I finally found a local joint for my Pho fix when I do not want to drive to Jonesboro or Buford Hwy! Yes it's $ a bit higher but they put a lot of meat and veggies for me and it's the best broth around Smyrna. You can taste the spices and the beef bone broth! The meat is tender and plentiful and veggies are fresh! The owner is a really nice guy! He says he cooks everything fresh every day. It's a little hole in the wall but all the best authentic places start out that way so don't expect fine dining here lol I haven't had most of the menu bc the menu is HUGE! There's vermicelli, banh mi, rice dishes and they serve Beer!!! Ive only come for the pho and returned for the pho but I want to try his rice dishes and the Bun Bo Hue soup!!! So happy we are getting more authentic Asian spots! read more

It was my first time. They have one size to go pho. The broth is more salty than others I have reviewed but this was close to my home so I decided to give them a try. It may be a last resort in the future. Good or rather better Pho and experiences have been sites in previous visit from different locations. Cobb county has about 2 others that I would go to as a go to spot. This unfortunately is not among the list I have created. I've only stopped in to order to go for a weekday lunch. They don't have any lunch specials. There was only one guy working the front and hustling to get to everyone. Once I ordered my food, it took about 12-15 minutes to come out. I ordered the vermicelli with pork and egg roll. It was decent. The pork was a small portion considering it wasn't a "lunch" portion and was pretty fatty. I wish it came with more pickled veggies since it only had a few thin pieces of carrot. I liked the eggroll. I'll be back to try a bun rice dish, hopefully I like it a little better. read more

We met the owner, what a nice man, and great staff. He believes that his way, is the way. Makes his Pho fresh in small batches. His belief is that the large pots that they reheat all week is terrible and not safe. So he works twice as hard and, it's hard to argue. His food is so good. Fresh like FRESH. Seasoned, hot and you get plenty. Plenty. He is hands on with everything. He does most of it himself and he is very proud and gracious of what he's accomplished. Oh, those fried dumplings. As a foodie I was extremely excited to see that this place had opened. We frequently drive 30 minutes to Buford Highway to find southeast Asian food so to have a Vietnamese restaurant so close to home is amazing. My husband had dac viet pho and I had banh mi and a side of pickled vegetables. My husband said you could definitely taste the fresh individual spices in the pho broth, which means he loved it. My banh mi was very tasty and they roasted it which made it better somehow...if that's possible. Next trip I'm going to have to have some Vietnamese coffee and a vermicelli dish. read more

I recently moved to Vinings, so Buford Highway is a bit of a haul for me now. This spot is a great local option to get my pho fix without having to drive across town. Broth is OUTSTANDING. A little pricey (about $17 - $18 for a bowl) but worth it. read more

Went during lunch, in the middle of the week. There are so many options to select from their menu. For example there were 5 different options for spring rolls. My husband ordered the shrimp spring roll, he was not impressed and thought we had made a bad choice to come there for lunch. That being said, we wouldn't recommend ordering the spring rolls. The first entree to arrive was his P1 Combination Pho, we both went in and tasted the pho before adding any accoutrements. That was the turning point of our meal, their broth was deep savory and rich. Adding hand torn herbs and a squeeze of lime is all the broth needed. The second entree was Bun Bo Hue, I was surprised to see that they included the blood cakes in the dish. That was bold and brave especially for the area. It made me excited to try the dish. My husband was quick to bring his spoon into my bowl to try the broth. We both looked at each other and knew at that moment this place was "different." So the simple truth is there are items on the menu that will be a total "miss." Yet, surprisingly enough the two entrees we had were truly flavorful and genuinely satisfying. read more

I just ate here tonight for the first time. The establishment was very clean and bright. Big menu with lots of choices and variety. Food was very good, herbs and vegetables extremely fresh. Bowls of Pho large and filling. My wife had Vegetable Pho and I had brisket beef pho loved both. Will be a regular as it is just around the corner from where I live about one mile away. This is a new Vietnamese restaurant that has opened up in the place where Pad Thai was. We were passing by earlier this week and stopped in for dinner. Being mostly vegetarian, this place has some nice vegetarian choices. My wife loves pho but I am not as big a fan. She had the vegetarian pho and it was great. I had the fried vegetable medley rice dish which was also excellent. As an appetizer, we had the vegetable tempura which was the star of the show. Lightly battered, it was very well prepared. It had onion, bok choy, squash and carrots. It was fresh and hot and probably some of the best tempura we have had. We stopped in again this week and my wife had the pho, I had vegetable chow mein and both were excellent. Again the star of the show was the vegetable tempura. Service was excellent both times. And there's this red sauce that came with it that I've never had at other pho spots and I could eat it by itself! Their chilli oil is also amazing. So pleased to have a pho spot in the area! I had the vegetarian pho and the broth was amazing. The owner took the time to explain to me that they create their own in house veggie broth while some other restaurants claim it's veggie but sometimes use a chicken broth addition. I accidentally put too much chile oil crisp in my personal bowl and started choking. He came out with a small taste of milk to cool my palate. Such amazing customer service!
