They are so great. We started when management transitioned to new leadership and it is made all the difference. They constantly have new creative stations that are set up in the main lobby that is so exuberant and enthralling for the kids. They constantly do new activities each week and I am noticing that my kids are constantly learning. I have had my children in the infant room, the toddler room and then getting closer towards preschool or just generalized grade school after school care and they really do a lot with the kids. The staff is knowledgeable. There is very little turnover and they answer all of your questions and constantly send me updates and pictures. It's fantastic. read more

In our experience we do not recommend creative world! Our child was bitten more than 5 times by the same 2 children in her class. Some incident reports were never written until after we called the school and told them our child was bit. They are extremely understaffed. Multiple times our child had to go to a different class because the teacher wasn't there or they didn't have enough coverage. Multiple times during the week we have dropped our child off and they just have the kids sitting staring at a tablet waiting for teachers to show up. We sat in with the regional director after the third bite and requested the new owners be in the meeting as well and they never showed up. We were told that the child was removed and the child wasn't actually removed and even on the day of the meeting, our child was bitten twice in one week! In total, before the meeting our child was bitten 3 times and after the meeting our child was bitten 4 more times and one of them was a bite to the face and one of them broke the skin and left a mouth sized bruise on our child's arm. We removed our child and when the owner was confronted he told us that it was normal for our child to be bit and played like he didn't know about the meeting when the director and assistant director both told us the owners had been notified of the meeting. THIS IS NOT NORMAL! This was in the older 2's/3's class. The school director doesn't believe in removing children when they have constant issues and she doesn't follow through when issues arise. Rating a school is never easy, there are many things at play and it changes day to day. I have children ranging from 12 yrs down to 2 years. I have experienced horrible daycares, but we have attended this school since 2014. Yes there have been hitches in our journey, its a school with many people, many kids, and I've seen a few turnovers in management/ownership. I will say the current owners actually care. They KNOW my child, the hear my concerns, and they work quickly to resolve any issues that may arise. I am NOT an easy to please parent. I expect a lot from my caregivers, communication is always key. They truly do care about the kids within this school and they truly do want only the best for their growth and development. All three of my children have attended this school two of the three have already graduated from the VPK program and they did great on their transition to Elementary school. There are LOTS of hands on activities, lots of play learning, and lots of love. Know that people are more likely to leave bad reviews than good ones, but this school has become a second family to my family and we are grateful for the care they provide. read more

I cannot say enough "Good" things about Creative World SchooL. The moment I stepped into their space I knew this is where I want my son, Christopher to go. Their facility is bright, airy, clean and well organized. And their staff is cheerful, helpful and engaged with Christopher and I. From the owner to the assistants, everybody is kind and go out of their way to show attention towards both my son and I. An added perk for me without any pre planning, is that it's about 3 miles from my front door. I highly encourage Connerton families (especially) to go for a tour and see for themselves. Alright, this is my first review EVER, and this review is to save parents the time to skip out on this place, and NOT to put their child/ren here as it is a ZERO star review!! I'm not a person that judge a book by its cover, the appearance of this place is not that so great and the teachers themselves were not that so teacher-quality either, so I gave this place that one chance, and they atomic-bomb blew that chance. Upfront desk the lady is nice and all that, teachers seem so so, and the place look so so on the inside. But the playground are not that great. Policy and everything in the paper brochure is all great. Biting policy and email updates seem all good to be true, but BEWARE!!! My son is a very friendly kid who doesn't fight with others for toys, he will find another one or something else to play with if someone took his toy. He was bit by one of the other kid that was there on his first day, and the teachers who were there didn't even notice it even he was crying!!! They never tend to my son nor pay any attention to him. They lied!!! Them liars are what disgusted me with the place. One moment they said that they were holding my son and playing with him and tending him, the other they said they were busy watching the other kids. Then they know the other kid have a biting problem and another time say they didn't know. If you know that the other kid have a biting problem then kept him away or be alert when other kids are around him or her. Keep a close eye on them, but NOPE!!! they don't even know anything happened to my son until we pointed out when we came to pick him up!!! And the whole day I was checking my email constantly for my updates on my kid, but not a damn email from them like they said they would. To top it all off, my son is running a fever now because of that place, either from another sick kids or from the bite. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS PLACE. if I can call the FDA or whatever organization to have this place shut down, I would do it!!! They are liers and they cut corners to save $ without caring about your child safety. The management do not care abt your child. They lost my son bottles each day, he was only 12 weeks old. My son had rash all over his body because they let him sit with wet diaper. They didnt even keep record n their tablet entry was wrong, it was the worst nightmare ever for any mom. They let my son starve without bottles. I decide not to report to the state department but i could have reported with all the mistreatment. I just settled with the review. They are very very dirty too. I have proof that the journal entries are fake, they could lose their license I quit my job because this bad experience make me not trust any daycare. I finally found daycare that actually took care of the baby and they are the same brand. Now my son thrived at that new daycare and now he is toddler. I waited this long to review because I thought all daycares are bad. There are great daycare out there but def not this daycare. read more

