The representative offered a replacement for the same but then also offered a furbished 9th generation iPad with 256gb(more storage than what my daughter originally had) for a little bit more in cost than if I had replaced the iPad like-for-like. I opted for the refurbished option Johnny was very polite and I appreciated all the staffs thoroughness and professionalism. Unfortunately, they had to re-order the refurbished device twice from their vendor-- as the first 2 devices had errors/tested for a bad battery which prolonged the lead time, but was worth the wait! Once the device was in and tested to be in proper working order, Johnny helped me transfer all the data from the damaged iPad onto the new refurbished iPad. Friendly, kind, and trustworthy! I had some chips and cracks on my Apple Watch screen so I made an appointment to take it in for in-warranty repair. When I arrived they were very friendly and took my watch right away. The younger guy took a look at at and told me he had good news - the watch was fine and only the aftermarket screen protector (which I had forgotten was on it because it had been part of a waterproof band set I had stopped using months prior) was damaged, so it didn't need service. I would have been happy to leave the watch with them and pay $80 for a repair, so I really appreciated the honesty, as well as the fact that he didn't treat me like an idiot for forgetting there was a screen protector in place. I have a memory disorder and forget a lot of things and not everyone is kind about it. I made an appointment and when I went in he was so informative and said would reach out once he ran some test. After running some test and cleaning up the Touch ID he called and informed me my laptop basically went in panic mode and would t turn on but after he was able to get it to turn on. When I went in for pick up he informed me he would keep my ticket open and touch base with me in a week or so. I definitely recommend coming here if you need assistance with your electronics. Mobile Kangaroo is an excellent Apple-authorized repair shop located in the Las Posas Plaza Shopping Center near Starbucks and next to Valentino's Take-n-Bake Pizza. For several months it was very difficult to charge my iPhone SE2 (aka, iPhone SE 2020). One late Saturday evening it became nearly impossible to charge. I tried several fixes I found online but none of them worked. So, I scheduled an appointment for the following day. When I arrived on Sunday afternoon they did some tests and confirmed that it had a charging problem. They said they thought they could fix it there but could not guarantee it. They suggested coming back in half an hour after they completed their tests. I went to get some lunch and when I came back it was fixed and the bill was only $40. They were upfront and told me that the fix should last at least a year but they could not guarantee beyond that. However, since I now can avoid buying a new phone for a year the $40 bill was more than worth. So, I highly recommend Mobile Kangaroo in Camarillo for Apple device repairs. read more

The team only seems to know how to take the Mac apart and put things back together. They lack actual know how when it comes to troubleshooting issues more complex than a broken LCD. I took my laptop in for a bug related to the battery. They replaced the battery and handed me back a dead laptop, with the exact same problem I asked them to fix. Apple recommended this location after I had a crack in my Mac screen. This place is located in Camarillo near the outlets. I felt strange coming into a 3rd party place to get my screen fixed but I thought I'd give it shot and I do not regret this decision at all! They let me drop it off that same day which was great since apple wanted me to make an appointment with was weeks away. Upon entering, I was assisted by a kind gentleman who explained the entire process, kept close communication by texting me updates about the laptop and even allowed me to arrange someone else to pick up the Mac once fixed. They got my computer screen fixed in 2 days which was amazing! Price was fair considering apple products and screens are not cheap to begin with. The only weird thing is they are adamant on you turning off your location for the computer (they may be fixing it at home?) I don't know the reasoning behind it.
