The next day I returned, and again I was told the paperwork would be emailed. I never got it! I also had someone's paperwork with her info and receipt in my possession which makes me believe that someone else probably had my info. Very CARELESS and unsafe especially in today's world.

Each visit came with a new explanation, a new part, and the same unresolved problem. Even after keeping my truck for days and promising it was fixed, it wasn't. I finally went elsewhere, and the new shop fixed it right the first time. Now I'm $3K deep and a year into a repair that should've cost around $2K. I chose the wrong shop. But when I needed a damage tire fix or replaced he said he said he didn't have the tire but would have it by the next day and set an appointment for the following day at 5 PM. The next day I called about 430 and said I might be five minutes late and he said no problem. I arrived at 5:05 and he told me he didn't have the tire and couldn't help me. I explained that the tire was damaged and I took a chance just coming there with it again he told me he couldn't help me. He didn't even offer to look at the tire to see if it could be patched. He said the shop on cabela drive had four of the tires and I could go over there. When I walked out he said be careful, I was so upset and wondered if he would have sent his mother or wife off with a damaged tire. Buy then it was about 5:20 and traffic in Madison is horrible so I went home and was grateful the tire made it . Someone should have called or told me when I called that they didn't have the tire. I think he just wanted to go home and wasn't making money off of a warranty. I will get my tire and then I will never use or recommend Tire discounters to anyone. I'll go to Avis, Firestone or Big Hearted Eddys, anywhere but there.

He probably put a $49.99 blower motor in my Jeep. You cannot find any car repair center that will not rip you off. It's in the genes. By the way, they give a discount for cash. My car was riding rough after that so I took it back to Mavis and they checked the wheel balance and sure enough the weights were missing.
