I've gone here before but couldn't remember why I didn't like it so when my friend had a gift certificate I went with her. The sign says $22 for a full set but paid $36. I got cut, the lady wanted to do my nails the way she wanted them and didnt like when I told her I didnt like it. She didn't want to fix them and didnt do a good job fixing them. She Was very aggressive and seemed to be in a hurry. I had to file them at home. My friend said her lady kept arguing with her. We are both not going back and our nails hurt. read more

Worst customer service. I was a walk in and asked how long till they could see me they told me an hour I waited almost 3 I should have left once the first hour past. Was searching everywhere on a Friday to get my nails done and some places even had a 40 minute wait. They got me in right away and Andy gave me a gel manicure that was great! He was delightful and funny to chat with and also did a great job on my nails, always making sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely be back! read more

Decided to give this place a try as I was in desperate need of a pedicure. The place wasn't crowed and they had a decent selection of nail polish. The chairs were all older and I noticed they didn't line the water bowl with a plastic insert. The girl did a good job and appeared detail oriented. She was quick and also rubbed some lotion on my legs with warm rocks! A great touch! read more

Came in here not expecting to get my nails done, just my mom but I ended up getting them done anyways. French tip btw. I have been a loyal customer for several years tolerating the poor customer service and vulgar language from one of the staff members "Andy". However this past weekend was the final straw with coming back to this place. Upon arrival I was informed by "Andy" that a new person would be seeing me. When I asked him who it was he proceeded to tell me " why do I give a F&$!@". I informed him that I've been seeing the same person for the past several years and I wanted to know who would be working on me. He then proceeded to call me a bitch and told me that it shouldn't matter who was going to do my eyebrows. I obviously became upset and told him he needed to not speak to me that way but he proceeded to insult me and tell me to stop bitching. I would not recommend anyone to keep supporting this business. All the prior comments about Andy in yelp are true. Not only is he rude and disrespectful to the customers but also disrespectful towards other races and the community that helps keep him in business. read more

Very bad service! My nails turned out uneven and very lumpy. Picked out a gel color that looked nothing like it did on the display! Instead of having me pick out a new color, she went ahead and picked a ugly orange salmon color for me. My nails look horrible. read more

Called ahead for appointment but still waited 30 mins. They filled my pedicure tub with cold water and rap videos were playing which didn't make for a relaxing experience. The lady suggested gel polish to me which I politely declined yet she continued to push for it about 4 times more! She rushed through both mani and pedi so my cuticles weren't even cut back at all and hardly filed my nails so they're all uneven. I'll never come back. read more
