There are lockers you can rent, prices vary depending on size and it's quite pricey in my opinion. There are tables and chairs inside the waterpark so you can consider just leaving your belongings there which many people do. One of the downside is they only have 2 showers in the women's changeroom - it was lucky that we didn't need to wait because we left earlier than the rest of the crowd before they close. For such a big waterpark they should consider having more showers available. But overall, my family and I had a great time and we would consider returning again.

Yet I was still charged an extra $3.49 for Small Fries. When I asked about the charge, Staff said the $4.49 was "for cheese" in the poutine, which is clearly not true. the menu clearly lists Upgrade to Poutine = $4.49. It may be a small amount, but it felt like a rip-off.

The nice thing with it being a little busy, they still let you just be with your party. They didn't mix others in your pod for the ride. It is a climate control so you won't be cold or hot depending on the day. The view is great but on a rainy day I couldn't get any great pictures of the falls even though we would see them. Great experience for anyone young or old. And you get to see all of clifton hill as well.

Then proceeded to the SkyWheel where we boarded a climate controlled glass enclosed gondola. We got to ride 3-4 times around and experienced breathtaking views of the Horseshoe and American Falls. We were able to easily board and unboard the gondola and there were comfortable seats during the ride. There are some obstructions to the view because of the design of the gondola, but overall great view and experience.

It reminded me of Soarin' Over California at Disney California Adventure, which is one of my favorite rides, so I had an idea of what to expect from the motion and ride style. However, the visuals and overall experience were even better than I expected. The ride gives a beautiful overview of Niagara Falls and the many attractions, landmarks, and scenic places visitors can explore. I honestly think this should be one of the first attractions tourists do when they arrive, because it gives you a great sense of what there is to see and can help you plan the rest of your trip. The immersive, multisensory experience made it feel exciting, beautiful, and memorable from beginning to end. The staff also made the experience even better. Everyone I encountered was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. From start to finish, the service was excellent. I still have more time left to explore Niagara Falls, but Niagara Takes Flight is definitely one of my favorite attractions here so far. I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

Niagara Takes Flight tells the history of Niagara Falls including stories of the native/indigenous people who originally lived in this area and how what we see now came to be. You are able to see Niagara Falls from a bird's eye viewpoint. All of your senses are engaged as you begin to feel the wind and the mist from the rushing water on your face. Pro tip: If you are interested in visiting any other attractions in the area, such as the Power Plant or the Butterfly Conservatory, purchase the Wonder Pass and skip the lines at those attractions.

Now I am having to fight for my pay as the dishonest HR and owners don't want to pay us properly. On top of not entering our hours properly in the payroll and refusing to give me a punch#; so I had to rely on Lan Tran the manager to enter my hours. According to the ADP their payroll for this May 20 pay period they are paying me for 11 hours of work, pay day June 11, 2021. Yet I worked more than 11 hours, and it was during May 2022 not in June 2021. Cause in 2021 we weren't even working, that was during the pandemic. Thankfully I found a better job elsewhere, but still need my paycheck to pay bills.

But the big winner is the wax hand. Although expensive ($55 for 3 wax simple wax hands), this was a good experience for my kids --ages 11, 8 and 5. Girls were attentive, patient and helped the kids every step of the way. This was not life-changing, but a good one-time experience. Would I go again? Possibly not. Would I recommend this place for a first-timer. Sure.

Reducing 1-star due to recent visit (2 years since last)…read more We went on a Friday, expecting reduced crowd volume (non-US holiday). Crowd volume still seemed heavy, but manageable. What wasn't manageable was their processing of entrees to get in. They had a single station to process everyone, and the payment system was taking forever. We arrived at 10am when the pool opened, and didn't actually get in until 11am. A full hour wait is pretty outrageous. Having a second payment station would have made it much quicker. Of course you can expect lower food quality at these types of places, but this was still disappointing. Frozen-pizza quality pizza, for more than a legit pizza, and then they overcooked it on top of that. The waterpark itself was still fun, but eventually our kids will outgrow it. Still good for small kids though (ages 2-8).

We had a technical malfunction during our stay with the door and they were quick to repair it and offering us a different room if we wanted (which we declined). The cable in the room is WEIRD! I wish they had supplied an outline of the stations because it wasn't obvious where to find what. Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable and loved having direct access to the parking lot as well as the hotel. Water park: Tons of fun for young kids! Lots of life jackets for young swimmers. Lifeguards appeared very attentive and were quickly stopping any unruly behaviour. It was nice and warm inside the park and they have a shop that sells anything you might have forgotten...except swim diapers, they don't sell those! Arcade: Everything was working when we were there and lots of fun for the kids. Lots of options for prizes as well. The oasis poolside snack bar, which is fully licensed, is my new favourite place. I made no less than 8 trips there during my stay. Their mocktails and cocktails were delicious. Food was fresh and 4 flavours of dippin' dots as well. The only breakfast option is a paid all-you-can-eat buffet. $10 for kids and $20 for adults. This part was frustrating as my child was sick most of the weekend and if you just wanted a cup of juice you were stuck. Also, I was never hungry enough to warrant the adult buffet price. I just wanted coffee... For those who only want a cup of coffee in the morning: they do offer complimentary coffee and tea to the room or you can go to the lobby and pay $2.80 for a delicious cup of coffee that comes out of a preset machine. After my first cup, that became my second favourite part of the hotel (after the Oasis snack bar). The one downside? The front desk staff! On Saturday morning, while I was enjoying the coffee described above, I saw at least 3 different parties at the desk asking to speak to management for various issues. On our checkout day, I wanted to delay our checkout as I had 2 sick children and we had an hour before an important meeting. My son just wanted to stay in bed while we waited. Upon asking the front desk if we could delay our checkout I heard a curt "no" on the phone before they hung up. Instead he used the little energy he had, to walk around the arcade for the hour. It wouldn't deter me from staying there again but just wanted to let others know, they aren't flexible on their policies. Overall, it was an amazing weekend away! I would definitely stay there again!

Came here with the Clifton Hill Fun Pass. This one was my favorite! This is a dark dynamic ride…read morewith a laser gun. Your objective is to take down spoopy clowns. I love that each laser is color-coded, and there's even a color-coded animation upon a successful hit. You get to know exactly where you are hitting and which hits were successful, making this ride super satisfying. There are also targets with bonus points, so keep an eye out. ;) At the end of the ride, there's a picture of every rider with total points. It'll go by way too quickly (especially if you're not expecting scores), but no worries at all. After you exit, there's going to be another screen at the ticket booth displaying the same stats. I love details like that. For this alone, the ride gets 5 stars. Way too often at major theme parks the scores will disappear way quickly with no chance to take a proper look later. Quick note: The ride is smooth, but the car does spin multiple times as you go from one screen to the next, so please take note if you're prone to motion sickness.

Definitely a different experience, it's a little pricey for what you do (we paid per attraction…read moredidn't buy a ticket for the deals) but I would definitely recommend trying this ride or another one similar if you choose not to do all.