My daughter has attended this site for 3 years. Until recently I have had nothing but great things to say about the center. Her teachers have been both nurturing and educational. They have a reach curriculum full of exciting learning experiences. Unfortunately now under new management the center has undergone changes. I'm usually not one to do extensive reviews, but this one Hit too Close to home for me not to say anything. On Friday, I was notified by creative world of land o lakes informing us that they do not have the staff to accommodate one of my children who has autism and sensory due to him opening doors & putting small things in his mouth and that they were going to give it a week to see how my son does moving forward, which is understandable and why I contacted C.A.R.D. (Center for Autism and Related Disabilities) for help with training their staff on children with ASD that same day. CARD informed me that they can train ANY school, facility etc. Free of charge to be CARD certified on dealing with children with disabilities. I notified creative world about this option Friday only to receive a call today from the owner of creative world land o lakes. Today, Our family have just received the worst news (Saturday) from the Creative World of Land O' Lakes facility owner informing us that they no longer accept all 4 of my sons. I was completely confused because 2 of them had been going there since mid January and my 3 yr old with asd & 4 yr old w/sensory before and after care attendance just started a week ago. Through out my children's attendance there, the staff expressed to me that they enjoy my boys and wanted training in this area so that they are aware of what to do with children like my son. Although NONE of my children are aggressive in any way, I was never told that my kids were too much to handle. In fact I kept close open communication with the teachers and leadership and always available for anything that the school or staff needed. Due to my work schedule I even inquired and confirmed with Creative World if I could arrange through Pasco county school transportation my 2 sons bus pick up at creative world. In which I was told they can accommodate. What through me for a loop was that the owner decides to tell me this morning that my other 3 sons could not continue their attendance at Creative World land o lakes. As a parent I am completely disappointed at the decision being made to not allow all of our children to come back. We have 4 children that attend this daycare center (2 after school, 2 full-time). Again, Only One of our children has ASD but yet we were informed this morning that they cannot accommodate for this child and his 3 brothers for some reason unbeknown to us. Our children have been attending this daycare for a reasonable amount of time and yet we weren't notified of any issues. We receive regular email updates throughout the day denoting all that occurs with our children while at this facility and we have not received any news in this regard to terminating their attendance. We are extremely hurt and upset that the owner called us this morning to tell us that we can no longer bring our children. Even after the option was presented about the FREE services from CARD(Center of Autism and Related Disabilities) that would train staff at this facility to be able to accommodate for our child and future children with ASD. After mentioning to the staff/owner we still received this news. We feel Our Son's with and without disabilities have been discriminated against and this has left our family in a state of shock, possibly out of work while I try to find alternate daycare services for all four of our children ages 1, 3,3 (twins) and 4. Creative World has displayed to me that they do NOT have an interest in working with families with autistic children. As a mom and medical professional, I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL TO ANYONE WITH KIDS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. My 3 yr old with asd only attended no more than 2-3 hrs. If you'd like to toss your children into a daycare/school that is now owned by people who have never delved into the world of childcare, go right ahead. On many occasions, I picked up my kids to learn their class of 20 was being looked after by only one caregiver (against Florida state regulations). On another occasion, the only "teacher" in the pre-k class for the day has never been licensed as a caregiver. Donations have been "lost", checked for canceled events not returned, parent/teacher concerns ignored completely. We have overheard conversations where the owner told a repairman to fix something, "the quickest, cheapest way possible", even as he was explaining it would occur again if a long term solution wasn't done now. The first half of the year was fantastic, the center was owned and run by highly qualified people. Sadly, now, under new ownership and management, it's just become a new way to make a dollar. My daughter is 17 1/2 months old, she attended this school for approx. 2 1/2 months and during that time was bit 5 times. The last 2 happening 6 school days apart and by same toddler. I would say this place is poorly managed. The fillers don't know the kids, the poor ladies in the room don't have the help they need to manage these situations better and prevent them. In my opinion, while biting is normal at this age, having the time to notice a struggle and document the whole situation but not stop it, is not acceptable. Further, they are turning non-biters into biters because these kids are getting bit and think that its acceptable behavior. I would be very wary if you have a small toddler and look else where. Also, if you need care as early as they open, the only one available to watch little one is the cafeteria lady, while very nice, watching toddlers is not what she was hired to do. That being said, my little one loved her main teachers and loved all the activities they would do with them and its a shame the daycare isn't run better. I would not recommend this center. read more
