So after being very sad, and frustrated that another iPhone repair shop told me the corrosion in my phone was bad and there was nothing they could do I lost all hope. I could still charge my iPhone, (only in my car) so for some reason today I thought "you know what, this is crazy, if it can still turn on there has to be some type of hope. I could not operate an android phone for my life!!! I was checking out yelp today and ran across these guys and since their right around the corner from where I work id give them a call. I spoke with a gentleman.. Ceasar I believe, explained to him the issues and he said bring it by and if they couldn't fix it they wouldn't charge me!! so I thought might as well give it a shot. I took my phone in with the slightest hope they could fix it. Ceasar called me less than 20 minutes after I got back to work and already had it halfway working. 25 minutes later he called and said to pick it up so I ran over!! ONLY $45 and the geniuses in vta had my phone for 9 hours and said nothing could be done... creative had my phone less than an hour and voila... fixed!!! they said it was the battery and it was good as new!!! thanks so much to these guys!!! I've been here a couple of times with cracked phone screens and about 45 mins to 1 hour I'm out the door with a brand new not cracked screen. I decided to go to Creative Cell due to the positive Yelp reviews. I had dropped my cell phone and shattered the screen. Creative Cell ordered me a new screen and installed it. Unfortunately, it was not installed correctly. On my screen you can now see a pressure point. It is blue in color. Also, my phone now has shadowing, gray and white coloring, where it should be a white color. When I try to read e-mails, texts, news, etc. it is very difficult due to this smoky effect on my screen. This must be the result of too much pressure being applied when my new screen was installed. I am hesitant to return to Creative Cell to have them correct their error. I am afraid they may make it worse since they did not do it correctly the first time. read more

I've gone to this store many times to have the screen fixed on multiple cell phones. Every time I've gone in they have been able to fix my phone within 30 mins while I wait and have been very helpful. The last time I went in they again fixed my screen quickly, but shortly after leaving the store the screen began shutting down. I returned to the store and they had to try 3 different screens before one would work. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and made sure I was happy with my phone before I left and assured me that if anything else happened to return to the store and they would take care of it. Took my Galaxy S5 in to have the glass and screen replaced. They were able to replace them and got it done faster than they originally told me it would take. I was definitely happy about that. A few days after picking up my phone the screen started to crack so I took it back to have them look at it. They were exceptionally great about replacing it at no charge. The parts were on back order but when they received them they were once again able to fix the screen in great timing. BUT... When I got my phone back this second time my reverse camera (the selfie camera) was VERY blurry (it was crystal clear before taking it in). Took it in AGAIN to have them fix the camera. Had to take it in two more times after that for them to clean out whatever was making it fuzzy after they fixed it. After taking my phone in a total of 4 times I was more than frustrated that they still did not get my camera back to how it was before taking it in to their shop. I will say everyone was very pleasant and kind. And maybe my situation was a rare thing for them. However at the end of the day my phone (the camera) is still not fixed after paying $230 and taking it in multiple times. I'm a bit frustrated with continuously having to go back so they can correct whatever it is that they did. Needless to say, though they were pleasant and as helpful as they could be I personally won't be taking my phone back for future repairs nor will I be referring my friends to them. read more

I would give it 5 stars since it was the best deal I found in Oxnard & the younger guy helping me first was very nice, service was done fast & he even tried hooking me up with a tempered mirrored screen front & back ($20) for the price of a regular tempered glass screen ($10) BUT unfortunately I had to go back due to glitches while I was texting. I went in & another guy in the back "fixed" it & as soon as I got in my car I had to go back in because it wasn't fixed. He couldn't figure out the issue until I pointed out something I noticed right away... that the screen they use isn't as thick as the original iPhone 6s screens & that maybe the tempered mirrored glass was too heavy. He took it off & there was the issue no more glitches. He replaced it with a regular tempered glass screen & I have no problems with it so far. I guess you get what you pay for but it doesn't change the fact that I dislike that they sell something that their customers can't use after their service, I had to wait more time for my phone, I figured out the issue myself & he didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. They give a 30 day warranty let's hope I don't have to go back anymore. read more
