I must admit I waited too long to give this guy his well-deserved credit. I've been through 2 accidents and went to Frank for service. Besides doing a superb job fixing my car, Frank charged fair and reasonable prices. He is honest and informative and always dependable. Just last week, my car's horn malfunctioned. I called him and he asked me to come right away. He fixed the problem on the spot. We also noticed that a light indicating another problem showed up in the panel. He ran several diagnostic tests and told me exactly what to do. All in all, he spent almost an hour working on my car. When I asked how much I owed him, he just smiled, gave a wink, and said "Hasta la vista!". That only shows what Frank is made of: a businessman who conducts business beyond profits; a person who is willing to extend an extra mile to care for his customers. My 1995 Lexus was hit while a 40 long tractor/trailer was backing up. The trailer crushed my front driver side fender, front bumper, headlight and hood. It pushed my car into the neighbor's portable basketball court damaging the rear bumper. Since the car is 25 years old Frank had a difficult time finding replacement parts. My wife and I picked up the car today and could not believe our eyes. All the repairs were done to perfection. Frank matched the color exactly and blended the front and sides perfectly. Frank was very attentive to the small details and even installed new hydraulic lifts for the hood. We could not be more pleased. Without exception this was the best body repair job I have ever seen. I only have nice words to say about this place and the worker Ive interacted with on two separate occasions. He was quick to install my IID device in my car and took extra time to ensure that I knew how to use it before leaving the shop. I recently had an issue with my device and he was willing to drive to me to service the device. unfortunately due to communication issues with the IID device company, this didn't work out and I needed to tow my car to the shop. He was nice enough to stay at the shop longer just to make sure he could get my device working again and called me afterwards to make sure it was working properly. I wish I could give more than a five star rating because this man deserves it! read more

I went to Frank to get an estimate after the front of my car was hit. Since the damage was not too noticeable I decided to wait it out. Unfortunately a few weeks later the back right corner of my bumper was damaged (this time very noticeable) so I went back to Frank to get another estimate. He reasonably listed and explained my options and the costs that went into the repair. I took my car in on a Monday afternoon and he had my car ready by Wednesday afternoon. Frank has excellent service, reasonable prices, and the quality of his work is great. His work on my car looks just as it did before the damage. After messing up my car door and side view mirror i thought i would have to pay at least 300 hundred to get everything fixed. I went on yelp to find good auto repair shops and this one stood out to me for all its positive reviews and just like everybody else i was really happy with my experience here. The owner was really friends and said i could get it all fixed for under 300 as a college student this really helps me out. The fact that it would only take just a few hours to get it all fixed and id be able to get my car the same day was amazing, other auto shops would have taken at least a day. Frank and his team are wonderful! They repaired my 2011 Ford Edge after an accident and it looks as good as new! Frank handled everything with my insurance company and even met me at the car rental place to ensure I got a great deal on my rental and he then took my "baby" to his shop. He worked late evenings and even on Valentine's Day to make sure I got my Edge back for a weekend getaway.
