They were extremely patient with him and over time he grew to love going to preschool to spend time with his teachers and friends. They have a great variety of activities that are fun and educational for the kids and you can tell they are very passionate about caring for their kids. They were always attentive to my son's individual needs and they quickly address any conflicts that inevitably arise. They send frequent photo updates on the kid's activities as well as updates on meals, naps etc. They can speak mandarin but it is not required and there are plenty of English only speaking kids there as well. My oldest kid transitioned from the farm school to kindergarten within the Folsom-Cordova School district with confidence and the academic skills needed to succeed in school. My kids both gained problem-solving skills and a sense of how they fit in a community, also! The two teachers at the farm school are both professional and compassionate about their role there. How can I tell? Well you can just sense it every morning at drop off and at pickup But I also have had the opportunity to drop-in and observe the magic of learning happening. The teachers integrate music, dance, & art in their lessons and celebrate individuals from all types of backgrounds. Melissa is the BEST! And so are the teachers, he loved all of them and felt so safe and taken care of by them. He loved the animals, especially Maple the pig, and enjoyed being able to spend time with them and also be a part of taking care of the chickens. They prepared him so well for kindergarten, and helped him with important social emotional skills that have had him make the transition to kindergarten really smooth. My oldest had grown really attached to his previous school, so I was hoping we could find a place here that felt just as safe, consistent, and welcoming. I'm grateful my wife chose Kids Inc. From Ms. Amanda in the mornings to Ms. Parker in the afternoons, we are consistently greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense that our boys are known and cared for. Ms. Su and Ms. Mahshid, along with their support staff, have made the transition smooth and reassuring. The biggest sign we chose the right place is how excited our boys are to see their teachers each day. They even ask me to share their updates when we arrive, which says a lot about the relationships being built there. After moving our son mid-year into the 2-year-old class, the transition was seamless, thanks to the kindness, warmth, and professionalism of Amanda, Kim, and Parker. We appreciated how they made room and warmly welcomed him into the program. The team has done an excellent job communicating with us about our son's development. They get to know each child as an individual and tailor their care to meet each child's specific needs. Ms. Brittney is an incredibly patient and kind teacher. She is helping our son learn how to share and communicate with his friends and we are seeing how much his speech is improving under her care. One of the reasons we chose this preschool is the student/teacher ratio - the classes are never chaotic or out of control. Ms. Brittney is able to give each child the attention they need. One of our challenges is getting our son to eat well throughout the day. We requested daily snack and lunch updates and the staff remain consistent with inputing this information into the childcare app with great detail. This school provides snacks and lunch with their tuition. Game changer for busy working parents like us! We also notice how well-loved our son is by the entire staff. At every drop off and pick up, he always gets warm greetings or goodbyes from at least two different staff members, and they always greet him by name. It's clear that the staff truly knows and cares about each child. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we always pick up our son looking fresh and clean after a day of fun and learning. The activities are thoughtfully designed to help with their coordination and overall learning, and we always feel at ease when we see our son's happy face in the photo and video updates that are sent to us throughout the day. The individual care they give to each child is fabulous. They take time to ensure each parent is well informed but more importantly that each child feels loved, safe, and important. Every learning experience, hard time, and activity reached children respect for themselves, others, and their environment. As a parent, there is nothing better in a preschool than when you know your child is excited to go to preschool and you feel confident that they are in nurturing, supportive care. Don't let street view of the home fool you - Brandy and Scott have taken great care in creating a wonderfully prepared environment with natural play spaces, animals, and a beautiful garden in the large backyard with a separate entrance to the side of the home. They have an application process to ensure it's a great match for all including a call and an in-person visit. They provide very detailed daily notes for each child every day sent same-day along with lots of photos, and a quick check in at pickup. They also create opportunities for the families to have several group events throughout the year. My daughter attended CNP for about 2.5 years beginning January 2019 and absolutely loved it! We knew this outdoor setting was the perfect fit for our outdoorsy girl. Scott and Brandy are amazing people! They are great teachers and friends. They try very hard to accommodate all the families they work with. The kids that attend CNP are also very special. They all thrive and learn from each other. Our daughter would come home and school us on some things and it's great to see littles learn so much in such a short time.
