I ordered to-go after the gym, and... I knew that Panera's reputation had been going downhill for a little while, but I was still surprised by how mediocre it is now. I got the chicken salad sandwich, and it was just a pitiful amount. Picture included. I guess the sourdough bread wasn't bad, but you can't cover up how little filling there is with a bunch of (half-wilted) leaves. This thing was $11, which can buy a really sizable tub of chicken salad at any grocery store.

We decided to eat lunch here around 3pm on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot right in front is mostly for EV vehicles even though there are no chargers which was kind of weird. Anyway, there are plenty of spaces elsewhere. The facility was clean. We love that you can order through the kiosk making it helpful for us to browse the menu without being rushed. Ordering was simple. Our food came within 10 minutes. The workers were kind. We ordered the Grilled cheese, Smokehouse BBQ chicken with creamy tomato soup, and the You Pick 2 with the half strawberry poppyseed salad and half chipotle chicken avocado melt. The grilled cheese was your ordinary sandwich but my daughter felt it lacked taste. She gave it a 6/10. The bbq chicken was an 8/10 and went well with the tomato soup which was really good (10/10). The chipotle chicken sandwich was good and all the food was fresh. The best was the strawberry poppyseed salad!!! Amazing!! The fruit was sweet and fresh. It's the perfect meal for a hot summer day. We also tried the frozen strawberry lemonade and the strawberry basil lemonade fresca. The strawberry basil wasn't sweet but had a bitterness to it that I didn't quite like. The frozen lemonade, however, was great!

Honestly loveeee this location. I've only ever had Panera one time a long time ago and I didn't like it. I came here recently and I really enjoyed my meal. I tried ordering the same thing at a different location, definitely not the same quality. I hope this location keeps it up because I always enjoy my food every time I come. Service is also fast and they're on top of it. I like to usually order the pick two, my favorite was the potato soup but they just got rid of it. On my most recent visit I did the chicken bacon rancher and the chicken noodle soup. Bomb. I'll definitely keep coming to this one :)

My first time eating at a Panera since there wasn't one close by until now. They lured me with their $5 a month sip club where you can get a drink as often as every 2 hours every day for 30 days. They also had an offer after your first purchase to get $5 off the next, so I gave it a go. My first visit I had their sausage, egg and cheese croissant. At over $7 I wasn't impressed. It reminded me of Jack in the Box although seemed a bit smaller. Not something I would order again. Next visit I got the chili bread bowl. I was expecting a larger size for something described as a bowl. I would call it more like a cup and a half. The bread itself was great, though kind of small as you can tell from the picture. It came wrapped in paper and the top was cut but not completely. I had to unwrap and extract the paper from the bread bowl, then dig out the bread that was still attached at the bottom. Some assembly required, but I didn't mind since I got to keep the bread I pulled out to have as a snack later. Also, the bowl was cold and not crunchy. Five minutes at 350 in the convection oven fixed that though and I was finally able to pour the chili into the bread bowl and eat it. I did have some left over after. The bread was super fresh and had a nice crunch after heating it up. I like a lot of spice so I added smoked, spiced paprkia and cayenne pepper and it was a nice meal that I might order again sometime. It's nice to have something a little different in the area and business seems to be pretty good. If nothing else, join their sip club which they're offering right now for $5 a month.

Unfortunately this is my first time ordering food from the new location near my home. I ordered a fruit cup for my daughter and this is what was sent. I was actually shocked. I'm sure they pack the fruit there fresh so I'm gonna assume no scale was used. It says on the label "net weight 5 oz". I paid $5.99 for this and I'm sincerely disappointed.

The drive through was fine. I bought a puff cherry pastry. It was so tough I couldn't cut it with a metal fork.

cashier very nice and helped us quickly but food seems to have changed a lot. chips aren't tasting…read morethe same and i noticed the bag has changed since last time i stopped by a panera (it's been a while). the sandwich (chicken bacon rancher) is a bit bland and was lacking in flavor but i think that is because of the lack of veggies and such but it just wasn't for us! soup is fine as always just wish it was warmer. it's a restaurant and i know because of the location things can get busy but there were no clean tables...and even dishes and trash were piling up. just a bit of food/not the best for what you pay. almost $25 for this combo, a drink, and a cookie.

I sent this info to customer care and received $47 worth of rewards when I would have preferred my money back in my account. This is the first time I've ever had an order this wrong before-- one item missing is one thing but when the whole order is messed up? The receipt on the bag was correct but the whole order was like it was someone's else's. Very disappointed, I can't eat red meat so the sandwiches that I did receive, ended up giving away to family at the end of the day. I'm never ordering for delivery again, apparently you have to be there in person to confirm the order is correct.

We shared the philly roll so we think the salmon was bad. We also got separate ramen bowls. The miso ramen broth had a good flavor but the drunken ramen was pretty bland besides a straight basil and ginger flavor. The pork was very firm and difficult to chew in both of our meals. The egg was closer to hard boiled than soft boiled. The noodles were cooked well. The thai tea was decent. It was extremely sweet and diluted and didn't have that strong flavor most thai tea has. Service-wise, the waitress was friendly but she disappeared from the floor after giving us our food for about 30 minutes and never checked in with us or was available when we were ready to leave.
