The venue offers a dynamic space where we enjoyed a variety of experiences all under one roof including bowling and classic arcade games. The food spread was impressive, featuring a mix of comfort food with a modern twist. Highlights for me were the Slow-Cooked Braised Short Ribs with crispy onion strings, Beef Medallions with Balsamic cream sauce, Mac and cheese, fresh salad with Iceberg and romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, crostini with tangy lemon vinaigrette and buttermilk ranch dressing and crispy Brussels sprouts with Hoisin sauce, Fresno chiles, cilantro. They also had an amazing dessert assortment with classic French macarons, petite cheesecake bites, and mini cupcakes that disappeared fast. Stopped by punch bowl for their Love Island finale party. Food was decent and the cocktails were good. The staff were very attentive. Vibes were high for the finale! Only downside was we had a ticket for the event but it didn't specify that we also needed to make a reservation for a table so we had to find open seats around the venue. Punch bowl social is a nice spot for work gatherings in my opinion, but just given my nature it isn't the kind of place I'd seek out on my own. They have bowling, sometimes have live music, and have darts and arcade games etc. We did the bowling and darts, it's pretty easy to figure out how to get your info in there and play a game. The drinks are standard bar pricing I think, so a little pricey but they're sizable so that's good. There's a lot of staff so it didn't take more than a few minutes to order and get a drink back. The bathrooms are plentiful and pretty clean here too. Overall for like a kid's birthday party, I think it's a cute spot! read more

We told them we wanted to join the Love Island watch party, and they placed us on the left side by the big TV. After we sat down, we ordered food and drinks. I had the pulled pork sliders, which were great I'd give them an 8 out of 10. The carnitas nachos were a 7 out of 10; they were a bit dry and needed more sauce. The alcoholic drink was good, though a bit sweet, and I could barely taste the alcohol I'd give it an 8 out of 10. Overall, the ambiance was great, and they were fantastic hosts for the watch party. Came here on a Monday late afternoon that stretched into evening. It was for my husband's birthday. Upon walking in the place seemed pretty empty. We had gone there for the $20 unlimited play. There was no one at the front desk when we got there, so we just kind of walked around and eventually found our way to The little desk/cubby where the guy stamped your hand and where you can check out bowling shoes, and what not. Not gonna lie, either the staff is very lazee fair, a bit too relaxed - but ok whatever. We played bowling for about an hour, and then we go play some darts, and then we do some of the arcade games, and then we decide to do some of the floor games, and then to end off the night, we decided to do karaoke. You definitely get a lot out of your $20! We had a lot of fun. The karaoke room is private thank goodness. We probably spent about 3 to 4 hours here. Would definitely return for the games! At that price point, what's not to love. We didn't have any issues with bowling time management or getting the karaoke room or anything like that even though I do see a couple reviews where people might've had some issues. We did not eat here because we had eaten prior, we came here just for the games. So I can't really talk on how the food is or how the staff is. But yeah all in all, had a good time! read more

We came here to celebrate my birthday which was back on 01/13 but no free time until this weekend. We had a good meal and then came here just for KARAOKE which we had never done, we had booked the room for 4 pm but due to some confusion with LFYT we were a little late. We checked in, got the mics and headed to the room. It has a bench/couch along one wall and a chair on another wall, the instructions are clearly posted and the song selection is varied, Shana loves Tegan and Sara and they had them. Weird Al, Showtunes, Violet Femmes and more. The door has glass and doesn't quite open all the way, also no way to cover the glass and I assume you can be heard as no soundproofing either. We wanted a room for some privacy to sing and the fact you can't quite get that is the one bad point to this. It is not really near anything, like you can't sit at the bar and see in but still. We were late a bit but they were understanding, we did call to say we would be, but the other downside is to utilize the room to the fullest and get drinks you have to order everything and wait until it is all made which cuts into your paid time. I don't blame the staff, more the management who doesn't pay well or staff enough. It is not a big issue but one to keep in mind. We only have the 2 of us and it was fun, it says you can do up to 6 or 9 but I feel it would get crowded and less fun at that point. We went to return the mics and no one was there, we waited as I didn't want to be charged for the mics or not leaving on time and no one came, several staff members saw us, even looked at us standing there with the Mic case and no one said anything. We were invited here to enjoy a wonderful social event from our large group. I've never seen this spot, so it was a treat. There is plenty of free parking behind the building. You can also get free garage parking nearby. We were greeted at the entrance and given wristbands for our party. The food was an excellent taco bar, with the largest heap of yummy guacamole available I've ever seen. We had much food leftover and staff provided to go boxes for us. There were round tables and community tables nearby. The service was excellent. We enjoyed a few bowling lanes and large games in the back room. Went and visited since I was feeling hungry after walking around in Domain a while. Personally, I do not recommend this place as a restaurant standalone. However, after my recent experience, I don't think I would want to come back for even the activities. While the food is half-decent (although what I had was a bit sour for my liking), I can't say the same about the service. I have a feeling this place is the type to value bigger parties over smaller, just with the fact my food arrived later than another group's much larger than mine. My food was also mistaken for another's table without a second of hesitation. As someone who is mildly hard of hearing, it was hard to hear the food runner who mistook our food when he mumbled to confirm our order, especially over other people and music. It was awkward when I asked "what?", and he went and took our food to a party of about 8 men, while mind you we were a party of 2 waiting before them... While our server was kind and patient, it was horrible to be asked if we wanted ours remade when we were also starving. We ended up taking the mistaken orders that wasn't half-eaten or untouched, but even so, it might've been what also ruined our experience with how our food was no longer hot. I wish they could work out a system so that food runners don't have to confirm an order (i.e. handing number stands to customers, little handheld trackers that tell when your food is done). And the games... I took a look around, and honestly, I feel like it