I won (Bingo) yelled bingo that computer went off and someone else ran over and yelled (Bingo) on behalf of the person who left that computer unattended for over two 2 1/2 hours the (Bingo) house still pay that computer out the person who yelled (Bingo) called the person who purchased the computer to let them know they won and they came back and collected the money this is unacceptable and very disappointing and I did file a complaint with the Texas lottery commission.

I had passed this place a few times before and always told my self I will try it one time. Well I decided to barrow my friends MOM and took her with me here today. Very reasonable prices, Love the machines! I appreciated the rules being clearly expressed to us. The caller seemed to call at a nice pace and by the way FORWARD and BACKWARD wild number is pretty cool! We didn't win, but we had fun isnt that what counts! I cant wait to go back again!! Only complaint I have is the NON smoking section still smells like the smoking section and if yiou have to use the bathroom you have to walk across the smoking section to get to the bathrooms.

This place is filled with gambling addicts. The average person here had literally 10 computers (many had more), and no one played paper. As a result, the ball caller ripped through the numbers so fast only a computer could keep up. It was never clear what game was being played, you couldn't hear the caller over the muffled sound system, and they went so fast I could barely mark my card in time. The employees were not friendly, all they cared about was selling pull tabs, which they sold endless amounts of to people who instantly ripped them open and threw them away. Just an utterly joyless experience as far as playing Bingo, having fun and maybe winning a little money. I would go back to Big Star in a flash. Super fun, cheap price. This was expensive, full of upsells, optional games, add ons, and extras. I'm uploading a couple pics just to show what you're up against trying to win here: person and person surrounded by banks of computers. These people need to hit a BINGO jackpot just to break even on the day. And the place was filled with them. Staff was rude. I told them I was a first timer and they couldn't care. No help figuring out what game was being played. Even the woman at the snack bar was grumpy. Utterly joyless establishment.

I have witnessed this now three times at two locations. There are all new faces when I go, so I know more than myself see the mess going on...... The caller stays in the same numbers calling back to back..... I love coming to bingo but seeing the same family members and friends of employees winning is enough...The workers are giving head singles to one another and the outcome is the same players are winning.

This is a great place to meet up with friends. We came for brunch/lunch time so I ordered a breakfast taco. The food came out very fast and the portions were very big. They didn't look the most appealing but they did taste pretty good, and we had plenty of food leftover. There is also an adjacent restaurant where I believe you can order food from as well. In that restaurant, there are a few arcade games inside. My toddler had a lot of fun playing outside in the lawn area and also was entertained with the arcades after he started getting antsy. All in all, its a fun chill place to bring the whole family and meet up with friends.
