They are the perfect size!

Our first time in and it was great! We were greeted with smiles and warm welcome. The menu was awesome; ice scream, shakes, sundaes, warm brownies & cookies, and fun seasonal items. All of the ice cream is homemade and made in house!! It was creamy and delicious!! We loved how the space was decorated for Halloween and can't wait to come back and how they decorate for other seasons. There are tall tables, regular tables, and tables with a half booth side. Only thing is we wish they had outdoor seats.

Took a whole bunch of people here to experience this new spot. The ambiance at night seemed more party "club" vibe, and the music seemed a bit more loud than we preferred. Ice cream presentation was exciting and extravagant - definitely got oooohs and aaahhs, presentation was 5/5. However, it is quite pricey so be prepared to pay over $14 for a shake. Coming on a Friday night is expected to be more busy yes. The tables weren't cleaned, the garbage was overflowing (and never got emptied) and we waited for over 15 minutes to get our order. It also would've been nice if they offered or had a water dispenser for customers. A friend asked for water at the register, but was ignored. Would love to see this place improve. Totally get it that they've only been open for 2 weeks - hopefully they are open to customer suggestions!

This place is cute. My gf and I had a coupon so we decided to try it out. Walking in I said "wow the decor is nice" which I normally don't do. Especially for an ice cream shop. It's very retro modern. The staff at the counter were very friendly and fast. The ice cream was presented well and it taste great. I would recommend to friends.

The lighting? Immaculate. The icecream?! DELICIOUS!!! The service? Mid. The best biscoff icecream I have EVER had and the honey comb... MELT IN YOUR MOUTH. The shakes are 100% meant to be shared they're quite a lot on your own

Such fun ice cream and our little girl LOVED it! So much fun and I can't wait to go back! We deconstructed our shakes and if we did it again we'd just combine it all together (although that might be a little messy)! The service and owner were so awesome and were definitely the cookie on top!

Although the prices are expensive, the presentation is amazing and the ice cream is some of the best I ever had.

This place has some great over the top shakes! It was hard to choose from after seeing all the options and toppings that made them look like something you get from Disney. The atmosphere was chill. It had good music and some great Red Bull skiing videos. The whole team was cheery and nice! This a must-try!

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and happy to answer questions, creating a relaxed, hometown atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The fresh peach we bought was absolutely incredible--perfectly ripe, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor. You can really taste the difference that comes from fresh, locally grown fruit. We also treated ourselves to a cherry sundae, which was refreshing, delicious, and the perfect way to cool off on a warm day. The real surprise, though, was the apple cider donuts. We bought half a dozen thinking they'd last a while, but they disappeared much faster than expected! They were soft, fresh, perfectly coated in cinnamon sugar, and easily some of the best donuts we've had. If you're driving through Alpine or exploring Utah County, Burgess Orchards is definitely worth a stop. Whether you're looking for fresh fruit, homemade treats, or just a fun local experience, this place delivers. We'll absolutely be back the next time we're in the area, and we'll probably leave with even more peaches and donuts than we did this time! Check out our video on our socials @reessroots

If you're planning to dine there, make sure you don't have any pressing commitments afterward. On both of our visits, we spent an extraordinary amount of time simply waiting to be acknowledged. During our most recent visit, our group sat at a table right in the middle of the restaurant and could have driven all the way to the Draper location in the time it took for a server to notice we were there. We initially assumed the experience was a one-time issue, so we gave the American Fork location a second chance a few months later. Unfortunately, it was almost identical to the first visit. The pace of service was painfully S...L...O...W... The time from when we sat down until we got the special priviledge of actually ordering: 25 minutes! In contrast, the Draper location has consistently been a much better experience and appears to be managed far more efficiently. I'm glad they've expanded into American Fork, and the food certainly makes the restaurant worth visiting. I just hope they can improve their service processes so customers can enjoy a great meal without needing to set aside half their day to do it.

The restaurant is cute with several kinds of donuts, yummy tasty desserts, fresh bread, cinnamon rolls and cookies as well as some cute retail purchases like towels, hats, postcards etc, At 7pm I was quite surprised how many donuts were still left on the shelf in an open shelf system behind the counter. Another thing that was a huge turnoff was as the amount of gnats flying around. My guess is there is rotting food near the booths we were sitting in. The weather is cold, doors weren't wide open so something was attracting them. Restroom was clean and a small but decent sized parking lot.

We asked for coconut cake, vanilla buttercream, lime curd filling, heart-shaped, with an image on top and some written piping. We picked it up and the frosting looked great, but the top isn't what we asked for. We say something; the person working goes in the back and calls someone. She comes back and says they couldn't get the piping to look good, so they decided to print the whole top as an image instead, and if we had questions to email. We were both shocked they made that call without consulting us. We email, say we weren't happy with the look, and that we'd consider it resolved if they refunded the rush fee, which they did. Their reply said they hadn't realized the piping was a hard requirement, and that on short notice they'd made the call to print it with the logo instead, for ease and to stay close to the inspo image. Worth noting: we'd confirmed the piping twice, once in the initial order, and again the weekend before, to make sure it was doable. So why they decided it wasn't important is anyone's guess. I'm of the opinion that using a rush as an excuse only works if you don't charge for the rush. If they can't fulfill a rush order as specified, they shouldn't take it, or they should at least call, at which point I'd have given them several options (including just doing a plain cake) before printing the entire top. It looked extremely cheap. Then came time to actually eat it: embarrassingly, no one at the party finished their slice. Off texture, no coconut flavor, and the lime curd was overwhelming. I do want to highlight that the exterior frosting was really good, but the inside just wasn't. Combined with the unprofessional, cheap-looking top, this was an extremely embarrassing experience for me as the person who coordinated and presented it to the company. They did refund us that $50, so I didn't want to email again, even though we were unhappy with the entire experience. I couldn't in good conscience recommend a custom cake from Alisha's for a future event, though it seems we are an outlier and I know they do better work than this.
