This is the worst service I've ever experienced and the worst CREME de le CREME location ever. The girls don't even open the store on time when someone is standing outside waiting to order a coffe and they're gossiping standing in front of the door. They walk past you while asking you a question. They have the worst attitudes and tones no matter if you're asking a question or ordering from them. What a cute cafe on the 1st Floor of the County Admin. building! Got a small Americano w/ steamed Oat Milk for an early am treat. I wasn't hungry @ the time but kept eyeing a picture of a breakfast croissant with bacon, folded egg, and avocado with cheese. After my appointment, I went back and ordered the breakfast croissant sandwich, adding avocado; I love it when a place serves breakfast all day. I told the lady "I want what is in that picture" LOL. And then with my little eye, I spy yummy desserts & snagged the last piece of the "Outrageously Chocolate Cake." The lady said that it sells out all the time, & having devoured it without breathing, I can tell you it hits the spot for all Chocolate Lovers :) All of the staff were kind and helpful; The lady packaged my cake separately from the hot item, with napkins and utensils included. I love a really nice cafe that has various options; I see they even had ready-made smoothies, along with a wide assortment of sandwiches & salads. Even a ginger beer - one of my favorite drinks- though today I opted for the Pineapple Perrier. They also have Mexican food and other snacks if you are craving some other delicacies. Updated review... I was confronted by the owner while having personal lunch in the building. Joe was very kind, offered an apology for the poor service & sad bowl that was previously served. We had a nice chat about the person in question and they no longer are employed at the cafe. I was given a replacement bowl to make up for the last, it was made properly. Still had frozen berries, which I agreed to, as they were out of fresh. Kind of a disappointment as Joe assured me there were fresh berries available now. read more

Had to come do an errand & the yummy smell of coffee called me in. The young girl at the register, Marina, also the barista, was super nice. I wanted something sweet and was going to get the Carmel Macchiato, but their Cafe Napoleon sounded so delicious. Decisions! She explained the Carmel Macchiato was sweeter than the Napoleon, but that one has raspberry in it and it intrigued me. I figured I would try something different since I can get a caramel macchiato anywhere. Oh my goodness! SO GOOD! Sweet and delicious! Must try! They offer specialty coffee drinks, baked items, made-to-order gourmet breakfast and sandwiches. Everything I tried was fresh, delicious and prepared to order. I had a frosted chocolate brownie that was one of the best in my life! I also tried the croissant breakfast sandwich, which was so big I ended up splitting it with my mom. I ordered a guacamole cheese burger with provolone cheese with a side of fries. I was not able to eat my lunch how we got released early. So I took it home. One employee tried to argue with me that they are fresh because they bake them at a different location , freeze them, then defrost them at this downtown location. Ummm..... that is not fresh. Oh!!! I noticed this because the cupcake was dry and the frosting was hard. So I returned that $4 cupcake. So I go there again.... this time for a bagel. I asked for the bagel not to be toasted, just cut in half. The employee says she has to microwave it to cut it since the bagels are still a little frozen . Really!!!! Final straw!!! They replied very quickly and made sure my next burger was excellent. The food is good and they take care of their customers. I can't ask for much more. read more

When I go to a bakery I expect a fresh desert. That is not what I received today. The cake tastes and feels like it was made a week ago. The outside of the cake was hard and the icing was not good. Since they are coming off a long holiday, one would expect the pastries to be freshly made. I am disappointed in how this bakery went from pretty good food and deserts when they fist opened to gross in just a matter of weeks. I will find a new place to go from now on. read more
