There is a Wide variety of crepes, sandwiches, and desserts. There is no seating indoors but there is open seating outside. It is a bit pricy but then again what isn't in California. We had just a plain Nutella crepe - literally just the crepe and Nutella. It took about 15 minutes for this which I thought was a little long. It cost us $11. If I get the chance to come back, I'd definitely ask to make it extra crispy. Too bad they don't roll it up into a cone so that we can eat and walk.

Clean and friendly service. It had so many different options between the savory and sweet crepes.

Service was good. The cashier made the drink. She did say it wasn't a sweet matcha drink. That's why we asked for vanilla. And it was a good decision to do so. The set up is cute and artsy. They have pasties as well as making hot and cold sandwiches.

My poop had more chocolate then the crepe this place sucks never go here And he got our order wrong and almost scammed me for the water bottles. I ordered five. He told us we ordered four even though he confirmed.

I've gone to La Fontaine several times for dessert and it was always a sweet tooth fix, but not much worth raving about. But I went today and the store front appeared differently, I almost thought it was bought out and noticed they added new advertising and items onto their menu. (Green Flag #1!) I then ordered my go-to sweet crepe, which was #3 "Brest" and an affogato. When I picked up my order, I was shocked at how good it looked compared to previous times I've ordered it. (Green Flag #2!) The crepe tasted WAY better than usual, it actually had wafers inside of it & and Ferrero Rocher on top of it which wasn't the case before. So, Either I was getting the crepe wrong this entire time or someone is actually making it correctly for once but I'm impressed! It was the best one I've gotten from them thus far! The affogato was pretty good too. I'm not sure what changes are being made in the way they're operating but I do appreciate the quality of their food today. Service is good, but not outstanding -- I think the register is managed by the owner or a family member of the owner based on his customer service. He's polite but isn't going above & beyond, which is fine. As for ambiance, I think they could take it up a notch with music or arts. Maybe really attempt to lean into the french cafe theme as it doesn't feel like one.. but I know there's potential and hope they can take it to the next level. Kudos to whoever made my crepe today!

First time! Let's give it a go. Located in the Verandas by the fountains

Cute crepe place located in the Verandas. It's near the fountain with plenty of outdoor seating. Let me start off by saying I'm not super familiar with crepes. Maybe had them twice in my life. We ordered the crème brûlée and a Nutella/banana crepe. It was busy so we sat at tables outside with a pager. Our pager did not work so after a while we figured out our crepes were dying in the window. I'm a fan of crème brûlée but the custard in the crepe was an odd taste and texture. I probably would not get it again. However the crepe with the Nutella/bananas was delicious. It ranges $13.99-$17.99 per plate. They also have savory crepes and other dishes. Overall pretty good if you are in need of a sweet treat.

    Dubai chocolate crepe

We had dubai chocolate pista crepe and la lehavre - and it was pretty good! Especially the chocolate crepe is very creamy and chocolatey!!

Genuinely one of the WORST experiences I've ever had here. First off, the people working here do not know how to handle a rush. They had several people waiting for 20+ minutes just to order and another 30 minutes for their order. I had three people who I was IN FRONT OF, receive their order first just because my order was small. I've worked in food service and know how hectic it can get, but serving three customers in front of someone just because their order is bigger is something I would never do. Loved this place 3 years ago, sad to see that service has gone downhill tremendously. To top it off, couldnt even package my whip cream right, got home to the soggiest crepe ever. Do not recommend this place at all!

Snuck out on a "quick" break from work to grab something to eat for lunch with the wife. We wanted something sweet and savory so got one of each. Service was quick and great. The flavors not so memorable. Probably over expected and it came up short.

Crêpe La Fontaine is amazing! The food is really good and perfectly sweet. Every dessert we tried was moist, fresh, and just right -- not overwhelming at all. Definitely recommend if you're craving a sweet treat. Such a great dessert spot!

Was in Concord for work and didnt want to have breakfast at the hotel so I fired up Yelp and found this place, it was across the street from the hotel. Great staff, friendly and engaging. They have a lot of different types of crepes, from sweet to savory they have different type of desserts too.

I was craving crepe today and decided to try this place. The staff was really nice and greeted us happily. The place was well maintenance and clean. Will post a follow up review after I try the crepes! *Update after food- the rolled up crepe was unique and delicious, loved the whole banana they had in there and the Nutella was rich!

As a huge fan of French cuisine, I'd been following RÊVE for years and decided to book a table for the graduation dinner. I made a reservation about three months in advance just to be safe, since the restaurant only has about eight indoor tables. The restaurant was tucked away in a nondescript strip mall, but upon entering through the side gate, I felt like I was stepping into a Parisian neighborhood bistro. Our friendly waitress walked us through the menu and seasonal specials and even pointed out the can't-miss dishes. Thank goodness we followed her advice - the frites were among the best I've ever tasted! We debated ordering another cone of frites but decided to pace ourselves because we also ordered the gougères, RÊVE salad, and escargot to share. Additionally, we received complimentary fresh baguette and butter. For my main dish, I decided to try the quenelle, which can be described as a soft dumpling made from seafood purée that resembles a velvety soufflé. Every bite had a rich seafood flavor that, even now, I can't stop thinking about. Even though we were quite full after dinner, we were tempted by the dessert menu and decided to split the chocolate mousse and French opera cake. Both desserts were exquisite - they were small portions but packed a lot of richness without being overly sweet. Our dinner was made extra special by the restaurant staff, who remembered that we were celebrating a graduation and signed a card for us. From the team going above and beyond to the excellent meal, this was one of the best meals I've had this year. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

The hygiene alone should be enough to make anyone turn around and walk out. The employee working the front repeatedly coughed into his hands, rubbed his nose, sneezed, then immediately went back to handling customers' utensils, napkins, and food-related items without washing or sanitizing his hands. It happened over and over again. It was honestly disgusting to watch. Basic food safety should never be optional. Then came the bill. Three items. One tiny crepe, one madeleine, and one quiche. Nearly $50. I actually thought there had been a mistake. The crepe was embarrassingly small, and the chicken inside was some of the worst I've had. It was dry, stringy, chewy, and tasted incredibly cheap. There was absolutely nothing fresh or high quality about it. The portions were tiny, the quality was poor, and the prices were completely disconnected from reality. My husband was born and raised in France, and we've spent plenty of time eating at cafés and bakeries there. This isn't even remotely comparable. It's an overpriced imitation that relies on the idea of being French instead of delivering food that's actually worth eating. If you're going to charge premium prices, then deliver premium quality, proper food safety, and an experience that justifies it. This place failed on every one of those fronts. We won't be back, and I genuinely can't understand why this place has the reputation it does.

As for the food, it was a bit of a mixed experience. The salad was fairly basic and didn't leave much of an impression. However, the salmon was the standout of the evening--perfectly cooked, tender, and paired beautifully with the capers, which added just the right amount of flavor to the dish. The dessert was a bit underwhelming and didn't quite end the meal on a high note. On a future visit, I would likely opt for a different dessert.
