Went here cause my normal place was closed and I was told this was a decent place. This was close to my house also. Called the same day for a pedi and got in. However, not within 5 mins the nail guy was taking off my old gel polish and already cut the top part of my toe, so I was bleeding. Then, when it was time for the polish part, all the toes on my left foot didn't cure properly so he had to remove the color and do it again. He basically buffed what he could and painted on top of it. So the polish is thicker. On top of that, he didn't even remove all my old color. Which was pink and I asked for white. I was there longer than I expected because of it. The nail guy was probably just starting out I understand things happen but when I left, my toes was hurting. And today, one of my toes is purple, and a few of them throbbing on the side of the nail. I regret coming in. The vibe was quiet and they didn't seem busy. Next time I know better. I walked out of there really upset but I didn't want to cause a scene. I don't think I'll come back here again. read more

If I could rate Creative Nails with a 10-star I would definitely do it with no doubt. My visits are usually for pedicures and they are always on point with great customer service. I do want to share a week ago I decided to get my pedi and manicure but while I was being serviced decided for a full set nails. Ms. Tammy owner of the nail salon made her way to make that happen on a very busy Saturday evening an hour before closing. I left very pleased with her quick and impressive work. But what's more impressive was me calling the salon letting her know my pinky nail broke 6 days after of my first visit. She was very quick to tell me to stop by at 6pm. Made it in 10 min before 6 and she was already waiting and ready for me. She did not only re-do my broken nail but she also made her way in retouching my full set. I am new to the bay so I was checking out several places and this one was close to home, so I decided to check them out. At first I was pretty excited to see so many gel colors which some places don't carry many! I got them done, color was great. Next day they peeled off! And Im just sitting in a computer! Well I went back in to get them fixed. A woman looked at my nails and started yelling! Saying I had peeled them off! On purpose!! Like really!! I got them fixed but they wouldn't be quiet they kept talking in their language yelling at each other! Pretty sure they were talking about my nails! If I were able to , i'd give this NO STARS. I had been going there for 2 years + Until this one day I went to get a fill, jennifer gave me complete attitude and did not interact with me whatsoever. Every time they move you to let your nails dry, they pick up your phone and purse to the drying table. Well Jennifer did just that and dropped my iphone 5s , cracked my screen and DID NOT WANT TO HELP ME PAY TO FIX IT. Instead she said i brought in a broken phone to say she broke it to get money from her.. WHAT?? How did i know you were going to drop my phone? I always went there to get my nails done. So after 3 nailshop I finally find a shop open and no wait time with a reasonable price for my short nails for a fill with gel ($32). So you have to pay before they start your nails ok no problem I'm in the industry business so I know how it operates. I ask do she take debit or is it cash only she accepts debit perfect right, not perfect i had her my card and she ask for ID its my husband debit card but I show her my ID and explain to her its his card she doesn't take it. Ok I will go across the parking lot to get cash from the FoodCo 5 min later in back and she tells me the wait is 40 min now WTF! There is no one in the shop but me and another woman whose getting her nails done so why is the wait 40 min???? She said she booked an appt and her appt would be coming in soon smmfh. I went there today during my lunch break to get a quick nail color change on my hands and feet, since I suck at pianting my nails. I usually go to 1. Bella Nails or 2. My Nails but it was my lunch break and I didn't have cash to go stop at Bella and My Nails was going to take too long.Since it was just a polish changed any salon would do, I mean how can they mess up a polsih change? All I got was regular polish, not gel. Hands: Black Matte on all nails except my ring finger, that one I put gold glitter polish. Toes: Black Matte and gold line on top. THEY CHARGED ME $25!! WTF! For $5 more I could of just gotten a Mani and Pedi, which would of included the polish!! I can understand there is an extra few dollars charge for a line and maybe even for Matte but not $25, for you to just paint my nails; it wasnt even a design! When I looked at my receipt and saw $25 and I asked the technician he said because they had to paint my nails different colors (only 2 nails) and my glitter line. I love this place... I have been all over pittsburg to many different nail salons. By far this is the best place, these ladies do beautiful work. I have been dissapointed with so many places and I always find my way back here, even for corrections. Their work is beautiful. The nails have that natural look to them. I would give them 5 stars but I gave them 4 because of the surroundings I think its time to update the place... but as far as their work AWESOME!! oh yeah their prices are great! read more
