But there's a sign on the door that states to call ahead and to wear a mask. Ken quickly picked up my call, heard my issue, and told him I'm outside. Ken was quick to acknowledge my request, and he let me in. There's a $25 diagnostic fee deposit, which goes toward the repair. Which, in my case, means soldering the cable back to the pin connector. Paid with a CC, and he asked for my contact and told me he would call me when it's ready. The next day, he called to tell me it's ready. And violaaaa, my record player works again! Awesome work and awesome hospitality, Ken. I'll see you again next time I break my record player.

I went here to pick up my ergonomic chair for my home office. It was on sale, purchased it online…read moreand was immediately available for pick up within 20 minutes. As soon as I arrived, I didn't know the process behind curbside pick-up. I kinda went old school and went inside the store to inform them that I'm here for a pick-up. (For future reference, now I know how to opt for the curbside pick-up option and click "I'm here".) Either way, Connor (one of the associates) was very helpful in bringing my new chair to my vehicle. Connor was well prepared with their dolly and the entire box of my new chair. At first, I did everything to put down the rear seats to make way for the box. Unfortunately, the box was too big and wouldn't fit in the trunk nor the rear seats. Thankfully, Connor was quick to think of another solution by removing all parts from the box and placing them into the trunk. I also made sure and checked that there were no defects on all parts of the chair. Props to Connor for being a quick thinker and accommodating upon bringing my order to my vehicle. On the side note, I also like that this location is well stocked on school and office supplies. Another shout out to Pauline for being cheerful and welcoming to customers (like me) at the checkout area.

Making an appt: Had a wonderful experience with Carlos and Joe in the Geek Squad installation…read moredepartment. Over the phone, Carlos was very attentive to my questions around a reinstallation of a manufacturer issue for my car radio. He was prompt in scheduling me for the next available appointment and was kind and courteous. Installation Day: I realized when I arrived to my AM appt that I (annoyingly) forgot a few key parts that were needed for my reinstallation. Carlos and Joe were super understanding and equipped me with product SKU and instructions on how to reorder as well as offering me a later afternoon slot if I happened to find the missing parts. They were very solutions oriented and flexible - which was much appreciated after a 40 min drive! I ended up finding the parts when I got home and when I called back to see if they could squeeze me in any earlier than 4pm, Carlos was quick to confirm he could fit me in if I got there within the hour. Once I arrived, they got started on my car and everything was done -- installation, testing/troubleshooting, etc. within an hour! Honestly, I specifically requested to schedule an appointment at this location because I had an awful experience with a condescending and dismissive installer at the location 5 minutes away from me (Pasadena -- but that'll be a review for that page...) and I couldn't have been more satisfied with my visit at the City of Industry location. If you don't mind the drive, I would *highly* recommend this location for installs as they aren't as busy as the Pasadena location (which books 2-3 weeks out from purchase date for installations), and they're 1000x more friendly and efficient. Ps - While I was walking around the store there was a super friendly guy (maybe the manager?) who was checking in on all the customers asking who needed assistance, etc. Would definitely come back just for the customer service, alone!

I came to pick up an item I ordered off their website and the pickup went quick and smooth. Also service is good and this location has an excellent selection of items to choose from. Parking lot is huge and not far from the 60 freeway. I highly recommended this Best Buy location for good service and item selection.
