The company is capable to provide high quality services. The owner Johnny is a very experienced leader. If he wants to take care of your project and wants to help, he knows how o do. He initially made suggestion to add a sealer blocker to prevent water leaking. This is a very good suggestion. The four staff members working on floor are all very good. One is young and new, he is friendly. The color specialist is excellent on matching the original color of the other floors. He did so well and efficient to find the best color. He also finalized the color for last finishing with high quality. Two people worked on Hard wood floor installation have done a very good job. They prepared the area carefully, they installed the floor very well. I believe their installation provides very high quality and could last long time. We removed carpet in the dining room and piano room and replaced with hardwood floors. We had existing hardwood floors so Creative Floors had to match the color. I recently used Creative Floors for Hardwood floor installation. From beginning to the end, everything just fantastic. Adrian, the project manager is always available when I need him, super easy to communicate, and offer advice but still listen to what the customers need. Overall, the entire team worked extremely hard (especially the sanding & staining team!), and they are so polite, respectful, dedicate to what they are doing. A lot companies with years of experiences can be complicate to communicate with, as they are limit to their own strong opinions. But not with Creative Floors, they will offer all professional advices but still allow you to be creative at the same time, so you are living in the house you are satisfy with. I purchased a Townhome that the floors were in bad shape and needed refinishing. Step 1: Get quotes. Because I had not closed on the home, I did not have a lot of access to it to have someone personally come and measure. Johnny was able to provide a quotation based on photos and the square footage measurements that I gave him. I did not want to have the floors stained, as is the current trend, and of the quotes I took, Johnny seemed to be the only one that understood this. His quote ultimately ended up being the same or less than some of the other quotes I received. Step 2: Scheduling. I was on a tight timeline trying to schedule this prior to my move in date. Update 06-16-22 Had a slight issue with a couple of the planks starting to push up against one another so I reached out to Johnny and he responded within minutes! He came over that same day to take a look at the boards and scheduled a day for his crew to come replace the boards free of charge! They replaced the planks in less than an hour and made sure to clean everything to before leaving.
