But the first week of reopening, got in with my stylist, over tipped (to be generous, as first time back) pulled out my $33 to pay at the counter -- and was told the price was $45. For a Dry Cut, No Styling. No Wash. $45. That is a 37% mark up, in case anybody did the math. On the way out I asked the girl wiping the door down what's up with the price jump. She said, "Oh, they were supposed to tell you when you made the appointment." They did not. Good thing i had the cash (barely), as they are not taking cards. Not sure if i'm staying. This isn't New York, this isn't Philadelphia. this is a neighborhood salon in Fieldsboro. If you would have warned, or made it temporary, or something -- much easier to swallow.

I was in love with the cut and style she did for me. She also was open to helping me make a decision on whether to go drastic with the style or not. I'm happy with the end result and her opinions! Then I finally decided to bite the bullet and do some peek a boo color. (I've never dyed my hair) every single person in the place was so sweet and talkative and excited for me. I think the facials a little expensive, but that's really everywhere not just here. If you pre-book your next appt, they do give you a discount depending on what the service is. I also like the massages. I've only ever gotten the swedish massage. But id like the try the foot massage specifically. The upstairs spa area is always really calming and clean.

Though I had issues with their booking system online, I called and they were happy to help me. I like how in spite of them being busy they were able to calmly work with everyone even walk ins. I can't say enough great things about this place! Reasonably priced, super clean, lovely music, big TVs and both mine and my mother's nail techs were super friendly and genuine. I do like how they offer a punch card if you use cash. Only things I would say that I didn't love is that I felt like their nail heater thingy at the end felt weak and their decor was a bit confusing. Also, if you're looking to go get your nails and get other errands done, there's not much nearby to get to quickly to shop for. The shopping center is kind of slow but at least that means good parking. Overall, I would definitely come here again if I'm back in the area!
