Went there last night for a quick bite with friends and it was really good food and service. I arrived before the rest of my party and was seated immediately there are a ton of televisions and a good atmosphere. Tara came and took my drink order right away and when my party got there we got the dip appetizer its queso, guac, and salsa for $12.95. The portion was really good and Tara got us extra chips. The appetizer didn't take 10 minutes to come out. We were gabbing away and Tara LOL let us alone after a couple of times to see if we were ready. Finally we were I got the hamburger rare and they didn't give me grief or the stink eye and it was perfect. We all had something different from the salmon to the chicken and everything in-between. It'd be a nice place to watch a game good parking and very clean area that it is located in. It had been a while since I'd been in the area since they raised the entire old cruddy shopping centre that was there and the developer did a great job. I ate here for the first time last week for lunch. I had the Cobb Salad and it was delicious and very economical. Seems like a festive place and will definitely go back for dinner one day. Our first time here, on Father's Day, and a great experience. The wait staff was attentive (Victoria was awesome!) and the food came out promptly. My husband and I both had "The Dirty Bird" and it was delicious. Our family loves fried pickles (we try them everywhere) and these were fantastic. Thick cut and not soggy. Their food is quite delicious. We ordered the fast break and Cajun pasta. The environment is very nice, with good music and big screens. However, their service is slow. We waited for a long time for the foods to be served. Their management is not well organized either. A lady waitress came to our table. We told her someone served our table. She still asked us whether our waiter treated us well. However, later on when I waived to her three times for help, she pretended not hearing us. Even the table she was serving heard me and turned their head towards me. Anyway, our general experience is good. The two boys who served our tables were very nice and helpful. Not happy with food or charge for food. Wings were advertised at $8.95/10 but was charged double for same at restaurant. When addressing the charge the manager said "oh, our prices went up today" even though the online site didn't reflect that. On top of the overcharge, the food was horrible. Blame it on Covid as your cop-out, it truly trickles down to the quality of your cooks and honesty of prices. I'm A huge supporter of small business but you guys need to step up to the plate. I had my daughter's 17th SURPRISE bday dinner on Oct 10th. Initially booked the rooftop but the weather was crappy. The restaurant was accommodating in allowing me to drop off balloons and my daughter's bday cake prior to the dinner reservation. The food was good, drinks were watered down. The only negative I have is that upon arrival with my daughter, I tried to be hush hush about the surprise bday dinner and the lady at the front checking temperatures totally ruined the surprise and I was really irritated by that. I knew where to go b/c I was at the restaurant earlier that day. She didn't offer an apology or anything & didnt even seem to care that she ruined my daughter's surprise. Everything was perfect until she opened her mouth. I also sent an email to the manager way in advance advising that its a surprise and I would arrive with the bday girl & to please not say anything about why we're there. No acknowledgement of my email was received. I didn't like that all! Going forward if people make reservations for celebratory events, you should really do your due diligence to respect and or honor the requests. This location is new in Smyrna and their restaurant is very nice. Comfortable and spacious seating to include outdoor/deck seating and rooftop. The customer service was superb. The hostess stand and servers were all very helpful. Since the restaurant is newly opened, the menu was pretty standard and to our understanding, still being developed. The menu items were pretty standard for American fare. While it was standard, the prices were a little high for general food. The food itself was good. Honestly, the atmosphere here is great. Outdoor patio with TVs, music, cornhole, lighting and umbrellas. Dogs allowed on downstairs patio. I agree with the prior posts that this new restaurant needs to workout the newness to receive a higher rating. The food was ok and nothing special. We ordered the steak and cheese wrap with the sweet potato tots that were a $2 additional upgrade and the burger that came with fries. The service was extremely slow from taking the order to getting the food served and I visited the new establishment before 5 pm and it was not crowded for dinner yet. The restaurant did not have the fried pickles or the popcorn available that were listed on the happy hour menu. Not a good first impression. The restaurant had multiple servers that were standing around, so I am not sure why there was such a long delay from taking the order to having our meals served? I will be waiting for the new Greek Restaurant to open, before returning to the Belmont Shops. There are too many other restaurants in the area with better service and food to return to this establishment anytime soon. This may be considered only a sports bar first vs. a restaurant? This was one of the worst burgers AND service I have ever had. We were seated promptly, and the server took our order promptly, (We both ordered our burgers medium) and it seemed to take a long time to get the food, but that was okay. They have a lot of big screen TV's and there was a lot of sports on, so we were just talking and enjoying the games. When the food was brought out, my burger was burned so badly I could only eat a small portion of it. (Trust me, I will eat just about anything when it comes to a burger, but that is how bad it was.) We both also got the sweet potato tater tots, and these were drastically under cooked, again, so under cooked, I could not eat but a few. I had every intention of complaining to the server, but the only time he came back was to hand us our bill. There were no water refills, no question of if we needed anything else, nothing. Lured in by Dantly W and Brittany M's fish entree photos - and wanting to thoroughly indulge my fish craving - I dropped in today and was so, so disappointed. Upon my arrival - I was also left standing at the hostess stand for an insanely long period of time - more than 6 minutes - no exaggeration - so much so, the customers at the bar kept glancing back at me nervously. (Though when they servers finally appeared, it seems that they were trying to hang a banner so I guess they were all in the back trying to take care of that.) But back to the food: The fish and chips have changed. Now they are those perfectly shaped "Gorton's frozen fish-like" trapezoidal pieces. Megan, my sweet, friendly server and the bartender was very nice & gracious about the fish & chips return. Unfortunately, we replaced it with a burger that, sadly, was also disappointing. I can't have white cheese because they give me (ahem) - gastric distress - and my Traditional burger was covered in white cheddar. Which I found surprising because there is, in fact, a burger on the menu that lists white cheddar, so I chose the Traditional specifically because it listed 'cheddar' sans 'white.' Lol. The burger patty itself was one of those perfectly round pre-frozen patties - and it was very bland - but on a positive note - it was cooked just the way I asked - medium. The bun looked like a sad, mundane, grocery store bun, but it was actually buttery and sweet. The produce (lettuce and tomato) were also good. So . . . I won't be back simply because I didn't enjoy my food - but I'm sure others will have better experiences. And they have a very wide selection of beers and lots of TVs. read more

I would say horrible service but that would leave you with the thought that service was a thing. My wife and I visited today, 3/25/18, around 1900. We sat down and waited... and waited. 10-15 minutes later. Still no one. I know they weren't busy cleaning the bathrooms because the bathroom smelled like piss and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. The whole time we were there, we didn't see anyone working. This place was great in the beginning. Quality of service just declined. Waiting forever to get everything from food to checks. The new staff they hire are slow and in no hurry. Orders are incorrect more than once. And found ourselves on more than one occasion looking for someone just to get the check. Aside from a couple servers and one bartender the rest of the staff put on the appearance the work is a burden. We used to be regulars but never again. Tried this place twice. First time, food was good, but my wife ordered a medium well burger that came out rare at best. They fixed it and comped the burger, but our server took forever. He later apologized and said he had a table of 16 inside. Why would you make a server handle the patio and a huge table inside? We decided to try Creatwood again on a Tuesday. It was kid's night, which is fine, but despite the fact that it was nearly empty, our host sat us right next to the only two tables with large families with children. Granted, we should've said we'd prefer a seat at the bar, but when two childless adults walk in, I think a prudent person would presume they don't want to sit next to the only groups of people with loud young children. Once seated, we waited about 10 minutes to be waited on, even though, as I already stated, the place was nearly empty. We ordered beers and once we got them, I had a huge, long, black hair on my can of beer (most likely the bartender's). After that we decided not to eat and just paid for our drinks and left. Don't bother going. Service is slow and the wait staff is inexperienced. They really do not know what customer service is or how to properly interact with their customers. This is vey apparent to how empty the restaurant is at dinner rush at 6:30 PM thru 8:00 PM. We ordered a burger and a hotdog that took the kitchen over 25 minutes to cook. The taste of the food is mediocre at best and truly over priced. The hot wings are $8 for six tiny wings that tasted as if they we covered in a cheap bottled sauce. We went to Creatwood Tavern for the first time tonight and it was great. I'm not sure why it has negative reviews. It's really cute inside, good sports bar. My husband got the Butcher burger which was amazing and I got a Cobb Salad. Lots of meat, avocado, egg etc. very filling. While we were there the (I'm assuming) Manager came to our table to welcome us. He was a super nice guy, gave us a card with their specials, and just really made a good impression. We will definitely be back. They have awesome happy hour/nightly food and drink specials. I can't wait to go back in the spring to the roof top. Hair in Food. Horrible Restaurant We ordered the Bloody Mary bar which was watered down vodka and a few picked over additions. We also ordered a beer and a cold glass. They have no cold glasses. But the worst part was the hair in our food on delivery to the table. The waitress acknowledged the hair and apologized. We immediately sent it back and were confronted by a somewhat rude manager who told me it was a fiber from the grill and unless I was a scientist I could not identify conclusively that it was in fact a human hair. To my knowledge the waitress who saw that it was a hair hadn't won any Nobel prizes in science. We were not offered any compensation other than not paying for the one dish with the scientifically unproven hair in it. We will not be returning. read more

My daughter and I came for family night where kids under 12 eat free. I was craving a burger and tried the pimento cheese burger. It was cooked exactly how I requested. I wish there was a little more pimento cheese on it, but the fried pickles made up for it. The French fries were awesome. Beer battered and tossed in some spices, yumm! We came here to watch foot ball. Local draft beer choices were disappointing, food servings were small, but mainly our service was bad. The waitress messed up our order and came to check on us so little that we were having to go to the bar for drinks. The bathroom was terrible and overall the atmosphere was really off... especially for a new building with very nice facilities. It wouldn't surprise me if this place goes under and then a business replaces it that has a better knowledge of how to employ a restaurant staff. A fun little spot to visit that can give you a little bit of everything: downstairs outdoor patio for lunch, a front bar area good for standing, a back dining area with all kinds of seating for the dinner crowd, and an upstairs outdoor sports bar/campsite area with scattered seating and games good for hanging out. Angel our hostess/waitress was the greatest, knowledgeable, fun and engaging. The tone that she created was enough to make me come back. There are TVs everywhere with sports on, but there's no sound at least in the dining area.
