I love that Cheyenne is so versatile and can accommodate curly and straight hair as she does all of our families hair cut/color needs. The staff is always in good spirits and seem to get along great! Very upbeat and good vibes. But, I will say to steer clear of a nail tech named Samantha. She used to do me and my girls nails and over time the craftsmanship became worse and worse, which is odd because most people get better as time goes on. I asked her to do a manicure and gel nail polish ONLY on my girls nails then found out she was putting gel overlay, so in essence she did something that I strictly forbid on my kids nails. My nails would peel off even before I left the salon, they were lumpy and bumpy and for the money was paying she/ her work is not worth it. She took 2 - 2 1/2 hours just to do a simple fill as well as 2 hours each doing kids nails. She would not accommodate any appointments earlier than 12noon which sometimes made it difficult to get in with her. She spoke poorly of other customers while doing my nails and told me about other customers business.... Highly inappropriate. She would literally get up in the middle of doing my girls nails to heat up food and then eat as she was in the middle of doing their nails..... again highly inappropriate. So ultimately I had to switch to someone else as I had no longer the time to have her spend 2+ hours then have to come back within days to spend more of my time getting them fixed. I want Samantha to know that when you speak poorly of people in a salon they will always find out, so it's best to stay professional and act like you have some business sense. I will continue going to this salon thanks to the efforts and professionalism of all the other staff that stood up where Samantha fell short.

The tech spent most of the time complaining to me that I should go more often, and she nicked my skin (deeply) on one toe, and even though she cleaned it and put antiseptic on it (and I did again when I got home), it got infected and took several weeks to heal. Additionally, they were doing construction while I was there, and the loud banging made it difficult to relax. I only get my nails done a couple of times a year. If I went often, I might be willing to give them another try. But since this is a rare "treat" for me, and the last visit was no treat, I won't be going back.

This weekend, I came in for a 90-minute facial and let me tell ya - it was 90 minutes of bliss and relaxation! My skin feels great and all of the products the esthetician used on me felt refreshing. It had been a few years since I had any kind of professional skin care and I enjoyed this so much I plan on making it a regular thing. The front desk staff were helpful and there are several Aveda products for sale in the lobby. The salon is very centrally located with close freeway access and lots of parking, there are several shops and restaurants right outside the salon doors so plan to make a day of it.

We discussed what I wanted done with my hair. She seemed a bit scattered but I chalked it up to her fall. She then said I have time to color your hair today and we can do extensions at the following appointment. She had difficulty finding things and complained about people coming into her salon and taking things. She came over to pin my hair up and pinned the first four segments up and when she got to the last had difficulty pinning it up. It took her several tries. I asked her if she was ok and up to doing my hair and she said yes. As she was doing this she said Siri call Jackson and attempted several times. About a minute later she said she gets worried when Jackson doesn't answer the phone. Siri never called Jackson as she couldn't get Siri to call. Thought it was weird but thought she may have been talking about another time. She started the first foil, she was about 2 inches from my head weaving the comb through my hair (I thought it was odd but maybe she had difficulty seeing) she put the first foil on my hair and started to apply color. She generously applied the color for about a full minute, rubbing back and forth. She then closed the foil and started the next. I thought to myself if this is how she does hair I'm going to be here all night. She again got about 2 inches from my head and proceeded to weave the comb through my hair this time she started to apply the foil and she couldn't get it up to the scalp and settled partially down my hair and then nodded off. I immediately said "you need to stop. I don't feel comfortable with you doing my hair. I want you to wipe the product off of my hair." She asked why and I told her what I thought (I won't say here) She then said let me wash the product off of your hair because it will keep processing. I went to the shampoo bowl held up the remainder of my hair so she could wash out the 1 foil. She put shampoo in the little bit of hair nodded off a few times and finally 5 minutes later I said stop and left with shampoo in my hair. I did make a report to the board of cosmetology. I ignored a lot of red flags and feel silly for even going back to her salon.

Victoria did so good on keeping it subtle and low maintenance, which is just what I asked for. She also gave me insane food recommendations, which I will be trying tonight with my brand new hair!! Clean salon with a lot of services offered. I was surprised by how busy it was, but it definitely made me feel good that they had so many customers!! This is a review for the hair portion of this salon, not the nails or spray tan…read more Now disclaimer this is the first time I've EVER left a review this drastic on a small business. But, I'm warning you now. Do not let Kaitlyn anywhere near your hair. They are the most inconsistent people I have ever been to and lack communication. Messaged prior to booking on how to book a session to go full blonde and showed her the desired color. I was told to book it as a full highlight, so I did. I was also told it might take multiple sessions, which is fine, I'm aware of that. However, when I got it done I couldn't even tell how it went before I left because the lady said she can't dry hair right now due to an accident she had which I didn't know until arriving there. So I went home and the color was a BRASSY ORANGE and the my roots were left completely undone. No amount of purple or blue shampoo can fix this. The bleach is also entirely uneven and it literally looks like I've had months of regrowth when I just barely got it done. Mind you I've had my hair bleached professionally in the past and know how well my hair lifts. This was nowhere close. She said she toned it, there is no way she did. The color was nowhere near what I asked for and she tried to do the color of the inspo pic I showed for the haircut without saying anything to me until the end, which btw wasn't even similar to that pic either! I've been to a few salons in my day but this is the WORST. I genuinely could've done the same job at home by myself. Probably even better. It literally looks like a teenager experimenting with bleach for the first time took a go at my hair. This place is cheap for a reason, AVOID!

The haircut she got was bad enough to cause her to react that severely. She was really worried about getting her hair ruined so she paid the extra money to get a senior stylist who would have more experience. She requested a whispy bangs hair style. She also asked for her hair length to be cut to right below her armpit. Blayne was her stylist and now my friend looks like Toph from Avatar the Last Airbender. If only my friend was blind like Toph she wouldn't care as much about her haircut but it looks nothing like what she wanted. Now, we've booked another appointment to try and salvage her hair. The pictures are of the haircut my friend wanted versus what she got. Needless to say she won't be coming here ever again.
