Carlos explained the process of the battery replacement for my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Cost was cheap and took around an hour and 45 mins ish. - The battery replacement in my opinion better than the first time I got a replacement but it was a 3rd party. uBreakiFix uses OEM battery from Apple, which is something everyone should aim for since 3rd party are always iffy and cause my phone to having problems. - I recommend this location and much thanks to Carlos for my repair. 5/5

It took them roughly 3.5 weeks to "repair" my Ipad. However, they didn't even repair my Ipad, they actually gave it back to me in a worse condition saying there was no point in returning it to its original state since they couldn't fix it. I emphasized how I left my Ipad in great condition and it isn't fair that a literal device repair shop returns my personal belonging, damaged. The employee did not offer whatsoever any help to repair my Ipad of the damages they added onto it, and showed absolutely no concern over it either. Might I add, the issue the employee said they couldn't fix is fixable at another location so I have absolutely no idea why this employee thought it was okay completely giving up on my device (on the damages they added). They did offer to fix the screen once it starts working again... with a charge. I asked if it was going to be discounted at least and he said yes but probably not the kind of discounted I am looking for. I definitely wouldnt recommend this location when it comes to Ipad repairs.

I did that and it was in fact not better. My screen is delayed, bad quality, the Home Screen doesn't work. When you go to settings and look at the product service history, it says part unknown. The store does not offer refunds, and they are unable to fix the quality. I would like to receive a partial refund at least or I'm going to move forward with a dispute for defective service. I had to go to another shop ti get the part fixed with a genuine part.

I recently went to Creative Cell to get my IPhone 5s fixed and it went really great. When I walked in the workers greeted me nicely and kindly asked me what was the problem. Once I told them what the problem was (home button didn't work) they took my phone and fixed it with pleasure. They fixed my phone in a jiffy and it worked perfectly. It looked exactly new. And best of all it was not very expensive unlike other phone repair stores. So I highly recommend this shop for it's friendly and professional workers plus the good prices and the short amount of time it takes them. Remember, when you have a problem with your phone or iPod always go to Creative Cell, they treat you like family. My iphone screen broke and I called two repair shops in Ventura for a price. One company toldme they would price match if I found a better deal. I called Creative Cell in Oxnard and was quoted a super reasonable price that was 20% lower. It was a longer distance and more moey in gas but I decided to give my busiess to an establishment whio offers their customers a FAIR Price and isn't trying to squeeze every nickle they can out of you....Once I met the people at Creative Cell, I was given phenonmenal service and they even upgrasded my screen for an amazig discount (protective tempered screen). I want to recommend these guys and I've pledged to use them from here on out. They are actually going to fix my laptop next! GREAT BUSINESS, FAST SERVICE, and SUPER KIND PEOPLE!!! read more

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, with super quick repairs to both mine and my daughters completely shattered iPhone screens. I came in on two separate occasions and both times the store was clean, organized and repairs were priced more than fair with a repair time of 20 minutes max each time. Recommend this place for sure. They have a nice selection of phone cases and other electronics for sale as well, so If you decide to wait in-store for your repairs, there's merchandise to peruse. I hate going to places for anything, but having to come here, although frustrating because of having butterfingers, the experience was softened by the pleasant dealing with thee guy. read more

This place is your one stop shop for all cellphone repair needs. They first repaired my cracked screen for an amazing low price, cheaper than the Apple Store. After it seemed to be having sensor issues, they refunded me my money, gave me back the original cracked screen, and suggested I go to apple to try to get a new phone. Sure enough, my phone was internally damaged and I was able to swap out my phone. The guys that work here are so patient and helpful. You can definitely tell they take pride in customer satisfaction. They also have a wide variety of cellphone cases and accessories. I would highly recommend stopping in! read more

It's pretty hard to find a place that you can trust with your phone. When I called and explained what was wrong with my phone, they told me what was wrong with it and how much it would be. I brought it in shortly after that and they finished my phone fairly quickly and also put in some screws that were missing. I really appreciate their friendly service, considerate work, and their very competitive prices. Now I know where to bring my devices! read more

Finds out it was a minor issue that was easily fixed.They did not charge me which they easily could have because I wouldnt have known that they didnt have to work on it. Friday night my baby had dropped my iPhone 5c to the floor so I searched up smart phone repair in Oxnard and Creative Cell showed up after reading some of their reviews on yelp I decided to go ahead and come to repair my phone on Saturday morning . Great place to quickly fix your broken phones, although the prices may vary, still a great place to get your phones fixed and it comes with a 30 day warranty that they will fix your phones if they are damaged ( only thing is that warranty won't fix your screen if you break it again ) but still they are great must have your receipt I'll likely be going again on any future accidents read more

Went to creative cell to get my galaxy s7 edge fixed and I must say they did an outstanding job! it was an amazing experience and was the quickest repair on my phone it took 1 hour! Call Creative Cell on Easter Sunday because I cracked my screen and my LCD went white. They fixed my iPhone 5 for the best price around! $70 and it only took 20 mins! They gave good prices for chargers and earbuds they fixed my iPhone 15 in under and hour and they did a Backglass battery and screen repair they gave me a screen protector for free since I got the repairs it was a little pricey but for the work it was awesome, this phone repair shop is the best than any phone repair store. read more

One of my buddies told me to mention YELP and they would give me a discount, so i did and it WORKED. They did ask for me to add a review so i had to create an account. I don't think they use authentic parts. I changed the screen in my iPhone6 and it looks different. Due to my busy schedule I was not able to take it back but definitely it is not the same quality screen. The service was fast . I wish there was an apple store in Oxnard/Ventura area read more

Brought my phone in twice for a broken screen. The two men in front were really nice and were quick about it. I took about 30 min to have my phone back. They also do a 30 day warranty if anything goes wrong. After that never had any problems with the screen. read more
