The cleanliness of the salon, the reasonable membership prices & the ever so knowledgeable staff is what keeps me coming back. I have the platinum 5 star monthly membership & love it. The shark as they call it, is a high pressure bed & gives the best long lasting color. There's truly not much to complain about I guess I wish some of the lotions were not racked up to an outlandish price. The previous owner did not mark them all the way up to full retail price.

One day I walk in and they told me my cc for our monthly was declined. I told them my cc was compromised and gave them a new number. Next time I showed up, they told me I owed $10 because my cc was declined. They never updated my new cc. Manager Ryan was there and said my family cant use the beds until I paid $10. I looked him in the eye and said, because a mistake was made here by not entering my new cc number your willing to risk my business over $10. He did not respond. So I said cancel my membership. $1,400 per year times 5 years for $10. What a TOOL. Then we joined their competition for $900 per year and got much newer beds! Good job Ryan!!!​

Again, I was able to put my package on hold. The attendants are very nice and helpful. I tan, not just for my vanity, but because I suffer from depression and find tanning, even once a week, helps tremendously. There are tanning salons all over nearer to me, but will continue to patronize Aloha. Their bulbs are always like new, and the variety of bed levels is impressive.​
