It's a clean, modern, larger nail salon with a very professional feel. You can tell that they care about safety and cleanliness. Their appointment system is very convenient, and they were gracious with me when I was running a couple minutes late because of traffic. They also offer complimentary snacks and drinks during your service! On my second pedicure there, they cut my nails shorter than I would've liked, to the point that they looked a little awkwardly short and I could feel him almost digging into my skin to get a shorter cut. The first call I made was answered, but hung up on. Few moments later I called back, someone answered and I briefly explained want I was looking for, a manicure, the girl on the line said "OK. Let me hit somebody to talk to you" the call was hung up on, again. Is this how to do business there? I see they have somewhat good reviews, so I was confused why their receptionist was so unprofessional. Also in this day and age, everyone's phone has a caller ID, so if they hung up on accident, the courteous thing to have done was to give a call back, which obviously did not happen.

The place was completely empty on a Friday morning, which already felt a bit odd, but it quickly became clear why. The staff (including the owner, Zurina via phone) were very dismissive, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. The front desk staff were incredibly condescending and spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and unnecessary. I've honestly never been spoken to like that in a customer service setting. To make matters worse, I had booked my services in advance and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived, the desk staff insisted that I had booked a different service -- even though I had proof of my confirmation. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they doubled down and made me feel like it was somehow my fault despite having had confirmation on my phone which I showed to them. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, this place completely missed the mark. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable, which is the exact opposite of how you should feel after a salon visit. In fact, I asked them to cancel my services altogether instead of proceeding, solely because of how poorly I was treated. TLDR: I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a relaxing or respectful experience.
