Took my galaxy s6 to fix the charging port. It was ready in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the fast service. But when inspecting my phone, I noticed that they managed to break the back glass and the front glass wasn't glued back properly which caused the home button to become loose. When I returned the next day, the gentleman who assisted me was very rude. Saying the phone previously had parts replaced which was the cause for the damage, and would not accept fault. I know my phone has NEVER before had any parts replaced because it was bought BRAND NEW. At the end they just put some glue on the phone; it's still looking bad... but I will rather take my money and business elsewhere. If I could, I'd give this place zero stars. read more

Unfortunately I've gone to Creative Cell three times to repair my cracked screen on my iPhone. Fortunately every time I've gotten great service at a reasonable price. I brought my iPhone 6s here for a new screen $130... had to bring it back 3 times because the screen wouldn't register key touches. Then the screen fell off and broke and they wanna charge me $100 more- and wont do it without the receipt..... Like they don't know me by now.... Stay away from this place if you're smart. read more

I took in my iPod with a shattered screen and they replaced it in an hour, good as new. The employee was very polite and friendly and when I asked about my non-functioning camera on my iPad he took a look at it and informed me that it would have to go to the Apple Store but that the good news was I still had 29 days left on my warranty!