would be more worth just finding a cafe that offers you board games with more variety FOR FREE rather than games that are different with the only fact that they're giant. I felt it wasn't worth any activities as nearly every single thing was something you could find in their respective areas cheaper, like the arcade and karaoke. I think the only reason why you'd go to this place is if you had no other place closer to go, for that 'good enough' location. After I told my various friends about coming here, they all said they have had a work event at this specific location. I can see this being a good corporate event space. The games are really pricey for what they are, so I get why this would be more fun if your work pays for it rather than going with friends. If you find yourself wishing Dave & Buster's had a less gimmicky and more millennial sibling then Punchbowl Social would probably be your best friend. The menu is fun and the food is solid for a place that spends half its time being a game room. We ordered the Breakfast Burrito, Buttermilk Pancakes, The Knockoff Burger, and Shrimp Tacos. The food was average to good, nothing really exceptional, but again since the place is half focused on drinks and games it's not the biggest deal. The drinks were good minus the mimosas which were downright awful (at least the pineapple one was, orange was just fine). We ordered a few Rebel Rebels (great), Espresso Martinis (good), and a Slow Like Honey (good). The games are mostly free with a few exceptions so if you don't want to dog pile onto what will already be a hefty bill then you have options. We played Trouble, corn hole, shuffleboard, and some bike racing games all free of charge, which again is a nice plus to avoid paying even more. The service is friendly and we went at a time that wasn't too busy so we had no wait for games, but beware that this place does get VERY packed at times so plan accordingly. The energy at night probably does make it much more fun so we look forward to coming in then. Altogether, Punchbowl Social is a fun little brunch or date night to go to but it does get pricey very fast as drinks add up, the food itself wasn't priced that bad. When me and my boyfriend came in this time, we ended up sitting at the bar and ordering some of their cilantro honey wings and I was actually really impressed. I'd never played music bingo before and thankfully we could crowdsource the guessing to figure out if the song/artist was on our bingo card. ;-) The drinks and food were good, and we were able to get some on happy hour! The waitress working the bingo area was kind enough to get us when the area opened up for seating so we could find a good spot for our group of 10 or so people. Note that in the bingo area, you order food and drinks at the bar and they bring it to you or you have to get it at the bar and take it to your seat. However, we didn't have the service we expected and my team members complained about the timing of the orders and not having someone check on us from time to time. I don't want to base our entire experience on this as the place is very nice, there were other groups arriving after us and they all seemed to be having a blast. Both of the food items we got were mid - the sweet potato fries with carnitas tasted weird with the ketchup mixed in, like it did not go well with the Mexican flavors of the carnitas and avocado. The chicken quesadillas were flavorless and really needed the salsa it came with. Both items were not served very hot. Our server was helpful and split checks many ways which was nice. The free entertainment options were some board games and shuffleboard but because of the way things are laid out it's kind of hard to be near your food and go play those. So after we sit down and look at the menu, we decided we were just gonna wait for our family to show up, and the server was like, "OK yeah, no problem. Let me know when you're ready to order." Upon calling them and realizing, OK, maybe they're a little bit further than expected, we're gonna order some appetizers. Well, literally right when that happened, our waiter comes up and takes our menus away and says, "Oh, here's our new menu. We close our kitchen at 10." Like, they had come to our table multiple times. They could've given us a warning. "OK, by the way, we're gonna close down our kitchen in the next 25 minutes" or whatever it was. They didn't tell us anything. They just said, "OK. Let me know when you're ready." Oh, by the way, we're not accepting orders anymore. What kind of crap is that? That's ridiculous. We got picky eaters in my group, so once they gave us a small snack menu that had practically nothing but bar food on it, we were just like, "OK, we're probably gonna go find somewhere else then." I called my sister and I said, "Are you OK with this, or do you want to grab a bite to eat somewhere else?" She said, "Heck no, yeah, we're definitely going somewhere else. I don't want to eat crap!" My husband and I ate here years ago, as in like over ten years ago, and we were really hoping to have the same experience not that we had back then. The whole menu is different and it seems more like basic food with lots of games and fun things to do. Don't get me wrong, I love all of the activities and big screen TV's everywhere, but it is definitely better for watching sports and having a beer than it is a place to go get a satisfying meal. Our server was great and he tried his best but the food was just coming out a miss. I have teens and young adults and hardly anyone finished their food. Nothing was mind blowing, the waffles were just "okay" and the chicken and waffles came out overcooked and very dry twice. It was so bad they just took it off the bill. Our waiter seemed to be the only one in the place that cared about service, some of the food runners dropped the food at the table behind us even when we told them it was ours. (Granted we had 2 tables for our group but NO ONE was sitting at the other one!) The fried were really good, hot and fresh, and the pull apart bread was decent, fresh baked, nicely seasoned, fluffy, served with hot marinara, couldn't complain about it. For the ones that got burgers, they said they were good and didn't have any complaints. All in all, it is a really cool hang out spot to have fun with friends/family, watch sports, and play, but for the food, I would maybe just stick to a burger and some appetizers. We went to find something to do while it was raining. We decided on bowling, which became a fiasco. Almost every time we bowled our ball would get stuck. We complained to the person in the cage and his response was that 'the manager' would have to clear that ball jam. After stating that, he went on with his business. After seeing that I was still there he notified his manager. After that first episode, it happened almost immediately. Went back to the cage and the answer was 'just throw another ball'. Which gets old after spending 10 minutes clearing ball jams. After the final instance, I asked for a refund. Now the response was 'we can do that but it will take 2-3 days', like after hearing that would stop me from wanting a refund. After telling him that I still wanted it, you had his manager process the refund. I would really recommend you save your money and go elsewhere.
