We are so grateful that we can rely on them for our 2 previous cats. We have specific feeding instructions for them and I appreciate that everyone follows as requested. Importantly, they also try to engage with the cats (who are usually pretty scared) and treat them with love and care (and leave them treats). They also take pictures so we know they are being cared for. We know our cats don't like it when we're gone but we're glad we can rely on The Pet Nanny. I strongly recommend them their pet services.

If you are enrolled in daycare, they also offer boarding, and are generally pretty flexible and accommodating, though space is definitely limited. I highly recommend Ruff Life. I know that dog school has like 5 locations and makes a nice instagram feed, but the friendliness and flexibility of the ruff life staff really sets them apart. Monster Minders is easy to coordinate and schedule with, and has the benefit of multiple walkers so you're never stuck without a walk if someone calls out sick (an issue we've had with Rover). We've worked with several other walking services in the past and none provide the peace of mind and reliability of Monster Minders.
